This was my family's first time at Sizzles. The cashier was super sweet. She was attentive to me and my children. We weren't quite sure what we wanted and she patiently waited for us to get it together. As she was waiting for us, she gave a super kind compliment to her coworker, which put a smile on her coworker' s face, which other patrons reeped the benefits from. I visited Sizzler in Inglewood on May 3, 2019. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par. I had the lobster tail, French fries, side salad, peach lemonade and Malibu chicken all for $33.30. It was my birthday on May 2nd so I was treating myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the lemonade and salad bar but everything else was awful. The lobster was over cooked and had nasty seasoning on it and it was about half the size of the lobster tail it came out of. The butter for the tail was oil not butter. The fries also awful and over cooked. The waitress did provide excellent and offered to replace the fries and I selected the mashed potatoes but they tasted awful. The Malibu chicken was not too bad but only about half the chicken had ham and Swiss cheese on it. The rest was bare but the sauce was as usual splendifferous/awesome. It pains me to write this review because I live in the area but the only way they will improve is if we hold them accountable. read more

The staff were courteous. The salmon I ordered was undercooked, I asked for it to be more firm and it came out crispy like a salmon fritter. Adriana was our server and she was very amiable and quick to handle our requests. She was very busy so a few things that were forgotten I did not find to be a big deal. 2 main issues I experienced were that this location did not serve pizza in the salad bar, and for ice cream toppings there was no butterscotch, strawberry, nor caramel. Also, the water is hosed with the raspberry iced tea and the water consistently tasted like it was a used cup that had juice in it because of that, so perhaps they need new filters or something but when a guest wants purely water they should receive t without it tasting like anything but water. I celebrated my birthday with a party of 14. We had an excellent experience, waitress was attentive at all times. Refills of bread, endless shrimp. My younger nieces loved the dessert choices, my favorite is the salad bar. Everything fresh and islands kept neatly cleaned. I took my son and little sister to Sizzler for the Holloween promotion where the kids eat for free with their costumes on. When I got there no one was familiar with the promotion and the lady taking my order was very rude. After finally figuring out that there was actually a promotion for Holloween, I placed my order for 2 cheeseburger kid meals. My son, who doesn't eat fries, typically wants fruit instead. They would not accommodate us with a few pieces of fruit they only offered the fries or vegetables which is pretty messed up I think. Overall the visit was terrible. I tried to use the restroom for 30 minutes there was only 1 stall for each gender. The occupancy and use description was incorrect when there was someone in the stall it read "Not in use." I asked an employee if I needed a key thinking it was vacant and with attitude the employee replied "There is someone in there." The restroom was also filthy with a leak in the sink that had water all over the floor. Its safe to say I will not be returning. People don't understand that customer service says so much about a franchise. There is no way customer service should be an issue in a business that wants consistent revenue. My advise is to fire and hire. Get it together! read more

Wouldn't normally write a Yelp review about a Sizzler but this one really was great. Stopped in before going to a show at The Forum. The wait staff was super nice. The fresh baked bread was incredible. Taco bar and salad bar were spot on. Not a Sizzler fan in general, but I would go back to this one. I think this Sizzler offers good value for what you pay. Probably the biggest drawback is that the seafood that is served has a kind of frozen and the microwaved taste to it. Obviously this isn't fine dining but I think they could just a little better job with the shrimp. read more

So they wouldn't let me buy corn on the cobb unless i got the combo it comes with. I told the cashier I'll pay whatever i just want a few corn on the cobb with my steak and he said that he can't and the corn is only for the summer grill combo. I love going to Sizzler. I have been bringing my family for 30 years. But I only go to one Sizzler in Los Angeles It's the location on Manchester and Prairie. I love the food and Its always clean. The servers are wonderful. But what really top it off is the General Manager Frank Sobalvarro Is a wonderful Manager Courteous, Kind and very Professional. I was in there today 11-28-17 for lunch. Had my mouth set on some chicken noodle soup and when I found out that they didn't have it today, I got sad on my way driving to the Sizzler couldn't wait. Frank saw me standing there with the disappointed look on my face, I express how I was feeling and he said no problem told a server to have them fix me some soup. that made my day That was so kind and thoughtful of him. The food and service was incredible tonight. I have not been a fan of Sizzler for many years the last time I had dinner at Sizzler was back in 2014. Tonight has changed my opinion of Sizzler. Great prices the food was delicious served quickly by friendly staff and the manager during the hour I was here had never stopped for a second going back and forth assisting customers it was an unbelievable experience much more than I've ever had at a Sizzler. Well! Back in the day I came here a lot and loved it. Now I'm here like I order steak and unlimited shrimp, where's my shrimp at? I had to wait so long for shrimp. Why's is there only 1 server working this big section. Why did my meal come out 10 minutes before my cousin's order. My server is not having a good day and We all know. Our family has dined at this Sizzler a couple of times. Yet Jorge, our server, makes us feel right at home. We feel like we are dining at a friend's house rather than a chain restaurant. Jorge makes the experience enjoyable and carefree. He makes sure we get what we ordered and is always attentive about all our requests. The manager was very rude with his condescending attitude. I notice my glass was dirty, I ask the cashier for another glass, and that glass was dirty. The cashier was busy waiting on other customers the manager was standing there, I ask him for a glass; he slams about 6 to 8 glasses on the counter and told me "it was the residue from the liquid in the dishwasher, and, to take my pick." It was not what he said; it was how he said it. The glasses were dirty, I don't trust the food anymore. I will never eat there again. The manager need to be train in diversity of other groups of people other than "Spanish." The people who frequent Sizzer are not all Spanish speaking people. read more

