Driving through the area and decided to stop for dinner. I haven't been to a Sizzler in over 20 years. The manager Jimmy took our order and couldn't be nicer. The restaurant was clean and the staff was the friendliest! We were so impressed with their hospitality. Our server did forget to bring our bread and one of our steaks were over cooked. They brought out a new steak immediately and our server was hustling all night with a ton of tables so we didn't really care about the bread. Everything we had was good and fresh. This Sizzler looks great from the outside after it's recent renovation, but unless you like everything you eat loaded with extra salt, or your sautéed spinach swimming in lemon juice, the forget this terrible restaurant. You would also expect a steakhouse to have at a minimum some nice Dijon mustard but no, Sizzler does everything on the cheap and sticks it to you with plain old yellow mustard- avoid this place unless you enjoy paying premium prices for terrible service, very salty & lemon juice soaked sauces and vegetables that are inedible. read more

Repeat guest here! The steak is amazing, melted in my mouth. The cashier offered us the all you can eat salad bar and it put us under the table, we were so stuffed! Ate there last night. All outside seating but you order inside like before. Tables are spaced far apart. Canopies have patio string lights. Service was excellent I had steak and shrimp on a stick. Large portions and prepared perfect. No change in food quality from precovid , if you like it then you will like it now. Only item missing is the salad bar. Please patronize this restaurant and all your other favorites eateries, they are doing there best under difficult circumstances, we want them here when normalcy returns. read more

The time that my cashier took with helping me choose my dish was astonishing, not only the customer service but this gal really knew how to sale her menu. As soon as she finished my transaction she walked over to clear out a table and sat us down not more than 2 minutes later. She wasn't even our server but she'd swing by to make sure we were finding everything ok. A worker like Marie is the kind of person you need on all registers and serving plates. Excellent upgrade. We finally visited the new remodel. It's great. Excellent steak and salad bar. Service could not have better. I just can't complain about anything food wise. When you order the salad bar, don't you just expect that there will ONLY be salad? Not at Sizzler's. They have fried chicken wings, onion rings, spaghetti and meatballs, make-your-own taco salads, tacos, and burritos, 2 kinds of soup (broccoli and cheese or clam chowder), and pasta salads. (The tuna pasta salad is really yummy.) Oh yeah, and they serve salad! Fresh greens, every additive you can imagine for a salad, and many kinds of dressings. Fresh (and canned...) fruit are also available. The only dessert you can get with the salad bar is frozen yogurt with toppings (strawberries, crushed peanuts, Oreo pieces, fudge and caramel sauce) which is fine with me because by this time, I've already taken full advantage of what the salad bar had to offer. Besides the salad bar, the endless shrimp platter is a great dish to share, the steaks are good, the baked potatoes are good, the rice pilaf is good, and the cheese toast is GODLY. read more

