Ahhh. *sigh* The power of overpriced meals and naive families led to this remodel. This change. Indeed, there are now alot of people that come here. It is now grand. Time moves so fast. She was quick at taking our order and seating us which was nice. I had a pleasant conversation with her which made my experience all the better. Food was brought out quickly and hot. Truth be told I am not the biggest Sizzler fan, but I feel compelled to write this review. The five stars are not necessarily for the food (which was good, not great, it's what one expects when dining at a chain), but the service there was mind blowing! The wait staff took really great care of us, and I felt went above and beyond. The only comparison I can think of is the service I've received at four star restaurants. It was seriously that good! I was beyond impressed, and tipped what I could. If I could've afforded to tip more I would have. I don't know what was going on last night, but to the staff and management working late on September 11 2014 I tip my hat to you. My expectations were surpassed. Well done indeed! read more

It's a great restaurant a bit over priced though but quality of food is good. We usually get the all you can eat salad bar and we do try to go for lunch since its a bit cheaper than dinner time. The staff is friendly and courteous, never have had a problem at this location. read more

Just started going here a few weeks ago it was all good and ok but I just went the other day and I had Carmen as my server and it was by far the greatest experience I have ever had at a restaurant. She was kind, super attentive and she knew her menu down to the smallest ingredient. Never seen such professionalism, I had a malibu chicken with rice pilaf, a ton of dinner rolls and salad bar. My malibu was so nice and tender was definitely the best I have ever had. This is going to be the sizzler I go to from now on. read more

Wow!!! What an amazing restaurant Covid experience. The food was delicious and service excellent. The full menu was available minus the salad bar but in my opinion that did not affect the experience at all. The portions were large. I had the lime cilantro sea bass which was as good as any 5 star restaurant. They had ample outside seating with beautiful lighting for the evening time. This sizzler is ok. We've been here a few times and it was good went here today and I found a hair in my pasta salad. Told the manager she was apologetic but there's is really no excuse for it. You pay a lot of money to eat here almost $20 for the salad bar and a drink the least you would expect would be good food that's not contaminated with someone else's hair. read more

I usually love Sizzler but this time the service sucked big time! Our server's name was Blanca. She had an attitude that was so horrible!!! We ordered the bourbon steak tips but didnt get our food for 45 min!!!! Then after we asked our server for the 4th time she brought the plate but the food wasn't even hot!!! My wife and I enjoy coming here so very often. Staff is always so welcoming and the environment is always so peaceful. Everyone around is always having a great time. The steak is cooked exactly how you prefer and they even ask you to cut it in front of them to make sure you like the way the chef cooked it for you. I just had a wonderful experience and great meal at Sizzler in Moreno Valley. The server, Carmen, was very attentive. She frequently checked into see we had everything that we need. You can tell that she is a very patience listener and that she cared that you had good food and fast service. Tonight we went to sizzler Moreno Valley to celebrate my sister's Birthday I had called a few days before to try to make reservations but unfortunately they do not take reservations so I got there about 1/2 hour before the rest of my family to try to get a seat and wow was I amazed with the customer service I got I told the greeter that I had about 20 people coming behind me and she said okay let me get my manager, the manger came out and immediately found accommodations for my entire party And the service by each of the waitresses were amazing as I looked around the restaurant you saw everyone working and knowing what their job was it is sad to say but you don't see that much anymore so I want to Give an outstanding 5 stars to the entire Moreno Valley sizzler restaurant staff Thank you do making our evening a great one read more

I wanted to take the time to write a review for this sizzler because it is honestly one of the best we have ever gone to when it comes to food and service. We have gone to many sizzlers around California for more than 15 years and the last couple years our go tos have lacked in the food and service area to the point we have been discouraged to ever go again until this place opened. Our family loves coming here because the food has been the quality we expect from sizzlers and the service is truly amazing. My husband accidentally dropped his whole drink and the general manager helped us clean it himself even though he was clearly busy himself. We also noticed one of the bussers had special needs and the understanding and patience the general manager had with him was truly amazing. We have a new found respect for this sizzler and could not recommend it enough! Servers have always been so nice to us as well and the food is always good and well seasoned. So I haven't been to this location since I was a child, and I'm not sure how it looked before but I can tell you now that it looks nice inside and out. I went with a party of 17 ppl and service was 2 out of 5 wasn't great I didn't receive a refill until we were about to leave. So let's talk salad bar for $12 something plus drink your wasting your money just go to hometown. Unless your fav food is tacos then this place isn't for you that's pretty much all they had. Overall experience with family was cool but would waste money at sizzles again. They should have remodeled the food. read more

Came here to dinner with my family. WE love this location. Nick was our server. It was super busy. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice seating area and a hallway with the menu nice and clear very large for the eye to see everyone is very nice and one of my family members had crutches and out waiter nick politely asked if he can put them away out of the aisle which was very helpful the food was perfect and the decorations were just beautiful very high-end but affordable which is nice the salad bar was nice and clean there food trays were always full when I went back to go for more food. If I could give this place 100 stars I would because they truly deserve it there had workers and nice so shout out to nick for helping us out and making our visit extremely pleasant :))). read more

Surprisingly great service for a crazy busy Sunday afternoon. Servers were generous with their time and attention. The food, too, was prime quality. The lemonades come in very large mugs just FYI. Also, the cheese toast was great and SO fresh. Unsure about the steaks, but the seasoned salmon was very tasty (recommended to eat with the rice pilaf!). This is a great option for family dining when you have all sorts of tastes & eating habits. The restaurant is very well maintained & clean. The staff is very helpful & responsive. I love the upgrade in the salad bar & love the creative salads. As someone who eats gluten free but am the only one in my family to so, it is wonderful to have so many options! Because of the COVID-19 virus and restrictions, my review is only about their Take-Out Service. This past year, I have ordered food several times at this Sizzler location and they have never disappointed me or my family. My food orders have been easy to make online. My food orders have been ready when I went to the restaurant to pick up, and the food is always fresh and hot. The servers are friendly and inside the restaurant looks very clean and part of the buffet section has been changed into a closed-in salad bar for only the servers to use for take-out meals. I took my daughter here to eat on the night of 3/3/2019. She had a 9oz steak, I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. First off, our waitress was not friendly. I understand waiters/waitresses have bad days, but I am paying good money here. The waitress brought over cheesebread, which was burnt. Then she brought our food. The cheesesteak sandwich hardly had any cheese on it. Eventually I was able to get the waitress attention and ask her if I could get more cheese sauce on the sandwich. When she brought back the sandwich, it appeared someone placed a melted slice of cheese on the top of the meat, no cheese sauce. I stared in disbelief at this contraption. I really wish I had taken pictures of the burnt cheese bread and the ghetto looking cheesesteak sandwich for everyone here to see. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here. read more

I haven't been to a sizzler in about 5 years. I had come here with my family. There was no wait, we were seated almost instantly. I got the unlimited salad bar. I got mostly clam chowder, which tasted just as good as it was in childhood! Our server, Tim was so sweet. If we asked him for something, he would give it to us right away. I am very satisfied with my experience today, and cant wait to return to Moreno Valley to come to Sizzler again :D read more
