I've tried to make it at home too but it always tastes a bit off; sometimes it is not soft enough, and other times the flavor isn't quite there. One of my friends dropped off this loaf, so freshly baked the loaf was still a little warm and minute beads of condensation were forming on the top of the bread bag. This challah was fantastic. The bread was so tender, the taste rich, and the outside perfectly browned. Thanks to The Challah Factory my toddler is now officially addicted to challah.
