I've been coming to this skyline for about a year now, and I have to speak on the amazing customer service that Logan delivers. Every single time that I'm in there, he's greeting everyone including myself with a pleasant smile and happy energy. It's almost like this guy doesn't have bad days and I'm sure he does but he's so professional and customer oriented that he doesn't allow that to show. All he shows is this happy ,amazing and willing to help demeanor. I've seen Logan help the elderly with using their cards to make a purchase and explain things to them in the most patient caring way that most guys his age don't take the time to do. His energy is very contagious , if I'm having a bad day and I walk into the skyline and Logan is there and he just says hello, It just makes me feel better. You can literally feel the positivity through his words and actions. Logan is literally delivering top-tier customer service and if you ask me, he needs to run that place and teach others the exceptional customer service that he naturally has already .Whatever he does in life, He's going to be great at and succeed and I love that for him, he deserves it!! It's very hard nowadays to come across such good customer service, especially when it comes to the younger generation, but Logan has top-tier service and is a model representation of what exceptional customer service looks like. read more

Watered down chili. Soup consistency. Super watery to the point where food almost doesn't have any taste to it‼. The only reason I'm leaving a review because I went in the other day and noticed Manager that work on the line are extremely rude the employee. A employee came to him a question and he said " figure it out". He's a tall white male around 30-40 years old with Glasses. This is our favorite skyline in the city! Cincinnati chili is a staple in our life since I moved here. This particular location is always hopping. The parking can get a little hectic in the front lot, but don't worry there is plenty of partying on the side of the building. Mondays kids eat for free so if you have no kids be aware that the servers are swamped. :) The food is always amazing and the waitstaff is friendly and quick. *pokestop right out sidee. read more

So this was our family vacation this year in Cincinnati. Today we went to skyline. For those who do not know, skyline is a restaurant known for there chili and spaghetti combo with cheese. Though that is not the only thing that they sell. They also provide family memories. Our family of 14 ate here and boy was the food and service amazing. Lance who accommodated us for such a large group did a great job. 10/10 will go again with my family. PSA THEY PUT ONIONS ON THEIR DELUXE BURRITOS. I love skyline and get it all the time. This is the only place that puts onions on your burrito. They have done it to me twice. I talked to a waitress and they seem to think there is supposed to be onions on them. Not the case. I have been ordering this my whole life at different skylines and never have ended up with onions on mine besides here. Menu attached for proof onions do not belong on deluxe burritos. Other than this the restaurant is always fast, clean, and good but the madness needs to stop. read more

Skyline #73. Rocks! Perfect lunch. In and out, friendly and efficient. Even the music was good. Lots of happy customers all around with KISS and Wings on the radio. Our waitress was as fast with the WIFI password as she was our food. Gale even closed the bathroom door so we didn't have to listen to the hand dryer and toilets. She is the best! read more

Easiest stop on the way home to make is Skyline. It's fast, fresh, and the people are friendly. Now they need to fix the signs in the way out so you don't get hit from a moron driving the other direction but we're talking food here and not people who lack common sense. Great chili! read more

Skyline Colerain is probably the best skyline location. The staff is always helpful and quick to serve. It has a small town vibe in terms of friendliness. Its skyline, not fancy. Great for after games, quick on the run food. Healthy options on menu, but the chili is what it is known for. read more

I may be biased because this is the Skyline that I grew up eating but I think this is the best one around! Service is faster here than any fast food restaurant and the orders come out correct every time. I ate there for dinner on 1/29/17 and we had 11 people in our group. We arrived at 4:40 and were done by 5:15. This included a few minutes to get drinks and everyone to decide what they wanted to eat. That's amazing service! The food just tastes better here too; the chili has more flavor and all the ingredients are fresh every time. read more

This was a new Skyline visit for me. I usually go to the one up on Harrison. We came around lunch and they were pretty busy. Service was good as they had a lot of workers staffed. The food is pretty consistent across Skyline restaurants and writing about it now makes me want a 3-way. read more

I like this skyline. The staff are friendly and the service is usually fast. Just a heads up there's no drive-thru at this location. We walked in on a busy Saturday at lunch time and were still able to get a seat right away and be out in around 30 minutes. The 5 way was delicious as usual! read more

They were so rude both times i came. I assume the colerain location aren't friendly to certain ppl. They didnt speak, look up, or she just assumed i was the black girl before me, but even when she noticed i had not placed an order she still looked. Botherd by me.. But when two other women walked up they got greeted with a smile hows your day all of the above. I cancelled my order and asked for the names they ignored me. This location gives Skyline a bad name. I love Skyline chili and have it once a week, usually for dinner. This location is close to work and I used to go there about 3 times a month for lunch. I stopped going when they consistently charged me for cheese coneys when I ordered and received coneys, with no cheese. Mistakes are made but this a definite trend at this particular location. Skyline has always been a staple of mine ever since a little kid. I'd say I eat Skyline once a week on average, and this is my favorite location. One of the few locations who would actually serve 'chillitos' back when they were a limited time item and then taken off most franchises menu's. Super fast service Friendly management Awesome food Only complaint that sometimes they do not heat the chillitos enough, which means the cheese doesnt completely melt. read more

My partner and I have been going to this location, which is out of our way, for months. Usually the food there is perfect. We went there this past weekend and everything had changed, you now have to ask for crackers, which is a skyline staple, the cheese is different before it was more finely shred and they gave you a ton of it. Now we both get three ways my partner gets a large and I get a regular inverted. We both get extra cheese. What we got was the right amount of pasta and half the amount of chili and a third the amount of cheese even with us ordering extra cheese. We asked the server why the cheese had changed (it used to be really really good) and she went on to reply that they were under new management. We will not be going back there tiny portions for normal price. We cannot and will not patron a resturant that is more worried about their food cost than their customers happiness. read more
