When I asked why the door was open and there was still time to order, why we couldn't order, he became impatient and proceeded to bark at us about how the door should have been locked. Well good is better with good company. The steak and Lobster disappointing to say the least I can say the steak was flavorful the Lobster was small as a crawfish. The manager just made some peach lemonade and the clam chowder is as I remembered as a child and I can say the chowder is better than red lobsters. Today was my first time in Sizzler in years. And I went in there with only a $10 gift card. I had a cashier and a server by the names of Sara and Lydia. I'm not sure which one was which but they were both very nice to me. The cashier helped with every step of the way and was patient with me. And my sever was fast and very nice. After my review sizzler corporate contacted me and asked if there is anything they could do. I responded by simply asking for a meal for me and a guest e.g. lunch to see if the experience would get them a 5 star rating. This place is even busy on a Tuesday. The workers try their best to maintain a clean looking olace, but I've observed the customers are just out right nasty and disrespectful. Well, I came here about two or three years ago, but I'll never forget my experience. I have gone to few different sizzlers in my time. Been to this one just twice. Both times were really bad and I could not reccomennd anyone go there. Since this establishment is on a street with a dozen or so other resturants, I say find your meal elsewhere. You have a lot better choises to choose from. I was given a small paper bag and 2 pieces of aluminum foil. I had a baked potatoe and sauted vegitables. So I went up to the front counter and asked the manager for a to go container. I told him I didn't mind paying for it and explained what I had to bring home. He flat out refused to sell me a to go container even though the cashier showed me one which would have worked well. Nothing is better than stuffing your mouth with 30+ chicken wings!! Fresh bread and delish ice cream to compliment the meal. This Sizzler location is a good one. It is modern, open and airy. They have several televisions, which was good 'cause I was able to watch the SF Giants parade during lunch. I don't know why, but I am obsessed with their Malibu Chicken. It was super-yum. read more

Sizzler used to be sizzling, but not so much so anymore. The food quality has decreased a bit, variety is also lacking, and the waiters just don't come by as frequently as they should. Usually we do a Entree (Shrimp) with the endless salad bar. I make 3 or 4 trips before I am full. I think this restaurant would benefit from a menu refresher, as they have had the same items up there for quite some time now. Parking lot is decent size, but way more cars out than customers inside the restaurant, so maybe a park and ditch location? In any case, the clam chowder is good, I would get that if I could buy it by itself (I can't). For now, will go elsewhere to get my sizzle. read more

Horrible! That is the one word that discribes this place to a tee. First of all, I attended this restaurant in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised that there were only a handful of people in there. That was the only thing that went good there. After paying, I sat near the far corner only to find two workers huddled in that corner eating as if they snatched some food off of the salad bar and snuck it to a table in the back. I didn't have a problem with that until one of them turned towards me and introduced herself as our waitress, came over and asked if we needed anything, then went back to her table which was right next to mines, sat down, and continued her conversation and food. The all-you-can eat steak and shrimp was bad. The shrimp was salty as can be, and the steak..... OMG! First of all it was tiny and looked like a bow tie. I have had bones bigger than the portion that they brought me. A gentleman that identified himself as the manager came over with a broom and dustpan and asked me if my food was okay. When I asked him if he saw anything wrong with my plate, he looked at it and said "sometimes the 6 ounce steak shrinks during cooking." Awesome! To make a long and painfully embarrassing story as short as possible, The salad bar was bad. The claim chowder was watery, the veggies were old, guac was bitter and the bread was hard and hollow. When I asked for a container for my leftovers, which my dogs even turned down, I was told that they were all out and that they could only give me a couple of pieces of tin foil.
