My cousin and I decided to drop by for a late dinner, we ordered the combination platter, steak, shrimp, and ribs, and the salad bar and a Pacifico beer all was good until I found a live nat floating in my half-drunk beer mug I informed our server, who was courteous and attentive. The manager arrived quickly and asked if I would like another beer, which I declined, and took a rain check he said he'll take care of me on my next visit which I appreciate. The customer service is excellent and the interior is spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy your meal. The salad bar is great. Despite the nat I will be visiting again soon.

My sister, mom, and I came here after visiting the cemetery. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, especially our waitress Frida. We got there shortly after opening so everything was set up hot and fresh. There were plenty of options in the salad bar as well. They both ordered meals from the kitchen. Their food came light quickly and it was just as they ordered. There were plenty of booths and tables to provide enough seating for small or large groups.

I haven't been in a while to sizzler and I'm glad I tried it again. The Front of house was friendly, had a great vibe, & had a great flow in offering and going through our options. We were there around 5:20pm Tuesday & got to order and get our food at a really relaxing pace with just one person in front of us. It was sparsely full, playing the dodgers vs Angels game, yet, had such a calm atmosphere. Waitress was super friendly as well, the service was quick &, let us know what she was going to do next like bring us bread & kept checking in on us & making sure our experience was going well. I was sitting in front of the salad bar and it seemed very enticing. Loved the food and was very satisfied with portion. We got the mango lemonade, water with lemon, and two prime rib burgers one with fries and one with baked potatoe. The burger was really tasty and not overly covered in sauce which I personally, prefer. The cheese toast was very cheesy and garlic heavy which was delicious. I can't wait to go back to try something else.

Wednesday, 11-20-2024: I have to do a huge shout out to Sizzler for graciously accommodating my request to reserve a section for 40 people in their restaurant for my retirement luncheon. I had called them a week prior and spoke with a very nice female manager, who assured me it would be no problem but to call the day before to double check. I did just that but spoke to a male manager, who was also very nice and assured me that it would be set up. My boss and office had set up balloons, cupcakes, and a banner. I was so busy talking to everybody I unfortunately forgot to take more photos! Sizzler was renovated and has a very nice modern interior. This was the perfect sized venue for my retirement luncheon. Their servers were hardworking and so sweet & friendly! My hubby and I opted for their fresh salad bar. I was surprised that many expressed that never had eaten at Sizzler and were very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Very grateful to the managers and staff for making my retirement luncheon a very memorable one. Thank you Sizzler!

My family and I have been coming here for many years. We had a nearby Sizzler's but we would travel 20 minutes just to be here because the ambience and service is way better. Always clean. The food is fresh. Delicious. Today is my mother Inlaw's 75th birthday and we got a special treat from our server Sina. Thank you to the staff for making our celebration special

I know people drive by it all the time. And never pay any attention. But not only is it clean and beautiful inside but the staff from ordering table to taking care. Of all your needs while you're. There are amazing. Especially Manny for some reason. This man who is not a real young man. However, he's fast. He makes you feel like you're the only one there. You need something you're gonna get it quick when you ask Manny or any of the staff for that matter. Salad bar is always well maintained and cleaned for your protection. If you don't see something, ask. I really enjoy their food and the seating is comfortable. I don't go often. But I do not ever have a bad experience. I also want to say they really honored us on Veterans Day with hand signed cards and a free salad bar gift card. That's good for the rest of the year. read more

My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant. The steaks are great and cooked to Perfection. Every time we have gone there, the restaurant has always been clean and very comfortable, but the one thing I want to say is the service of one employee whose name is Manuel someone who goes out of his way to give you the best experience he continuously is asking you if you need anything if the food is good. One of the main reasons we go there is because of the amazing service Manuel gives I'm sure all the rest of the service staff are just as good, but we're lucky enough to be served by Manuel. Oh my goodness! I have not been to a Sizzler in years. I remember how good it was. The ribeye was well- cooked. We took my wife's mother to dinner. My youngest, of course, got the petit steak and lobster. She is high maintainence! Our server, Laisa, is amazing. She is friendly and always checks in. The ambiance is relaxed and laid back. My husband and I had just come from a homecoming service (funeral) of a friend. Giselle was our waitress, she was very attentive, diligent, and checked on us several times. I even noticed her serving a father and his young daughter near us. The daughter had made a mess and Gisselle provided the #girl dad what he needed to clean up after the meal. Giselle was a great server. I certainly hope that management has taken notice. We are from Hemet, I was pleases to be served a yam. Which I will suggest for our Hemet Sizzler. Thank you Gissell. Welcome by Natalie @ the cashier. Then Laisa was our waitress, so attentive & friendly. And Salvador there busboy so nice & helpful. And had to meet there manager Jesus to compliment everyone & him the way the restaurant is running with great organizations, safety measures still present with sanitizer on entrance & at the register. And plastic like gloves for serving at the salad bars. So clean & even at the ladies restroom. The salad bar always fully stocked or replenish. Excellent kale salad & soup. There strawberries lemonade drinks so good. My husband & I enjoyed our Lunch. Highly recommend this Sizzler location & will be back when around this area. Manager Jesus is the best. We had an issue with our Malibu Chicken since it was overcooked and dry. He came to our table and said he would personally go to the kitchen and redo it! That's what I call hands down superior customer service and someone who cares about your dining experience!!! Hats off to Manager Jesus!!! Also, our server Alejandra was excellent. I'm wondering why it took me so long to give Sizzler a try the food and service were great. Ordered the Salmon which was cooked perfectly. The unlimited salad bar has a great variety of veggies. The service was fast and efficient. Definitely returning to try out the steaks. read more

