Just want to give a HUGE shout out to DriveSmart Motors! I went in last weekend to test drive a few cars and unexpectedly fell absolutely in LOVE with one from their lot. Alex was extremely helpful and overly accommodating throughout the entire process. My dad and I both went in and Alex was very quick to answer any questions we had. He was very upfront about everything and even offered a GREAT discount off the sticker price! I felt no pressure whatsoever from this entire experience which was definitely one of my main concerns with dealerships when shopping for a car. Alex was more than patient with me when I had to make a few phone calls to confirm my final decision. When I called my bank to get a quote the woman over the phone had even told me that I was getting it for below KBB and that it was a great deal. We were a little unsure about the location of the spare tire but after doing some research the dealership assured me they would order any necessary parts and within a few days I had everything I needed. They were very proactive with all of their phone calls and emails. I greatly appreciated that. There was also a tiny chip in the windshield and since I work out of the city and didn't have time to wait they told me they would reimburse me for the repair and within THREE days i received a check from the dealership!!! Bought a 2016 honda fit last feburuary. When I pick it up the car was so dirty and they were reluctant to put full tank of gas and yesterday july 17 my car broke down on my way to work and have to replace ignition coil and cost me almost $110 and a day out from work that im not paid for. So I purchased a vehicle April 2020. Today September 30th 2020 and I'm being told I need a new engine. LUCKY ME! In five months of having a car from drive smart I'm having to replace the engine already. Not to mention the egr valve needed replacing in the second month and the owner decides to only pay for "inspecting" the issue and not the problem. I have never left a review for anyone before, but I am today. Yo Miguel at DriveSmart Motors hooked me up! To start off I was in contact with him for like three weeks before finally coming in. He worked with my schedule and never pressured me to come in. He always said this is a big decision just come in when your ready. Upon arrival, he sat with me and was very honest about my options. He then let me look at the cars freely and I was able to FaceTime my wife who was out of state at the time without someone breathing down my neck. I felt very comfortable and ZERO pressure. After I picked the car in my price range we worked on the finances. He fought for the lowest down payment possible. Even lower than we first agreed on. There were mistakes I made on my paperwork and he went through everything and had to redo it. He didn't get frustrated and stayed very nice and honest about everything. He openly talked to the banks with me in the room and broke down every dollar I was spending. The process was very fast. He got me out the door with a beautiful car and full coverage insurance the same day WHEN I HAVE BAD CREDIT, A RECENT REPO, AND A COUPLE LAPSED INSURANCES. When I flew in from ABQ, NM after searching for months on-line for a specific mid-sized truck for my daughter's 1st vehicle; I was searching for a combination of low mileage, cleanliness, and a track record of reliability backed up by a clean Carfax; I found all 3 @ DriveSmart in Orange,CA! Of course coming from out of state I was initially skeptical to begin with but was quickly reassured with confidence after speaking with Taylor over the phone & meeting Alex at the dealership, Thank You for that Gentlemen! Upon my arrival, Alex was able to quickly arrange a test drive of my vehicle from the hotel with the lovely Ms. Valentina. We drove the truck towards the dealership where I was able to inspect the vehicle for purchase and found a few minor issues on this well maintained, low mileage 16-year old vehicle.