Thursday evening about 7:30PM on May 23rd. I arrived with my Family. 4 total mother, wife, daughter and myself. This night we ordered two dinner salad bars, 1 Steak and shrimp plate and a kids chicken tender meal. Prices are as expected for Sizzler. We were seated and then our Server (Timothy) came by greeted us and offered us bread. Being a cheese person. I opted for the cheese toast and family wanted the rolls. Tim made it easy by bring by both selections for us to enjoy along with our drinks. Salad Bar is pretty straightforward, You have your mix of greens and toppings along with budget meat offerings wings, ground beef tacos, pork carnitas ect. My order came next. Steak with all you can eat shrimp. I ordered the 6oz Medium Rare. MEDIUM RARE! I mean that is already a difficult temp to finish off a steak. Sizzler nailed it on the 1st try. It was amazing. Meat seasoned with just salt and pepper and cooked just as I asked. My side was a baked potato loaded. Potato was good of course I prepared it with salt, pepper, sour cream, chives and cheese. Finally the Shrimp for this order I selected AYCE (all you can eat) I fully expected tiny shrimp but these were some beefy small shrimp. Served with cocktail sauce I had 3 rounds before I called it. My meal was delicious Steak superb and shrimp sauced. Chicken tender meal review from a 2 year olds perspective... IT"S GOOD with a thumbs up. Alright now with the food out of the way let me bring you back to Timothy. During my meal I asked for many things. Refills, steak sauce, more bread Additional napkins. Each and every time he visited my table which seems to be every 5 mins I had a new request. Timothy was moving at a brisk pace within the restaurant helping nearby guest but each time at my table I never noticed him in a rush. He made it a point to fulfill my request with a smile. I like that. My family liked that. I only have so much time to write this review but some keynotes I'd like to leave are as followed: Restaurant is clean and welcoming Staff is okay. SIT IN TIMOTHY'S SECTION!!! Tim is the main man, He'll get you taken care off. Lastly, The Manager Ramon was called to the table because I had to express how I felt about Timothy. He should be used an example. This is a guy that is probably under 25yrs that has not lost the people person touch. And I see Timothy as direct representation of Ramon's leadership. Excellent job. Quite a day we had there today. Service was not bad. Food was so-so. Steak was skinny & fatty. Salad bar was OK. Here's the kicker. A part of 10 (ours) was there to celebrate a birthday. Just opposite our table was a corner table & there were 4 people in the booth. One of them had a paper bag with them. You'll never believe what was in that bag........a BOA CONSTRICTOR. Folks, that is an exotic species. That was bad enough. Some of the wait staff went off to see what the fuss was about & the owner of this exotic species, a young person, pulled out this boa constrictor & would you believe some of the wait staff actually touched it, THEN, continued on their merry way, touching trays, who knows what else. We had kids in our party so one of the adults went looking for the general manager of the restaurant & pitched an unholy you know what. She filled out an incident report. I will NEVER go back to that restaurant again. I may not ever go to a Sizzler anywhere. Just thought you oughta know..... read more

My family and I have been coming here since I was a little kid. The endless soup/salad bar definitely has it's ups and downs! First off, their macaroni and cheese looked so old and just overcooked. The nacho cheese had a top hard layer from sitting their too long. Their clam chowder was so salty! It just wasn't as kept up and clean as it use to be. There was fudge on the floor and their ice cream tasted like nothing. The only thing that stayed the same was their bread! My dad ordered their prime rib and he told them MEDIUM RARE! Prime rib should always be medium rare, if not RARE if that's what it takes to cook it right! It was so over cooked, it was just roast beef after that. Will never order a meat dish from them AGAIN! Waste of money. Salad/Soup bar was decent with the exception of their overly salty soup and dry/not ripe fruit and vegetables. Very disappointing. read more

i haven't been to da sizzla since the 1970's. i was impressed with the prices, quality of food & mostly the attentive service at 1pm on a sunday. i got bacon-wrapped medalions & a baked potato(salad bar included) for $14.54 meat entree was a small portion but it was tasty & the fresh, wonderful salad bar would make anyone very happy. very nice selection. soups & taco bar were very cool. i tried menudo for the 1st time & now i'm a fan(friend scouted it out 1st & said it was legit). extremely friendly & attentive servers--1 main server, & visits by 4 others & a manager, asking if we're ok. such a grand quality of food to price ratio, i would go to this location(& try other locations) anytime. big fan, big fan read more

Wow. Worst service ever. Nick the server was so rude. Had attitude from the beginning. It was just the two of us. I ordered a baked potato as my dinner... as i wasn't really hungry. The other person in my party ordered a steak dinner and salad bar. Normally to add a salad bar to a dinner it is 6.99 more. Nick said since we didn't order two full meals my friend had to pay an additional $7 for her salad. So for her alone she had to pay $30. That is ridiculous. She could have gone to a nice restaurant to pay that price. We asked to speak to a manager but one never came by. The service was also very very slow. It took forever to get our food. Yesterday was my first day at Sizzler and I figured I'd give it a shot since its newly renovated. It was unfortunately just awful. My boyfriend and I went in the evening for dinner. It was a Monday afternoon so it wasn't too crowded. Right off the bat it took over 40 minutes to get us our food. My food came out and it was ok. My boyfriends food never came out. They said either someone took it or they forgot to make it. So now we're expecting it to be another 40 minutes until he gets his food THIS time. By the time it came out. Over an hour after we sat down the order was WRONG! He was tired of waiting so he ate it anyways. But no manager came to talk to us or apologize and explain. We still PAID our full bill and nothing was given to make up for lost time. Needless to say we will not be stepping foot in a sizzler anymore. read more
