We needed additional coverage and some specialized equipment and were assured they could handle our requests. The salesperson completely mislead us on what they could and could not do and our first tech 100% didn't set up our system correctly. Subsequent visits have been equally disappointing with exception of one tech that seemed to care about his work product. I am constantly getting sent docusign contracts that are expired and that don't relate to my account. Our current representative refused to provide his supervisor information so I am relegated to writing this review. There are several other alarm companies in AZ....I suggest you pass on AAA.....they care nothing about a customer experience. *******I was promised a call from my rep's supervisor. I've heard absolutely nothing. These folks care nothing about their customers yet they expect us to trust our safety with their products.
