Came here for a 4 year old's birthday party. The front desk was incredibly slow checking people in. My kiddo probably missed a good 20-30 minutes of the party because of this. They need to have hand sanitizer at the front desk as well. They have everyone touching the computer to sign their waivers with no sanitizer in sight. I do like how they have a separate area for toddlers to jump. Quite baffled how, if at all, they keep the foam pits clean... Yuk. I will say that the bright shining star of the day was the employee that was assigned to help our party room. He was incredibly nice and was full service when it came to helping the host family and serving all of the guests! read more

When it was our turn to check in, they told us we can only use 5 AT A TIME!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They told us it's in the fine print after you purchase the special deal!!! Ok if this isn't fraud, I don't know what is!!! We obviously stayed and let the kids play because we were standing at the register for about 25 minutes being denied to use the special deal. Dear manager below, it doesn't make sense, mathematically to allow someone to buy a pass for the price of 8 jumpers for the price of 10 but then only be able to use 5 passes from the 10. If I came in a group of 10, with 8 being jumpers and 2 adults being chaperones, I would need to purchase the 8 so they can all jump. Price wise it doesn't work. You got us buying the 10 pass and then had to pay the additional (regular price) for the rest of the party and now we are stuck with 5 passes we don't need because we will not return to your terrible facility! We booked a birthday party at Sky Zone for our 6 year old. Our family had never been here before and chose this venue based off of the Yelp reviews, photos and price. I spoke with Rion over the phone and he was very professional and made time to answer all my questions and explain details about the various packages. I received a confirmation email right away confirming the details. Fridays and Sundays are a GLOW day, so they provided our birthday boy with a glow neon shirt. My wife was permitted to decorate the birthday room and had a dedicated assigned assistant (Chloe) who was on hand the entire time. Chloe helped with set-up, serving the kids food (pizza and cake) and clean-up afterwards. Check-in was easy as they had an assigned check-in lane easy for our party guests to see, despite how busy the venue was. I stayed with the birthday boy the entire time and he raced around for hours with his friends, never getting bored or running out of activities to do. They had zip-lining, high falls into foam pits, obstacle courses and more! In addition to many different types of Trampoline activites, they have a section of video games and even a small motion simulator ride, all included with admission. Eventually, they announced his birthday to the entire facility over the loud speaker and it was time to meet in the event room for food and presents. I was pleased that the pizza we ordered was tasty and served HOT. We ended up deciding to purchase the birthday boy an Annual Pass afterwards to Sky Zone, and the manager (Tulies N) was helpful in handling that for me at a discount price. Amazing party for my 3 year olds Hulk Birthday! Rion and team made the whole process welcoming, easy and so much fun! They really outdid themselves for our little guy. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but we had a great experience! Rion was a great communicator throughout the process for this very particular mom. He made changes to accomodate our group. Fair, genuine and set the right expectations. Our food was a bit delayed, which made us feel rushed at the end while cleaning and eating but both him and the team went out of their way to fix the issues, and helped us all the way to our cars. Katie was amazing and super sweet! Things aren't always perfect, thats life but where it counts is how they handle the issue and resolved it. Overall, my issue was the lack of empathy and/or attempt to capitalize on the situation and gain a new customer. I'm a member of Skyzone. The manager named Sunshine, explained that this location is a franchise. Therefore, my membership doesn't work. I accept that. However, this Skyzone is in a failing mall, and there was nobody at the Skyzone at 3 pm on a Friday. The charge for my 4 y/o and I to jump would be over $70. I asked for a discount considering the situation. She refused to budge even on the price of socks. After repeatedly asking for some type of discount, I eventually threatened social media complaints. Changed for the worse. I went during a quiet day during the week with my kids and another family. I'd say there were maybe 12-15 kids inside at any one point of time during our experience, so very slow in comparison to busy weekends with birthday parties. You'd think this would be a good thing - having the lay of the land, but in actuality we felt like we were under a microscope waiting to be told the rules and then reminded of the rules we just heard. To be told the rules over and over again for a child is frustrating, but for parents it's condescending and passive aggressive. Our kids played on the Wipe Out with one employee. Once the experience was over, the kids returned about 5 mins later when a different employee was managing Wipe Out and were told the rules again. He was a nice guy, but said several times he has to tell them the rules, because it's his job. The kids played and got back in "line" when it was over. The "line" consisted of only my kids, because the place was practically empty. The employee made them listen to the rules, again. At this point, it's a bit obnoxious and wastes time for the 90 minutes of play time you paid for. On the foam pit, the employees said only two kids could be in there at one time. They were watching for kids to break this rule. You should have seen the body language of one of the employees, he was intently watching and making comments. One of our kids would look back at him as if asking for permission to move around the pit. So sad. Two sections of the place were closed, including the obstacle course. No mention of this when we checked in. Lastly, one of my kids was told to get out of the jumping pit, because he was taking too long to get out. I don't know why, because there was not a soul in line waiting. He was pretty disappointed about that. Consequently my kids said they never want to return here. That's fine by me. P.S. The women's restroom was actually quite clean on this occasion, but the stench from the pipes is awful. read more

My grandkids love Sky Zone. It is clean and supervised and so many fun things to do However, we went when they opened at 3pm on Thursday afternoon. We payed full price for 75 minutes. For the first 30 minutes only a few sections were open. When we asked the workers, they said they would open other sections when more people came. One of the kids' favorite sections opened just as their time ran out at 4:30. I asked if they could stay a few more minutes since they didn't get to go in it and was told they could only stay if I bought more time My point is if you are open and charging full price, you need to be fully open! read more

Not worth the money and I wouldn't ever return. From the outside looking in, this place looked like a lot of fun. They have great attractions/areas however their overly strict rules with rude, unfriendly workers made this location not fun for any of the 7 kids I took here. I have been to many trampoline parks and this is the only one that the kids were begging to leave. The whole way home they were talking about how they would get yelled at for everything they did to the point that it was frustrating and boring. My kids range from 1 (turning 2 in 3 weeks) to 15 and they're all having a blast!