I haven't been back at this location for about 8 years, and I live in the city. I was surprised at the remodeled outside. I was more impressed with how they gave the inside a new look as well. Nice and bright with plenty of dine-in sitting options of booths or tables. Extremely clean inside. Jocelyn was the cashier who took our order. She was very helpful with alternate recommendations and was professional, polite, and patient with our order selection. Yanet was our server and she hit it out of the park with giving high quality customer service with a smile on her face. She was the same with the other tables she was serving as well. Great salad bar was well maintained and stocked with all the different salad selections. We had no complaints with how the food was cooked as well as the amount of time it took to get from the kitchen to our table. Will definitely be coming back for the salad bar. read more

This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options. Salad items, a taco bar, dessert bar, pizza ( I think), a soup bar, and a ton of other stuff. You can order it as an unlimited option. They do frown on sharing the food though. It's worth it though!

The bread was okay, didn't seem too fresh but it was nice to hold us off while we waited for our food. I ordered the outlaw ribeye and my Dad ordered a regular ribeye medium rare. The outlaw was about $40. I also ordered a side of salad and a baked potato which came with the steak. The food arrived fairly quickly amd we dug in. It was very tasty. The streak was cooked perfectly but the baked potato could have used more toppings. I ordered an extra side of sour cream. The steak was bomb. It was well seasoned and delicious. It was a nice spot and the service was very fast as well.

Music is a big part of the eating experience. I know some people may be fine with it. For example, we had breakfast at Tio's Taco and the music was spot on for the dining experience.

I'll be honest, the food still tastes good and that's the only reason I'm not going lower. But other spots in the area are starting to pull ahead because they get both the flavor and the execution right. Hopefully they fix this because the potential is definitely there.

Sizzler. Even the name evokes a sinister kind of evil, the kind one finds in video game bosses and cereal box mascots. From the outside it is an unassuming cookie cutter chain restaurant, obviously on the lower economic scale of things, but hell, poor people gotta eat too I suppose (at least according to www.foodforthepoor.org [although not feeding them might end that whole "poverty" issue]). Once through the door a whole different picture becomes clear, decrepit septuagenarians shuffle around groaning and chewing in a manor that would make George A. Romero blush. Ancient, rotting corpses of human beings amble through the 'salad' bar that is more like last weeks lawn clippings than anything resembling vegetables, more nursing home escapee/zombies chew, mouths open, bibs drenched, on under and over (no, goldilocks, none of them are ever 'just right') steaks of unknown meaty origins (human flesh, judging by the patronage). Once seated I was served 'cheesy bread.' Cheese bread would have been a misnomer in this instance since, although it was in fact a 'bread', the substance smeared over the top looked and tasted more like lightly toasted rabbit snot and yak butter. By this point some of the zombies were greedily stealing looks at me (I want my looks back damn it!) and in the end I ran screaming, lest my brain be eaten. read more

