The create your own salad I got was very good. The item selection was awesome and it was quite filling. I'd happily try other lunch/dinner type items here. Feeling like a cannoli and having never had a bad one in NYC, I opted to get one for dessert. That was a mistake. They kept theirs in a cooler and mine definitely did not taste like a quality standard cannoli. The shell was soggy and the cream was NOT on point. This is a travesty to all Italian folk in NYC. My ex-husband, a Long Island Italian who was very particular about Italian food, would have been livid. I said "this is not cannoli" to coworkers while I was eating and know for next time I will stick to something else should I opt for dessert here. Yeah, Yelp helped me with this one. 5/5 stars. Why? Well because you can't beat the convenience (it's open 24 hours), prices (mostly less then $10), and delicious wraps! I made a phone order around 3am because I suddenly woke up from loud neighbors and found myself hungry. I called, ordered a wrap, then walked over and my order was ready and packaged. My husband and I order here pretty frequently (at least 1-2 times per week). I would say it's a hit or miss. We now have a good idea what's good to order vs what to stay away from. For example: Cold sandwiches and salads are good. Anything that needs to be hot could probably be ordered from elsewhere. They offer a wide selection and for the most part it's not too bad. I would recommend being mindful of the time of day you order. Around the lunch hour is where we get the majority, if not all of the mistakes. Any other time of day is fine. For example: 1 day, our order was late by over an hour and a half. When we inquired about our order they had a few different lies on whose fault it was. They couldn't really get their story right. We resolved the issue in the end via a refund. 2nd example: Whoever packed our next order didn't do the best job at securing everything because the marinara sauce broke all over everything.