Came to this Sizzler by happenstance and I'm happy I did. We were going to attend a concert at The Forum which is right across the street and were hungry and not looking to eat fast food or crappy venue food. We weren't looking to really eat at Sizzler either but it seemed to be the best option available for some decent food and we figured we could get a quick bite with just getting the salad bar and we do go to our local Sizzler a few times a year. We were quick to judge and stereotype that this Sizzler was going to be a bad one because located in a not so great area in Inglewood, but we were both wrong and surprised by how good this Sizzler is. It was clean and had rather friendly employees, but surprised us the most was the salad bar. Over the years I've been to at least half a dozen Sizzler locations, and none had a salad bar that was as good, clean or had as many options available than this Sizzler. Maybe we were just really hungry but the food seemed to taste so much better and fresher than our local Sizzlers. The main thing that stood out was the full dessert bar. Our local Sizzler usually just has a soft serve ice cream machine, whereas here they had a variety of actual deserts. This Sizzler is a great option if you're attending a concert or something at The Forum. We did leave our car in the Sizzler parking lot while we attended the concert and paid the $20 they were asking for which was $5 cheaper than parking at the actual Forum parking lot and you won't have to deal with the mess of getting in and out of The Forum parking lot. read more

Me and husband had a taste for some good ole salad and soup from Sizzler. Well the chicken wings from the salad bar the oil tasted like bacon in other words grease was not clean and fresh. The clam chowder even had an unusual taste. We only stayed there not even 20 minutes when a man come storming out saying a house roach came from the salad bar. I felt sick. Now if a roach is running around the Soup and Salad Bar no telling what people been eating. Be careful people!! read more

Our friends and my husband and I had to occasion to frequent this particular Sizzler the other night (Thursday, August 10th) as we had tickets for Neil Diamond at the Forum across the road and arrived very early for the show. We had time for a leisurely meal, so decided to try out Sizzler. We were all extremely impressed with everything, but particularly with the Management, the likes of which I have hardly ever experienced before. There were two Managers walking around the entire time and making sure that everyone was happy and that things were running smoothly and the way they were meant to. I couldn't believe how helpful they were and all about the customer getting exactly what we wanted. They were so available and on hand that I was amazed!!! The food was great and just what we were searching for. My friends had steaks with potato each and we had the yummy salad bar. Besides actual salads, you could have chicken wings or make yourself a taco with all the trimmings. Included in this was a drink, which I thought was fabulous for the price. We all also enjoyed the cheesebread, which we shared. To top of the salad bar, I had a lovely clam chowder to start that was included and delicious ice cream dessert. We would definitely return to this particular Sizzler again, mostly because we resonated with the style of management and their graciousness and willingness to help and assist. My wife ordered the Burgundy Mushroom Sirloin Tips that tasted horrible. She (whom is pregnant) thought the meat was rancid. We informed the server who nicely took the dish to the kitchen and offered to replace it with something else. When I was getting soda near the kitchen, I overheard someone in the kitchen commenting that they thought that the gravy was bad. I assume that they were referring to the dish that we returned. I asked to speak to the manager to inform him of how bad the meat tasted. The manager came to our table and acted insincere and unconcerned. He talked down to us in a bravado form. We told him that we thought that the meat may be bad and he said "We cut our meat fresh daily and you should not be concerned about the meat. We are replacing it with something else right?" My wife told him that both of us tasted the meat and that it was horrible. I asked the manager if he tasted the meat and he said "No, but the server tasted it" She was there at the table and said that she thought that it tasted ok. This is bad customer service and a bad product. The manager seemed to be only concerned that he may have to give us a refund for the bad meat and said "we don't give any free food" We were embarrassed by the assertion that the manager thought that we only wanted a free meal. The food tasted poison and certainly not eatable. Not to mention that the Hibachi Chicken that was given as a replacement which we took to go after being totally disappointed cost less that the original bad meat Sirloin Tips. read more
