Besides being overpriced, their laser doesn't work and actually has a class action lawsuit due to its' ineffectiveness. Unfortunately the only parties to benefit from the lawsuit are the shops - not the clients. The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place.
