Kelly is fabulous here! She always remembers our name and has a "Skyzone wristband" ready for us to go in and jump. So friendly, happy and smiling. Thanks for going above and beyond Kelly!

Non working control center. Gross floor. Blue and orange tape EVERYWHERE

This place should be shut down. As if walking through the abandoned mall to get here wasn't bad enough, this sky zone is the most disgusting jump facility we've ever seen (and with 4 boys, we go to many). We walked in, wandered around the front for 5min, used the restroom, and then stood at the front again, not a staff member in sight. They force you to use sky zone grippy socks. No deals or discount for mid-week, midday play- despite the facility is creepy and desolate. Many play areas closed or broken. And the entire place is just... gross. Falling apart, dirty, literal holes in the walls. See photos. The price is truly insulting for the quality of the facility.

My son asked for his 10th bday to be celebrated in Sky Zone, so we called around and even though this location was pretty far from us we decided to book it here cause it was the only location to have the time we needed available. This location DID NOT disappoint! The guy helping us was VERY helpful, very sweet, nice, and considerate. He would be one of the main reasons why I would book here again! Also, I really appreciated the fact that when I went to buy water bottles, they gave me 20% off cause we had booked the Mega VIP. I had a very good experience in this location overall.

The Skyzone is dingy with broken attractions. The wipeout is broken so they added a volleyball net for volleyball. The foam pits are destroyed. If you want to pay $30 go to a different Skyzone. The only positive I have is the sport court which is a basketball court.

Have been here multiple times for birthday parties including my child's party in the past. Facilities are fine. Spacious enough. Fairly clean. One star review is for the rules and policies and lack of flexibility the workers have. Hoping upper management will read this, as I did speak to the manager on site who basically shrugged her shoulders with a smile. Dodgeball: they have a rule that you can't touch the orange in the center or you're out. Now if you're on the smaller side: like 6 years old, it is very difficult to grab a ball without touching the orange. So I watched my kids get out multiple times before even playing the game. Kind of frustrating. So I talked to the worker. "Why not just allow them to start with a ball or put it on the other side of the orange instead of wedged there in the middle?" That's the rule he said. Is this a safety issue? I don't see how. Goal should be to allow kids to have fun. Should have some flexibility with rules so they can actually play the game right? Nope, not here. Rules are rules. Disappointing. Pretty sure this location will be closing soon anyway, but why not maximize guest experience while still open. Will host my child's next party at big air instead.

Unorganized establishment; Came in with a party of 10 people and we had issues from the get go. The system was not processing the waiver and we couldn't get in to jump for about 30/45 mins. On top of that the staff is so undertrained for this location. Customer service is everything and unfortunately this place did not have it. After a long wait time to find out we could have been added manually by the lady at the check in we still decided to stay and have the party have the regulated design fun. I get the don't run signs we see them, but don't jump when he jumps don't race don't this don't that. Please understand this is for kids. We should probably have the walking around staff say be carful with the nets, watch your steps , be safe etc.. Don't will not work. If you have areas where it should only be 2 kids or people at a time there should be a sign placed so that the staff doesn't feel like they are repeating themselves, but then again this is part of their jobs. This is a place that does need a lot of staff traning due to the fact it currently being run by teens

Very well operated facility, with great costumer service! Definitely would try out this location for birthdays or just for fun.

This place has redeemed itself. More attentive staff and great party hosts. The kids ran around for a couple hours and didn't stop laughing and playing. Thanks skyxone staff.

Call ahead of time. . .Cannot trust their web site. Hours listed for New Years Eve clearly said opens at 9:00am. Arrived shortly after to be told they opened at 11:00am and that they had "notified corporate". Lot of good that does me when I woke my child up at 7:30am, borrowed a larger vechicle, picked up 6 other children at different locations only to arrive to open doors, lights on, employees at the counter yet they weren't open for over an hour. Very, very inconvenient. After hanging out at a closed mall for over an hour with 7 young ladies the girls did end up having a good time. Place is pretty clean and in decent shape. Skyzone, you dropped the ball on this one!! Should have at least offered up a free ridiculously overpriced water for each of the girls for your screw up!!

Fun for the kids, pretty busy on the weekend but they still have fun. Wish there were more games/interactive play with staff.

What happens when you lose an expensive item?

Please contact the store & ask to speak with a manager. 714 415 5867

Does this location have a toddler zone?

Yes they do! They have a trampoline area and foam pit designated for toddlers (& their parents)

Do parents pay if they just stand around?

No. You only pay if you want to jump.

Are they safe for todders under 4y/o?

Yes if you play with them and they small trampoline too.

    Is it open?

We are hoping to reopen on Thursday April 8th.

Do they have a cafe or are you allowed to bring in outside food?

There is a concession stand inside. They do not allow outside food or drinks.

My brother has a problem with his feet and has to use braces for his feet is there anything we can do so he can be able to go and him be able to jump? It is hard for him to be walk without them

I would call the location directly to find out how they might be able to help. Now there are more than just jumping games so there might be a few things he could try. Good luck.

I was on the hunt for a ropes course for my sister's bachelorette weekend for MONTHS. I couldn't find one that was 1) in the area 2) in our price range and 3) open on July 4th. Not a single one. And then I received an e-mail that UCSD would open up their challenge course for us...a bunch of ladies (and two gentlemen!) who did not know what we were getting ourselves into for a couple hours on a Saturday morning. We only did the highs-only course that was 50 ft up in the air. This included walking on wires, jumping across platforms, upper body strength, and ziplining...to name a few. I know it's not the typical "bachelorette" extravaganza, but I wanted something thrilling and adventurous that we could all participate in together. That's exactly what this challenge course does; it tests your limits and helps to strengthen collaboration, but most importantly, it's FUN! I, personally, was not frightened by the height or tasks we had to do, but it was definitely exhilarating on another level (no pun intended.) I write this review with a profound gratitude for this company because they exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU for giving us a reasonable price per person (every other company I called was $3000-4000 for a group of 12,) being open just for us on a holiday, and integrating such vibrant personalities to lead us through the course. I wish we could have tried things like Leap of Faith, etc., but perhaps there's always another time! I think I've found a new hobby. :)

Obstacles include the "inflatable mattress" with holes, swinging giant balls, pit with loose 5+ feet balls, a bunch of obstacles where you climb up one side and slide down the other, an 'over, under, over' obstacle, etc. You run from the start point, to the pier, and then U turn and run back. You are released (to run, jog, dance, walk, etc.) in waves. I think it was half hour increments based on the wave you signed up for. They offered cups of water at a couple points in the 5k. At the end, they gave you a finisher's T-shirt, medal, bottled water and a banana. Pros: - LOTS of fun - Not scary even for someone deathly afraid of heights (good for the whole family) - Finisher's medal - Friends and family can take pictures of you throughout the entire course. Nothing is closed off. Cons: - Had to pay full price for parking - They advertise that there'd be a photographer there taking pictures, but they only captured people from the first wave. - Can't wear shoes on *some* of the obstacles, but on the website they gave the impression that you can wear them, so a lot of people kept having to take off their shoes and put them back on or just carried them. (I left mine in the car because I saw the hassle the people before me went through.)
