Came here on Saturday, june 19 and let's start with games they play. So when ordering the food, it was rung up in a way, that did not benefit me or my party. Totally ignoring all the time it took to get the order right. I ordered steak and lobster, with a side order of fried shrimp. & salad bar. That was changed to Steak and unlimited shrimp dinner, (it comes with baby salad bar) and added lobster for $13. ...(.....) The party was large and there were other orders... My whole party is still coming in and they start bringing out the main courses. No..wait. not yet.... Falls on deaf ears.... Fine.. My lobster tail is cold. And there is some type of oil that the waiter tried to tell me it was butter. But I know oil when lemon hits it. The lemon sinks to the bottom. So I try to ask for real butter.. I say try because while I started to ask for it I was argued down by other parties that believe I am too picky... But I ask you yelp community... am I being too picky for wanting real butter and not oil...? So while I paid $30 , I didn't eat it. At all. I just had salad and soup, which is all this location is good for. The quality of food here not the best Sizzler has to offer. If you are trying Sizzlers for the first time, and this is a disapointment, please try another location. So while I enjoyed the salad bar and soup, I could have went to soup plantation. read more

Arrived around 8:30pm or so was never greeted they were all in a office talking for atleast 5-6 mins before I decided to get someone's attention... All employees at one point were visibly on there phones... No food was replenished.. I had to inquire about that. I understand it's a buffet but freshness matter. Came for lunch and got the salad bar option. The mac and cheese tasted like it came from a box but the fried chicken Wings and cheese bread were actually quite tasty. I would have grabbed more had I been hungry. The wait staff was attentive and quite nice. Parking lot is moronically designed. The entrance dead ends as you are not allowed to exit on the Prairie side of the lot and I had to awkwardly back out. I went here with my parents, my girlfriend and her parents before The Eagles concert. I saw this on google maps and had the great idea of going there right before the concert! Guess what? Everyone else had the same idea! Go figure. The place was packed and the line was out the door. I was starting to think that it was a bad idea. However, the line started moving pretty fast and my girlfriend and I went to look for a table for 6. The manager noticed we were looking and found a table for us right away. Since we were sort of in a hurry we decided to all just get Salad Bars. It's normal cheap buffet food. Nothing special but it did the job and it was Very Clean! We even got some beers to pre game a little... $7 for a 24oz Corona is a steal compared to the prices at the venue. The waitress came by multiple times during our dinner and so did the manager. They brought us plates quickly and came through with all the requests we had. This place gets 5 stars from me strictly because of their EXCELLENT customer service! They know when the concerts are and they know how to handle the big crowds. Everyone is working... even the manager is running around seating people and checking on people not just standing there telling others what to do. Everyone knows what kind of food they're going to get here so that didn't have a big impact on my review. They even offer event parking for $20! Which is cheaper than inside. It's just across the street so the walk is nothing and you don't have to deal with the traffic exiting The Forum parking lot. I definitely recommend it here for any event at The Forum! read more

With the exception of awkward parking, we had an exceptional lunch today. We are tourists in LA and were greeted by a charismatic fellow named Frank who appeared to be the manager. He was a very diligent worker and was on top of everything. We ordered the senior salad bar and were very pleased with the freshness, quality, diversity and eye appeal. For the price, it was as good as it gets anywhere. A clean-cut handsome employee named Ramon tended to us at the table and never left us for wanting anything. The dessert bar was the crowning touch and a perfect way to end a perfect meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal at beggars prices. Good job Sizzler! We'll be back! Ps. This place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! I could not get over how beautiful and NEW this Sizzler was. I was waiting for very late friends before a Prince concert at the Forum. I had a burger and the salad bar. The salad bar was awesome (and I usually hate salad bars). Beautiful lettuce choices and killer bleu cheese dressing. I had a Bud Light and I was in heaven. My server was Eugenio and he was very helpful and timely. I was watching the manager Javier and he was clearing tables and helping customers. They had a Laker game on the TVs. I am food snob. All of my friends will tell you I'm obnoxious about cleanliness and good food. I had a great meal here with some decent beer. As soon as you walk in, you're hit in the face with the smell of human feces like a brick wall. The bathrooms smell AWFUL and are positioned so you smell them while you wait in line, and from the salad bar. I can still smell it from my table every time someone opens the door. I just came from a horrible 5 minute doctor appointment and my sister bought me to sizzler. I'm so glad she did. The customer service was great. The manager greeted me and saw I wasn't feeling well. Visited before the Ariana Grande concert today with 4 friends. Food was very mediocre. The only items that were decent was the French fries and some items from the soup and salad bar. Burgers didn't taste good or fresh and The Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp was really bad. Customer Service was ok not worth tipping. Prices are too high for the quality of this establishment. I've been to other sizzlers where the food was much better like Bellflower and Carson!!! read more

