I stopped by here a few times during my weeklong stay in Beaverton. Every visit I ordered I different drink, and every drink I ordered was excellent! Whether it was coffee, Lotus energy or a chai, it was always delicious. My favorite was a winter special, the White Icicle Lotus (white chocolate, blue raspberry with blue lotus). It was incredibly sweet, but that's just what I wanted that afternoon. I also loved their Build-Your-Own Breakfast Sandwiches. The possibilities were endless, and I especially appreciated them having Sriracha! My family and I have been staying nearby for vacation, and before we made the daily trek from the bus stop to the top of a neighborhood hill, we'd stop at Slowbomb for an afternoon pick-me-up while my toddler slept in her stroller. My wife and I are addicted to the frappes (I can't get enough of the mint-chocolate chip with oat milk and non-dairy whip); my seven-year-old loves the bagel sandwiches. Before this was a green coffee hut. Wanted to try the green place but hated it so I was skeptical about coming to this one. I thought since oh it's red now it might be a different owner. So I went by with no line or wait. Nice big menu and bright colors. I normally get a Carmel frap or blended drink from Dutch so I come here and I saw it on the menu. I asked the really pretty girl if it tasted good and she gave me all of the honest things about her coffee and we had a nice convo. She was very helpful and sooo nice!
