I've recently started getting Sizzler to go. 1st 2 times everything was delicious. Tonight, not so much. I got the trio of steak, 3 peices of shrimp, and ribs. The ribs were hard and dry and I'm willing to bet they were reheated from yesterdays left overs. I think the same thing happened with the baked potato because it was dark and gummy inside. The heads of the silverware was exposed & touching the dirty table, the handles were covered with the napkin, that's backwards. We eat at this Sizzler quite often and the service is always good but tonight it was exceptional. Jackie Adrion (may be misspelled) was our server and she very promptly brought us our drinks and was extremely observant and took away any dishes that we were done with. As we got our dessert she quickly asked if we were ready for boxes for our unfinished food and then was back with them in a minute. In addition she was so very pleasant and always smiling and wished us a wonderful evening. We will try to ask for a table in her area any time we go back. We told the manager what a great job she did and we should also mention that he was very pleasant and was constantly checking on customers to make sure everything was being done to make their visit pleasurable. It is the best Sizzler we have ever been to and we have done a lot of traveling and have eaten in Sizzler restaurants all over the U.S. These two people deserve extra credit for being such good employees. read more

My 86 year old mother wanted to have Mother's Day dinner at Sizzler today so that's what the family did. My parents and I ordered the steak and lobster meal. My brother had ribs and my daughter did the salad bar. We all really enjoyed our meal. Sizzler was packed with families celebrating Mother's Day, but the wait was not bad at all. Love the new remodel they did a great job! Service was great also it seems things are a bit more organized now. I have to add the food was great but seems a lot more expensive!! I didn't get any salad bar and you do get a lot for your food but just seems your really paying for it now. I could have ordered the same thing somewhere else with a salad and paid much less. I don't know what happened to this sizzler it use to be our go to place and my husband and I just left and we are very disappointed all both got the salad bar and and two soft drinks and it was $44.00 and the soups where watered down and the chicken noodle soup absolutely had no flavor and they got rid of the chicken wings and replaced them with cold over cooked chicken nuggets with no sauces for dipping at that. If I could give this location no stars I would. Came here this past weekend with my family and we all went for the salad bar. It was about $100 for 4 salad bars, when it was time to eat there was absolutely nothing and when I say nothing I mean nothing!! Asides from the salad station, They had some old soups that you can tell have been sitting for quite some time. Super stale popcorn chicken and some dried out taquitos and soft serve ice cream station. We were going to compromise and just eat since we were already there and hungry so we talked to an employee and asked her if this was all they had to offer and she said yeah that's it I think so we told her well there's pretty much nothing out there and as the manager past by he overheard our conversation and stepped in. He said there was a fresh batch of food coming right out in about 5 minutes. So we said okay we sat down and he came to our table before our drinks and toast could even get there and said it was be about another 30-40 minutes before anymore food would be placed out. At this point we were over it they definitely need to inform customers before purchasing salad bars and really need to add more to a salad bar than just stale popcorn chicken, old soup, dry taquitos. Manager gave us our refund and we went elsewhere he even tried ti offer a free takeout box for our son to eat but we laughed bc he didn't even go to check to see what was out there...NOTHING!! I was really pleasantly surprised. This is a very large spacious well-maintained, clean, cheerful space. It can accommodate a lot of people. The food is how you remember sizzler food, the steaks are actually pretty good, I tried the ribeye which was good, the sirloin was good too. They continue to have the well-maintained salad bar. Soup/pasta/soft serve station. They have the old standby garlic toast but they also have these new large soft, kind of sweet, dinner rolls. Those are seriously worth a trip them selves. Also the service is very very good, you get your drinks rapidly and are frequently checked on during your meal. There are several really large screen TVs so you can watch a ball game or some other sport. I would recommend a visit. Also the restrooms are clean. read more

