This is the best Smart & Final in the area. The one in Rancho on Base Line never has anything and I've encountered good that wasn't in the best shape. This location has great employees, a great selection, and it's clean. It's worth me driving an extra 6 minutes or so instead of going to the store on Base Line which is probably 2 minutes away. And S&F is less expensive than Stater's and any of the other grocers nearby. $100 gets me a lot further here than Stater's and especially Vons. read more

This has all the promise of being a good S&F location. It's very big and has a large inventory. Except that they have a very rude employee in the meat department. I was taking my time picking the meat that I wanted to buy, and in his impatience turned to leave and uttered "Madre de dios!!!" thinking I wouldn't hear or understand him. I addressed him quickly regarding his attitude and spoke to the manager about him. I don't know if he was even reprimanded or counseled for treating a customer that way, but suffice it to say, I have not gone back there since, and plan to never shop there again. I bought a bottle of vodka this afternoon & I guess the cashier does not approve of drinking, she very loudly stated "OH, BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS!" This store is amazing thanks to an amazing African American young lady who world the cash register. She is habitually in a great mood and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. This store is just south of my home and I know that whenever I go into the store and she is present, I will be greeted with a smile and a familiar hello. It is market but it has a special watermelons. I consume a lot watermelon because I like to eat it with salty chees in the morning with my breakfast. I want to notice that Smart & Final has always red and sweet watermelons. I used to buy it from many markets such as Walmart, Target, and Super-king market. However, they don't have a fresh and sweetie one as Smart & Final do. I strongly recommend to buy Watermelons from Smart & final since you will definitely pick it up amazing one. read more

This review is long overdue. Because of my job in the food industry nearby, I come to this Smart & Final every week sometimes 3 times a week. Needless to say, some employees know who I am. Since the beginning I have been treated with respect and kindness. I've been coming here for 3 years and not once have I had a bad experience with the workers or the location. I usually come in the morning to do my shopping. I am always greeted by any employee that sees me walk in. When I am ready to check out, the cashiers are very quick and efficient. If there is a line of 3 or more, they call for another cashier to make things go quickly. I am usually that annoying customer who has 50 items in her cart or more, so I appreciate that they open another line either for me or the other people behind me to save me from the embarrassment of holding them behind. Every single time the cashier asks me if I found everything I needed and every single time they ask if I need help loading my car. Since I am the kind of person to clean out a shelf, they have allowed me to pre order items from them and pick it up in bulk. Everyone here has been extremely nice to me, but the superstars of this location would have to be Lynee, Judy, Dawn and Roxine. These 4 ladies are the foundation of the morning shift. They are the quickest, kindness, and most attentive workers I have had a pleasure to meet. Overall I am very pleased with this location and their workers. read more

Recently opened, this now occupies the old Albertson's store. The building has undergone a nice facelift and the inside is everything you would expect from a top grocery store. Unlike the store in Rancho Cucamonga, it is spacious and as a result, has a larger assortment of items. I think the look and feel of the place is more like a regular grocery store, rather than a club store, which is a good thing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like a welcome guest. read more
