I used Uber eats to try this place for the first time. I ordered the colorado burger with onion rings and my husband ordered the bacon double burger with tots. It was terrible, all of it. I hate to be the one to leave a bad review but we paid $50 and couldn't even finish it because it was HEAVILY salted. When I finally placed my order, I was told they didn't have brisket. No refund offered even though it let me place the order online. If I'd been able to order in person, they could've told me that! Avondale location is garbage! I went today and waited 15 minutes for the food. When I got home and started eating, the food was disgusting. The restaurant was dirty and only 2 employees in the store. They used to have quality food, but they have really gone down and they are not a cheap eatery. I threw half my burger away and the fries. It was such a waste of money. Worst Experience! First off their app sucks because it wouldn't allow me to use their own gift card to pay. When I get to the restaurant, they have a clear plastic barrier up, which is fine and I get because of the pandemic, but the girl taking the orders has a mask on and was talking super low. I had to ask her several times what was she was saying because I couldn't hear her. Then when I asked her about what she had charged me, she couldn't figure out how to correct it. When my food came she apologized for the wrong charge and told me she gave me an extra side of fries, which was nice, but I didn't want extra fries. Finally the food. The food was HORRIBLE. My burger patties were over cooked and burnt. The tomatoes tasted old and the lettuce was wilted. After a few bites I threw it away. My wife's was not happy with her chicken sandwich either and ended up throwing it away. The fries were over cooked as well and cold. Very disappointing. Definitely will not eat here again. Start to finish the experience was terrible. Walk in and the "kids" where having a racially suggestive conversation in the back kitchen. There wasn't a soul in here except me and I've been standing there for 20 minutes waiting for their conversation to end. The clerk was very patient as we ordered for six people. Additionally there was a young man diligently cleaning the tables. When we finished, he respectfully asked if he could gather our empty trays. They have tons of coupon options for discounts, through app, and offer military/first responder discounts. Fed 6 people for $27 !!!
