I haven't been back at this location for about 8 years, and I live in the city. I was surprised at the remodeled outside. I was more impressed with how they gave the inside a new look as well. Nice and bright with plenty of dine-in sitting options of booths or tables. Extremely clean inside. Jocelyn was the cashier who took our order. She was very helpful with alternate recommendations and was professional, polite, and patient with our order selection. Yanet was our server and she hit it out of the park with giving high quality customer service with a smile on her face. She was the same with the other tables she was serving as well. Great salad bar was well maintained and stocked with all the different salad selections. We had no complaints with how the food was cooked as well as the amount of time it took to get from the kitchen to our table. Will definitely be coming back for the salad bar. read more

Today, my sisters and I hosted a baby shower for my niece, and Management and staff at this particular location on Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley made the event way more special! We had a very friendly cashier with a lovely smile who took our large order; then were served by Janette, who is the most patient and attentive server we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The manager Jesus even came to our table directly to confirm a small detail of our order, and he, too, was very, very friendly. Every staff member that we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. Moreover, all of our meals were prepared, expertly and to detail. The salad bar was stocked with visibly fresh lettuce that had just been washed, and the soup was piping hot and fresh. This review is for buffet bar and dine in service. The place is clean. The service is nearly nonexistent. Waiters dont show you a table. They only came once after sitting down for 15 min and another to say shift change. Thats it. No beverage refill. No hello. No do you need anything. The buffet: No more wings. No potato skins. No onion rings. No mac and cheese. No fried corn nuggets. The chicken noodle smelled like it gone bad. The broccoli cheddar was lumpy. The melter cheese was lukewarm. They dont refill the foot often. Food wasnt very fresh but it was just okay. They give gloves at buffet table. The price went up to 15.99 and includes 3.5 percent extra charge just because. I hope they add back pre- covid quality, then i dont mind the price. And the service. Free refills but waitress comes by. That is bad. read more

We were served my this young gentleman named Roman, he was very helpful and I did see him keeping an eye in his section of the restaurant to keep everyone he served pleased. Food was always good, salad bar was well stocked. I could see the folks tending and refilling the trays with fresh food. Manager also seemed to be available at all time walking by not really engaging on customers but making sure everything was going well. I went to Moreno Valley location of Sizzler. I am 73 yrs old. While I may look like 55 lol. Here's my story. I went in and was pleasantly surprised at the new building, the lighting and display of the menu items was very clear. At 73 that means that the lettering and the pictures matched what the lettering was describing. I took some time looking as I haven't been to a Sizzler in over 40 years. That was in Columbus, Ohio. This young lady who was working the front desk came over to ask if she could help me with the menu items. So we did discuss the items and pricing. She was very pleasant and treated me with great respect. After I chose what I wanted, the 6 oz steak with baked potato, and a trip to the salad bar I walked around the salad bar. The other employees at this location made sure the food was cold, and that the area was neat and very clean. The vegetables and fruit were fresh, clean, nothing old on the salad "buffet". I lined my bowl on the bottom with just one layer of spinach. Then enjoyed the wide variety of veggies and topped off on the side a few peaches and melon. What a great idea. More veggies, less lettuce stuff...my idea of course. lol My server was Zenaida and she was very welcoming, polite, and came around several times to ask if she could do anything for me. I actually was there for two hours. I h ad driven over from Palm Springs, Ca. and so had gone to several stores before stopping to eat. I suggest that if you go to Moreno Valley, you do go to the mall and to the other stores around the Perris exit as well. This was one of my trips as a day out and about to shop and go to someplace different for lunch. My lunch which also included a diet Coke, came to $21.20. Yes very reasonable for the amount and quality of food! If you are ever on the Route 60 going from or to Palm Springs, stopping here for lunch or dinner is a great relaxing place. Parents contained their children...but to be very good about this, the children were very well behaved. Thanks to those parents/guardians. lol I did stop to tell the managers that I truly appreciated the helpful lady at the front hostess/pay stand although I didn't get her name she should also be heralded for her helpfulness to me...a 73 yr old. Mind you I didn't have any cane, walker or other ortho device that would have maybe said I would need any assistance. But she took it on to come ask. Thanks to you my dear girl! I will encourage others to stop here for a meal for sure. I have put you on my Facebook. And...t h e STORES in the area off a couple exits...all you could ask for as far as I'm concerned. read more
