I'm keeping it all the way 100 when I say this place is a zero star. I came here around 1:25 PM and ordered it around 1:30 PM. I have text messages to confirm that I was there at a certain time. The food is finally came 40 minutes later and I asked if we could get a free drink to accommodate the wait time and he was complaining and saying I am the owner and I'm gonna run my business how I want and the wait time is 17 minutes for everybody. when we walked in we he did not greet us and he said he did, but that was also another lie. when I left, I said have a good day and he didn't say anything and when my friend left, he also said I appreciate you and he didn't say anything to him either so this place is asked off of my list of good wing places and I suggest you not to come here if you want to have a good experience and good food experience. As you can see in the pictures below, there was craft mayonnaise left out on the counter there was another box of the same item left on the counter. The air conditioner or fan whatever that is next to the bar is unprofessional and too close to the barstools. The fries were frozen, and you could taste that it was frozen and freezer burnt. The nacho cheese was so bland and tasteless and tasted like it was undercooked.. the wings were also covered in grease & tasted nothing like honey/hot/lemon pepper

It's so sad to get treated this way. He claim he was the owner am not sure if he was or not but you don't treat no one like that even if ur homeless or door dashing. Sadly the world we live in is hard and I have to DoorDash for couple more dollars but to be treated like this by the owner is not acceptable. You don't call people name or say f*** Mexicans go back to Mexico. I have videos and I know ur store has videos to and it's not accept I will be making sure I put all video to channel to make sure people safety if ur dasher or a customer ur always safe. Don't use drugs or alcohol when working. Owner like this should never opens a Restaurant Don't discriminate don't hit a girl don't yell at a girl Be professional think about if it was ur mom or daughter karma is real

My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing Smackin Wings!!! And they were definitely SMACKIN! They came out piping hot. Extra crispy! Smackin Sauce sooo good! Honey mustard sauce is DEVINE!!! So upon my last review I received a message from the business owner deron, he was very professional and did his best to make up for my 2/5 star experience I had through door dash. I went into smacking wings today, which is located in the highland food hub on highland and 7th behind the vet clinic. Its in uptwon and a very quick walk from where I'm located in midtown. He made me a whole new order of his hotest wings as well as a fry. The food was much better this time around. The wings were hot this time, not salty and the portions were just as good as the last time. Fries seasoned very well and I definitely would recommend this business for others to try. It's not an actual sit-down restaurant. When you go inside you can do Togo or pickup but they do have outside seating with umbrellas. Stop in and tell them ana sent you!

It was a little strange picking up my food from the Highland Food Hub, where driver's for Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc... pick up their deliveries. Aside from this, food was excellent and service was good. If you are in Phx and craving chicken wings, this is your place! Hands down. I got a dozen wings 1/2 honey- hot and 1/2 Ranch flavored.

Me and my boyfriend were iffy about ordering from smackin wings at first because they didn't have many recent reviews however we took the chance and im glad we did. I ordered on doordash so the wings weren't as crispy as I thought but still pretty good. My favorite was the garlic parmesan! Also, we were a little confused about how to order on doordash but we gave them a call to make sure our order would be put in correctly and everything came out perfectly! read more

I am very impressed with this place. When you walk in you have options to order with a person, over the kiosk or if you've ordered ahead you can pick up your order from the lockers. The food was so good I was impressed by the flavor and quality. From the first bite, I knew I'd enjoy this meal. The fries were perfectly crispy without being overcooked and had a great seasoning blend. The wings were so good I said they were smackin (hence the name). Perfect level of heat but a flavor all their own unlike most hot wings I've tried which usually taste like they were coated in a standard buffalo sauce you could get at the local grocery store. The wings are large without being overly fatty (my biggest pet peeve is a fatty wing lol) and cooked perfectly crispy. The drinks had great flavor as well. I was happy with the overall look and service I received from this place, the meal was absolutely delicious and I will be coming here again and again. read more

Smackin wings is awesome! Was open super late even on Easter Sunday. Wings were some of the best I had in a while and cooked perfectly. Loved how you walk up and get a code to open the locker- super easy and convenient . Food was made right at the time it was estimated for us as well. Real bad experience. The owner/manager is very rude so don't dare complaining about anything. My wings were the frozen variety not fresh as advertised. I asked for the owner to address this and he just started yelling and cursing at me. Very unprofessional. Wings were not good. Will not order again. read more