Was going to a concert with a friend. We were driving down Manchester when we finally spotted the place our concert was going to be at. We decided to eat at Sizzler because we still had a few hours before concert and it was the 1st place we saw. To start off, the parking lot is way too small. And they have valet parking which I have never seen at any Sizzler ever. But after dealing with the hassle out in the parking lot things got much better when we finally got inside. Restaurant was very clean. I ordered the two combo plate and chose baby back ribs and the macaroni and cheese with pork, my friend got steak and lobster. Food was decent and it didn't take long to come out. Service was decent too. Overall this restaurant is fairly decent but the parking situation can leave a bad taste in your mouth when coming to eat or just trying to leave after eating. read more

I had been a customer at your 831 E. Manchester location for more than 4 years. Tony is my favorite server but it has been the second time that I had to face rude, unfriendly and disastrous service i.e., my kid's Mac & Cheese was the last dish served after 4 steak dishes. To make matters worse, the server was so rude that she had the temerity to answer back to me dismissively when I asked her about the Mac & Cheese. Here is my suggestion get rid of your rude servers and hire a DIVERSIFIED work force that reflects the composition of the surrounding community instead of 100% representation by a single group. Oh and the manager was no good except to address our concern in a patronizing manner. We took our meals since all of my family members did not want to spend another second at your restaurant. This is the second time it happened and I truly believe you have systemic problem. read more

This is not a bad Sizzler but way below other ones. There salad bar was okay I never have seen pinkish red Italian dressing though. Claimed to have Vegetable Beef soup on display along with chicken noodle and clam chowder. I happen to love there vegetable soup with pieces of steak. Incredible that was one of main reasons I chose Salad bar. I get to soups and no vegetable beef but chicken tortilla which was bland. Also should mention outside on a banner in front of entrance says price between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm $9.99. I was charged $12.99.. Went to a U2 concert last night and ate at the Sizzler. Great. Food was really good. Bottle of wine for $14. Fair but not bad going out to dinner; Table wine. Friendly staff. Manager was name Frank and he was a nice guy and you could tell the crew respected and like the guy. Place was clean. Fresh food. Displayed well. Attention to detail. We finally went to check out a new location of the sizzlers chain restaurant. To my greatest surprise this location surpassed my wildest dreams. Although it was a smaller location the food was so fresh and so delicious. We went for lunch and they kept the good stuff coming: the wings and the clam chowder. Clean, friendly and they have a senior discount! Lobster was delicious, not overcooked and the chicken option was nice instead of steak. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Salad bar was fresh and everything was very clean. Overall a great experience and had a great waitress. We ended up coming here after we weren't greeted at Red Lobster and so happy we did! Salad bar was great and I had no complaints. We used to come often for that reason. It was probably the 4th time we were there when I witnessed something. Well I was at the hot bar with all the spaghetti and chicken and stuff, when an employee came with a pan of hot water, and she started pouring it in all the pans with the food in it. She stirred them up and just left. It was disgusting! Would you eat that after you saw that?! That food doesn't get switched out. Once they get all dry, they just add water to it. I now know why i don't do sizzler. When i walked in the cashier was on her phone with another employee. I stood there for at least 30 seconds. I then said something as the cashier smiled at me and continues to use her cell phone. After another twenty seconds she finally took my order. Came in for dinner before the Drake & Future concert at the Forum. Surprisingly there wasn't that many people inside. I don't care too much for their food. However, I love the salad bar! That is my favorite along with a strawberry lemonade. The salad bar was clean and the food was packed. Our waitress was very attentive too. My only problem was there are single restrooms! Only two bathrooms so the lines were getting long with people who were stopping in just to use the bathroom. They tried to put up signs that read "Must buy a drink to use bathroom" but of course nobody read nor cared about that pointless sign. Also the restaurant is hard to get to if you are coming from the 405, you would have to do a u-turn. read more

This is one of my favorite place for lunch in Inglewood. I usually get lunch buffet and the food is always fresh. The waitresses has been always kind and the manager do cares about their customer. Waitress Blanca will not give napkins and is Lazy. Blanca will not refill drinks or remove old dishes from the table. Blanca is nasty and not clean. Manager Fausto is Lazy and nasty looking. Manager Fausto says tips don't matter to the waitress or waiter's . Bathroom was very nasty. Food was cold. Poor choices in the salad bar. Waitress Blanca won't even smile or introduce herself. Blanca tells the guest get up and go get your water yourself even if you're handicapped. Waitress Blanca was quick to ignore you if you ask for a straw or a to go tray. Waitress Blanca will not give you a to go bag or tray. Blanca says your money isn't the best if you're a senior or handicapped individual.
