Since the remodel I love my sizzler even more. The new ambiance is nice and inviting. I love the new pub table type seating. The salad bar is more enticing and the fact that they will toss your salad(no pun intended) is really cool. This is some place infrequent often and know a few of the servers. Sizzler is our dependable go to spot when we're hungry! Their salad bar is always stocked and I love their raspberry vinaigrette sauce! Manuel was attentive and prompt. Even with a busy weekend rush, we got our refills and toast quick and he cleared our table as fast as we cleared our plates. They had a new hot item, General Tso's Chicken, I believe it was, although it replaced my favorite corn nuggets, I can't complain due to it's amazing taste. Decided to change up our regular date night and try this place out. We did have a little bit of wait to pay and be seated but that's to be expected on a Friday afternoon. Once we were set our waitress Jackie was amazing! She was on top of our drink orders along with our mushrooms and bread...yummm!! We both decided to do the salad bar. It definitely won't disappoint in the variety. The lady by the mixing place was also super nice when I asked her to please mix my stuff. I also ate a taco, Mexican rice, along with Mac n cheese. This place is far better than I expected. My parents spoke highly of this place and I thought Sizzler is Sizzler. I thought it was just another common Sizzler that I've only been to once in my life, which ended with disappointment. However, this was even better than any other common American family restaurants. Their selections of burgers and steaks were affordable, and their pictures were not deceiving at all. They have unlimited AYCE salad bars including pasta and tacos as well and according to my fiancee, it was better than Souplantation. I had Philly Cheesesteak. I've been to Geno's in Philadelphia for the original philly cheesesteak, but this Sizzler one was actually better. Lots of veggies and meat plus cheese made my mouth very happy. Writing a review as a warning!! Yesterday on 2.28.21 my husband and I got violently ill after eating here. When we walked in it was filthy and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. We truly should have left but we have a toddler and the effort to get her back in the car weighed against our decision to leave. The food took over an hour to get in a dead restaurant the server could not remember even basic requests such as soda and ranch. It was expensive and terrible and my husband might need to go to emergency. If our daughter is sick today we are going to call the health department. Visited Sizzler's at this location on 3/17/24 went in to dine however I ended up changing my mind and ordering to go , As I was standing in line the waitress looks at me and answers the phone which I waited to be assisted the waitress then looks at me again and calls the person behind me to come to the desk to order . As I'm looking at both of them I suppose the lady who went before me looks at me and then begins to walk back to the line as I am walking up to the counter , the waitress begins to apologize and says she didn't see me . As I start making my order I ask for the manager and let him know what happened he then blames the customer and apologizes and gives me an extra cheese toast and basically tells me when it's a lot of people they can't control the line or who comes up to the counter ......in other words "if you snooze you loose" instead of the waitress saying let me take the customer who was Infront of you when all the while I was assuming the lady was trying to stand in line for a pick up order since there is a overhead sign that says pick up I wasn't trying to be an asshole and curse anyone out. This is a very nice Sizzler compared to the one in Banning. Restaurant was remodeled a few years ago and is kept up very nicely. Great selection of food and this Sizzler DOES NOT charge a hidden surcharge like Banning does. Our server "Ammy" was great and looking forward to having her serve us again. read more

I started wearing mask outside in 2018 because the allergens and toxins in the air make it hard for me to breathe. I am disabled I don't drive right now and for you to bring me food and the driver have a mask on I can't say enough. my food was a 6oz steak and potatoes with claim chowder. it's not fun being quarantined but I am used to it because I can't go everywhere without the virus people's germs make me sick. I just wanna thank everyone who is working I need you I appreciate you stay healthy seriously I am crying because these delivery drivers these people at the restaurants risking their lives everyday to feed me. I can only afford one meal a day and without them I would not eat. I appreciate all of the drivers,cashiers,cooks, crew members that keep me fed without you I am helpless.
