I noticed they're illegally selling mango Jul pods, the ones I like that they took from the shelves. I was THRILLED! So I purchased them. The man I couldn't understand what he was saying because of his accent, I smiled and left. While attempting to pop one, I noticed it was half full. I said whatever and attempted to use it. It didn't work, I popped the next one, that didn't work. I then turned my car around and brought them back. I asked the man nicely if I could exchange them for a different pack for the ones I bought weren't working. He ignored me and attempted to talk with the next person in line. I said "excuse me these do not work i would like a refund or to exchange". He very rudly stated "I told you some time work sometimes don't work we no exchange pods you want buy more you buy more next person please", I said no I'm not leaving her until I get my money back from your crooked business this isn't how you treat people I have my receipt that states I can return whatever I want from this store. He stated "you can buy more but no exchange next person", I said "listen I'm not trying to be rude but I'm not leaving here until I get what I either paid for or my money back so give me my money back I'm not allowing you to steal from me I am a single mother and that is my money, your business failed me and I want a exchange or my money back". He proceeded to tell me "I'll call cops leave here leave now" so I hucked the pods at him and told him to keep my fucking money while telling everyone in his shit dirty place of business not to buy from this crooked thief!!!! Any other place of business would of handled the situation better, he was rude and STOLE from me. I'm sure this has happened with many other people, I hope your business rots you thiefs!!!!! You don't even deserve a star but it won't let me post unless I pick one!! You SUCK

I put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle and was approved, but since…read morethe payment was higher than expected, I asked my sales representative for one day to think about it. After discussing it with my fiancé, we decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle the next day. When we called back, we were told it had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but it's extremely frustrating that a car can be sold after a deposit was already placed and while I was given time to make a decision. In fact, I was told, "We ask for a $500 deposit and it ensures that we won't sell the car out from under you." That clearly wasn't the case, and it doesn't feel like good business practice. They did offer me a different vehicle, but it was my least favorite color. I asked about other color options available but they said they were at their Plattsburgh location. They said I would have to travel there myself and complete a whole new application, basically starting from scratch. I completely wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend leaving a deposit here, there doesn't seem to be a point if the vehicle can still be sold to someone else.

    Worst service experience in 54 years of driving!…read more We bought a "certified used" Kia Carnival that still had a year of warranty and only 28,000 miles on it. Owned it for a couple weeks when we noticed AC not as cold as expected. The owners manual said when the vehicle is in the "economy" drive mode the AC will be less effective. OK, that makes sense. When it got warmer out we changed the drive mode to normal so the AC would be better. AC was still not very cold. A quick check found the pressure was low on refrigerant system. Added some and AC was great, for about a week. I notified Garvey Kia of the issue and brought it in for service. Garvey service said they found a leak and said the piping to the rear unit was at fault. Damaged. The damage was cited as being up under the vehicle and something must have hit it hard. I did not have any accident in the couple weeks I owned it nor did I go off road with the minivan. Garvey Service said the Kia warranty would not cover it since it was damaged. When I picked up the vehicle I asked for the old parts. Not only did they replace what they said was a damaged piece but two other sections and the distribution box in the rear. Over $2,000! I notified their service department I was paying under protest and would be filing a complaint. One pipe returned had dye from testing around a coupler that appeared to run from the coupler down the pipe. They replaced the suspect pipe and "just to be sure" replaced two more pieces of equipment, at my expense. None of the parts showed evidence of damage, leakage, or faults of any kind even when we pressurized them. I sent a certified letter to Garvey Kia asking for a reply. I have not received anything to date. Currently I have a case complaint with Kia itself and also with NYSDMV. Beware of Garvey Kia Service !