Took the family here so everyone could get what they wanted. I had the steak (med-rare) and shrimp scampi linguini with loaded baked potato. Hubby had the classic steak (med-rare) trio with maple butter yam and the kiddo had the kids burger with fries. Server was pleasant and efficient. When the food came out we cut into our steaks and both were overcooked to about med-well to well done and both tasted as if they had been dipped in salt before going on the grill. When the server asked how it was we told her and she offered to get new plates. We declined new plates because we had already seen at least 3 people sending food back to the kitchen and the manager come out personally to handle a situation. We just asked to speak with the manager so he would be aware of another kitchen issue. She sent him over (we later found out his name was Jimmy) and we explained what happened. He again offered to bring out new plates and we again declined and explained we had seen several people send food back already so obviously there was a kitchen issue happening. He became defensive and exclaimed there wasn't any kitchen issue and then said the other send backs were regarding seasoning and not about overcooked steaks. Well news flash Jimmy, our steaks were badly seasoned AND overcooked. And after seeing the amount of send backs you absolutely do have a kitchen issue! Throughout our meal we witnessed this gem Jimmy, bring a bowl of soup or some other spoonable item to a table (due to another complaint) and proceed to test it with the customer. The customer wasn't satisfied and still complained to which Jimmy seemed to argue with her. As he walked away to the kitchen we watched him continue to eat the bowl of food he had brought over for this customer to try. Now, I can see the merrit in a manager trying a dish to confirm a customers complaint but to watch this doofus slowly walk through the dining area while spoon feeding himself her discarded dish was disgusting and I'm sure he never washed his hands between any of these send backs or customer interactions. Based on the management I will never return to this Sizzler. When a customer complains and is just trying to bring an issue to your attention you should not become defensive and condescending while refusing to take responsibility for your mismanagement. We were not requesting a refund or free food because we know everyone has off days but the absolute lack of responsibility on the part management made me want my money back. I will be forwarding my experience up the management chain so they are aware of the poor management at this location. As a manager, your job is to deescalate situations and make your customer feel valued. Jimmy, you failed horribly at this with several customers. read more

We may have to rethink going back there again till it changes to A grade. I noticed too not enough servers, looks like 3 servers running around for whole place! Waiters were always cleaning up or picking up dishes and asking if we needed a refill. Food was cooked to order. I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars today. This is based on the customer service I received today. My steak came out mushy and difficult to cut. The manager, I wish I got his name, came over and offered another steak which I declined. He then offered the salad bar which I thought was great! On top of that I was refunded some money due to me sending the steak back, I kept my shrimp and baked potato. The food may not be 5 star (4 star for food) but the customer service was right on! I decided to treat myself to a hardy & healthy meal after a 10K afternoon hike by going to dinner at the Moreno Valley Sizzler to have my favorite Sizzler selection: Cilantro Lime Barramundi. That's pole caught "wild" sea bass with cilantro, half a lime, and a half dozen cherry tomatoes on a bed of white rice with Steamed Vegetable Medley. I added All You Can Eat Salad Bar including soup. I choose a cup of hot chunky Beef Vegetable and had a "heaping" plate of salad with Kale, Spinach, Chickpeas, Broccoli Florets, Diced Cucumber, Sliced Sweet Onion, Romaine Lettuce, Crumbled Feta Cheese, Stringed Carrots, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Quinoa, White Mushrooms, Flax Seeds, Radish Slices, and Dried Cranberries. I put on Balsamic, Chunky Blue Cheese, and Sesame/Poppy Seed Dressings. (Pro Tip - ask for hot garlic butter for the vegetable medley - there's no extra charge.) Note: unlike other establishments the salad items are not periodically spritzed with a salt water wash, because everything is fresh, which means no excess sodium to contend with.) As always, I was very pleased with the fast service at the front desk checking in and was greeted by the Manager, Aileen. My waitress, Yanet, gave great friendly service and checked back with me repeatedly bringing beverage refills & complimentary lemon wedges, plus Cheesy Bread (YUM). This review is solely for the service rendered from manager staff Aileen and service worker Alajunadra. My partner and I work with clients who require independence assistance. Our experience did not start off well with our first service greeter not greeting us, acting as if we were a problem before there was a problem. I request to speak to the general manager who made an excuse for the unprofessional behavior of his staff. I truly did not feel heard by the general manager, I felt as if my bad experience fell on death ears. Aileen came to the rescue when I say to you that she made my staff, the clients, and I feel we mattered she did just that. They replaced our service worker with a beautiful, well-mannered, professional attitude. Is the presentation Alajundra offered. You know professionalism, unfortunately, is hard to come by. Let me just say I found out today that professionalism is not a thing of the dark ages. It is my recommendation that the current general manager step down and allow Aileen a shot at being in charge. I have been to this particular sizzler a few times and have given them the benefit of a doubt that maybe someone is new or having a bad day or whatever the case may be...but not today. The service was slow and the waitress was careless. She took forever to bring our drinks and we waited over an hour for our food, which was not hot at all, except the kids meal that was practically boiling... go figure. We never received our rolls until after our food. We asked for boxes and waited another 30 minutes before we eventually just left without our leftovers. From the start of entering the restaurant the ambiance is welcoming and we never have to wait long because the hostess are quick to taking in their customers by opening next registers. Great selection of food to choose from. The salad bar has the freshest dark greens, colorful variety of veggies and overall best selection including pastas and some fruits to choose from. There are several soups nice and hot to choose from as well. Our server waitress today was Mariam (with the beautiful smile) who was very attentive, friendly and on top of her game serving us to the fullest! Food is delicious! My Mom enjoyed her New York steak and baked potato. My brother enjoyed the shrimp, shrimp & shrimp plate. Make sure to try the yummy garlic bread!