About 2wks ago I was dog hungry and tired. I wanted to get a good meal before I went home...why did I go to MoVal Sizzlers? I can't believe sizzlers wanted to put up a fight over a baked potatoe and brag about it..! Their food is getting worse and the value you get for the money does not equal out to bring a smile. The waitress thought she was doing me a favor to serve me was her attitude. The big mouth female manager was condescending and was a know it all about the how many franchised store s her boss owned which had to be more than 25...! Thanks for all the info on sizzler ms smarty pants because you just let me know how selfish your boss can be while not giving any thought to his valued customers while he keeps buying up more franchises! I really didn't need to know about sizzlers winning awards for the salad bar and how long they've been serving the same baked dried out rice pilaf either...! All I wanted was a baked potatoe to be added as a value to my meal like the many other stores of sizzlers I visited in Los Angeles county..! Plus MV needs a makeover especially their waitresses who need more training on customer satisfaction! I recently rediscovered my local Sizzlers because I was looking for a healthy salad I could take home after work. All of the prepared salads in supermarkets just didn't seem as fresh as if I made it at home. But I didn't want to make a salad at home. I didn't want to buy and prepare all the ingredients. I longed for the days where I could go to a Soup Plantation and take home a salad, but those days are long gone. The only salad bar I knew of was Sizzlers but I didn't want all of the hot food options, just fresh greens. Much to my surprise, Sizzlers has a to-go Greens only option. It is $13.95, a couple of dollars more than a prepared supermarket brand, but supermarket salads can't compare to the options and freshness available at Sizzlers. In addition, Jesus the manager at my local Sizzlers, makes certain my take-out experience is quick and complete. He is also very nice and treats me just as if I was a dining-in patron. As a result, Sizzlers Greens To Go has become my favorite takeout meal that is healthy and delicious without the fuss of preparing a salad on my own. Sizzler in Moreno Valley has always been a favorite place for us to eat on Sunday afternoons. On November 17, 2024 my family and several members of our church enjoyed a midday lunch. There were approximately 21 of us in all. I must say that Yanet, Perla, and Jackeline B. treated everyone with respect and professionalism. Whenever we dine at Sizzler Moreno Valley we always experience a warm welcoming atmosphere. All three ladies were kind, courteous, and friendly. This Sizzler location is represented well by these ladies. I want to truly commend them. I also spoke with Ramon, one of the store managers, to let him know how pleased we were with our food, service, ambiance, and the treatment we received while dinning. Ramon smiled (he's always very friendly and professional as well). I want to recommend that Yanet, Perla, and Jackeline B, as well Ramon, receive recognition and raises for jobs well done! From the moment we were seated, they were attentive, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain the menu options, recommended a few great dishes, and made sure our dietary preferences were accommodated. Throughout the meal, Mwam checked on us just the right amount--not too often, but enough to ensure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and the plates were cleared away efficiently without interrupting our conversation. Outstanding Service from Zenaida! I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Zenaida at Sizzler! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made us feel right at home. She was super attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right time to make sure we had everything we needed. Zenaida went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable, was quick with drink refills, and even took the time to engage in a little friendly conversation that added a personal touch to our visit. Place is fantastic. Worked at cheesecake for a decade, other not so great places change, pizza kitchen etc. First thing I noticed was it's neat and clean. The staff was happy and in a good mood. The salad bar even had an attendant to mix the salad for you which is awesome. The food came out fast and was phenomenal. Went during shift change which is probably the toughest time to be on point with everything. Steak was perfectly cooked and I usually put a1 on steaks. Didn't touch any sauce. service was great. A manager even ran out the food and made sure to see that we were doing well. Rarely get such a good atmosphere when I go out. The only problem I have is that I can't go more often. Would happily pass closer sizzlers to eat at this one. Never write reviews but they truly gave the optimal dining experience. A+. read more

What really stood out was how she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask - our drinks were always refilled, and she constantly checked in with a smile to make sure everything was perfect. Food was so amazing. It was my boyfriends and I fist time and we were a little confused at first but I asked one of the servers to explain the process to me and she was so nice about it. We waited less than a minute for our server Laisa to come and pick up our ticket. She was very sweet and made our experience better. She was keeping up with us but not too much that we were bothered. When I asked her for more sauce she wasn't rude about it and seemed like she was happy to help. My boyfriend and I thank her!! Prevention was amazing. My boyfriend and I had a blast i've never seen him so happy. We loved the unlimited salad bar DEFINITELY recommend. It was a little pricey but you get yours money worth!! read more

Returning to my local Sizzler Sat 5/23/26, after a long absence, turned out to be a great choice. The restaurant is beautifully remodeled and as always, consistently Immaculate. We were greeted warmly and made to feel very welcomed by our server "Laisa" who is a 10 year veteran and knows her stuff. She provided outstanding service and made our visit very pleasant. As usual, the food was great. All of the staff members were very friendly and professional. "Laisa" our server stood out and her hard work and efforts are very commendable. I have never been to this restaurant before, but I was quite impressed with my experience. At first glance this place is extremely clean both inside and outside. The cashiers are all so friendly and even suggested some items on the menu I did not even notice at first. It was really nice that they actually found a seat for us instead of us finding it on our own. Our server got to us very quickly and was welcoming. The Salad bar is kept clean with the freshest foods and staff was helpful with any questions I had. We notice the managers were always attentive to the guest and helped out the staff (which is rarely seen anywhere else). I will definitely return to this location. read more

I want to take a moment to recognize Frida, one of the waitresses at Sizzler, for her outstanding service during our visit. Even though she was working as a waitress, she noticed the line forming at the cashier and immediately stepped in to help without missing a beat. On Thursday, December 25th I stopped at Sizzler for breakfast ....my waitress was Jackeline B. Been to many sit down restaurants,this has got to the best detail oriented experience I have had. My waitress "sina" was amazing ,ordered the steak and lobster she made sure to cut my steak to see if it was done to my preference, went above and beyond to come and check for refills on my drink. I hadn't been to Sizzler in a while, but this location is a solid 10/10. The food was great--but the service really stood out. The servers kept our drinks topped off without us even having to ask. And honestly, one of the best signs of good food? The staff eats it too. The managers even took a quick lunch break while we were there--still answering calls when needed--but it was nice to see them actually sit down and enjoy a meal. Best experience ever. I'm a regular customer here,but the new manager, Abraham is exceptionally friendly and has excellent customer service and communication skills. My family and i went to sizzler after church and it was packed. Abraham coordinated very well with the hosts to have everyone seated on time and always with a smile on his face. We got our food on a timely manner for a busy day and Abraham made sure we were ok the whole time. Employees look up to him.