Yup came and no one was here. Should really advertise as I'm going to meet a dasher at some half way point to pick up my food. They're posted as if your going to pick up from the truck. That said food cold on arrival. Very misleading read more

Took awhile to find the truck, but after two calls and determination we finally found smackin' wings. They are located on 11th st and Indian school in phoenix south on 11th in a small neighborhood. We order the smackin' hot wings and parmesan garlic wings with fries. Took about 10 minutes and while we were waiting for them to cook the smell was absolutely delicious. It was to-go so we brought it home and enjoyed the local wings. We kinda messed up and got normal wings but next time we're gonna get the fried chicken wings since the sauce is on the side to preserve the crunchiness of the chicken since it's in a Togo container. Definitely a must try!!! #foodgang read more

Wings were real good. Guy actually cooked them 5 mins before close (3:30am) and had to wait an extra 20 mins after they were done to get paid because my card was having problems. Yet he waited and was cool about it. Would recommend to everyone. Will be going back for a late night meal again. read more

Finally got a chance to try and was not disappointed. The lemon pepper had a great taste and was actually better then Wingstop. I was surprised because it was not a dry rub but was a sauce. Next time I'll try the fried wings with lemon pepper to see if the coating allows the sauce to absorb more flavor. The fries were also good and had a nice seasoning sprinkled on them. read more

So i ordered this place using Postmates. Of course I'm upset bc i accidentally ordered bone in wings instead of bone less. Regardless i started eating these wings & all was going good until i got to the middle of the chicken & it was all purple from the blood. I was kind of grossed out but kept going. Found this place in search of wings. When arriving we were really excited because the smells were amazing and I was intrigued that the lemon pepper flavor was a sauce and not a dry rub. Well, once we were able to indulge we were not impressed. Almost had the taste of Tyson frozen chicken, nothing special. Needless to say not worth the trip and won't be back. read more

Smackin' Wings are some of the best smelling and tasting wings I have ever had! I work in the same complex they are based out of, and the delicious smell gets me hooked every time. Deron (the owner) is a very likeable, succinct, and hard working. He will do his best to get your order out to you ASAP because he hates keeping any of his customers waiting. Deron cares about each of his customers, and strives to make each order of wings just as good as the last one he whipped up. I recommend calling ahead of time with an ETA. This food truck, although seemingly obscure, has a ton of customers some nights! If you're looking for some unique, well seasoned wings, I definitely recommend Smackin' Wings. Although it's a small operation, you will definitely enjoy the wings from this humble but high-quality food truck! read more

This is literally down the street from my house about one block and I'm super happy about it. I'm a super big wing fan and search them out when I travel. I ordered the fried wings with mild sauce They put the sauce on the side I'm assuming to keep it crunchy. It was delicious and filling. It was your run- of- the- mill batter Flavor but it was crunchy and satisfying. Next time I want totry the garlic parmesan to get more flavor. read more

Discovered this was right around the corner from my house and decided to give it a shot. Ordered the fried wings and fries and was not disappointed. Probably the meatiest chicken wings I've ever had, and they were fried perfectly. I got the hot wing sauce on the side and the flavor was top notch. The crinkle fries were also perfect. It was my first order from this place. I ordered the 10 pc traditional wings in flavor hot and the meal came with fries. My first and last order was completely a rip off...my "smackin hot wings" did not have any flavor to them and multiple of the wings were completely undercooked. As I would peel off the meat I could see red on the inside due to the wings being still raw. Therefore most of the wings were thrown away and I did not enjoy what I paid for at all. The fries included in the meal were soggy, undercooked, and unappetizing..I could definately the fact the fries had previously been frozen. I recently went on a taste trip at Smackin' Wings with a friend, and let me tell you, it was a Wonderland of wings! We jumped right in and discovered a world of six scrumptious tastes that made our taste senses thrilled. The wings were like flavor explosions in our mouths, each one a little piece of crispy, saucy heaven. From the zesty kick of the spicy buffalo to the sweet and tangy BBQ bliss, Smackin' Wings nailed it in the flavor department.
