We went here for Christmas because everything was closed. Our server Danielle was excellent and very attentive. We were a party of 8, so we were probably hard to handle for a server, but she did amazing! Salad bar was great, everything was delicious. The only problem was with my daughter's entree Burgundy Mushroom Sirloin Tips. They just gave her a piece of small steak cut in 3 chunks on a tiny bit of rice with 6 pieces of mushroom for 18.99. The steak had a good amount of fat and gristle. What a ripoff. I didn't want to complain at Christmas dinner so I didn't mention the entree. 5 stars for service 3 stars for the entree read more

Horrible customer service by person in leadership, company / brand should know the assistant manager is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and also many of the food items offered on the salad bar were not even hot and consistently empty. Completely disappointed in our experience here and hope that the health department checks food temperature and cleanliness standards. I feel bad for our server, he was great! It was clean, the staff were so friendly, the guy that took our order at the front was so patient with my mom and I appreciate that. The food was actually very tasty! Mom and I both got steaks with fried shrimp, but I think the shrimp were the best. Mom enjoyed a tall strawberry lemonade and they had really really good cheese toast. Next time we will partake in the salad bar and probably also order an steak and some shrimp on the side to share. I have always loved all you can eat salad bar at Sizzler and was sad when the two closest to me closed. However, the location in Hesperia is the best of all the Sizzlers I have ever eaten at and am so glad they are still in business. I eat there with family when I come to visit. It is clean, they have a well-stocked salad bar, and the staff is friendly, and you never have to wait long for refills or toast. When you visit the Sizzler in Hesperia you will also see why it is better than all the rest of them used to be. Glad this location is still open. read more

My family and I ate dinner at this location recently and had a great experience. My family had the salad bar, and I ate the steak and all you can eat shrimp. We were all very pleased with the food. The service was exceptional. Shout out to Jorge. He was our waiter and provided excellent service. Never had to ask for anything. It was like he read our minds. Refills, napkins, condiments, you name it he had it before we even asked. Best waiter I have ever had, period. The restaurant was very clean and nice. My family and I love Sizzlers. My complaint goes to the 'manager' Carlos! He is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and even though we each ordered our own meals, he felt the need to repeat about 7/8 times that the salad bar was for one salad per person. He then had the waitress ( not one but multiple) 'watch' us while we eat. My mother went back to salad bar for a little more dressing and our waitress came to us before my mom sat back down and said Carlos said we can't go back for seconds. That's when we noticed he was sitting down a few tables over literally WATCHING us eat. For him watching us the whole time we were there not once did he notice that we were MISSING food that we paid for. It was my mother's birthday weekend dinner and he literally ruined it for her. Thanksgiving dinner. My sister and I went for lunch. The food was cold. Little bits of warm on the outside. That could have been dangerous. Shame on you. Told the waitress the food was cold she says, "oh really" she then said she could have them heat it up and we decided to take it home instead of them touching it. We could put it in the microwave just as they could. The quality of the turkey was not good. Seemed like a rolled chopped and formed turkey breast. Salad bar is really the best, fresh and unlimited. The bar is always full never emptied. The steak,lobster, shrimps name it, the best. Since June of this year we've been there 3x. We love to go there every day for the fresh salad or at least every week for the main course/ menu, we can't because of being in a fixed income and inflation. Customer service is really great, from cashier ( Paris) to server ( Danielle) we are taken care of like their family member.
