The burger was good...I think the patty is a little on the small side. The wings came out nice and hot, throughly cooked. I liked the garlic rosemary, I would recommend and order again. Question....at SmashBurger you walk up to the counter and place your order. The give you a number to place on your table and your drink cups at the self service beverage bar. A team member does bring your food to your table. So generally I like to reward good service but considering the only real service was bringing my food to the table. I tipped 10%. First impressions are the last impressions. The food is actually pretty good it's the protocols, disorganized staff that I will never come back . Literally seems like it's everyone's first day maybe it was ? The think that gets me is the food handlers . First there was a girl getting the food out that after every order would have to adjust her pants , thumbs in there wiggling up ... then grab all your precious open container fries bring them to you and then back to pull up the pants and finger more fries . I eat a lot of burgers and had never tried this place until today. It was really good!! The burger had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. They have a couple different options for burgers, but not a ton. They also do chicken sandwiches and shakes, but I haven't tried those yet. I had their smash fries, which contained olive oil and garlic. They didn't taste bad, but don't think you're getting garlic fries. I made that mistake and was disappointed. Staff was friendly. It takes a while to make the burgers, but that's because they make them fresh. This is not a complaint on my part at all, but I could see some people thinking they would be cooked faster. Today I ordered Uber Eats. The driver was fine, but the food quality was extremely poor. My $12 bacon burger was put together by a child, the lettuce was so wilted and old. I had to get some fresh romaine lettuce from my own fridge. The burger was cold and seemed as if I'd been prepared 3 hours earlier, it was sticking to the wrapper. The fries were stale and not edible. I might as well have air fried my own from the freezer. Those would have tasted better than what I spent over $20 on. Overall, I might as well throw this in the trash. If I would have known to expect this from a burger place I would have driven my own car to McDonald's. One of my favorite burger joint in town! Smashburger is very good and this is one of the best location I liked the most! All the burgers are fresh made after orders and it is so yummy! Price is very reasonable too! The workers in this location are always very helpful. The cashiers are nice and have a lot of patients. I saw them explain to customers all the time when they have questions! Good customer services! The dining area is always clean and comfortable. They bring the food to your table. The parking is the only problem at this location. This mall has many restaurants, supermarket, and a lot of other stores. Very busy mall with many cars driving around looking for parking all the time specially at the lunch time. I usually try to come little earlier before 11:30am to avoid the parking problem! The Smashburger app has rewards and discounts. But many people included myself have problems with their app. Some customer reports they have to login all the times. Some said crashes all the time. My iPhone app doesn't every go pass the startup logos. But the coupons and rewards are loaded in the apps only. I ended up have to loaded the app to my friend's phone and login in order to use my rewards. I hope Smashburger will fix this problem soon! read more

Sadly over the years this location has completely gone down hill. I came here when they were having a BOGO free double burger with purchase of one, and I ordered the jalapeno one... something that was spicy, though i don't recall the exact name. The burger itself was delicious and perfectly cooked. It was cheesy, juicy, and spicy, just how I wanted it. I don't think I could've asked for more, especially for under $5! I have been to many of their locations, but this is my favorite! This location while smaller than some, packs a punch. The customer service from the counter help, to the staff that brings the food to the table, is awesome. All Smashburger's are set up the same way. You jump into line, and visually peruse the super huge wall menu, and then order at the counter. The menu is fairly extensive for a " burger joint". They offer easy to select from burger selections, or you can create your own gastronomical delight. All of the sandwiches are served on an egg bun. YUM! Once your meal is ready, the friendly staff will bring your meal to your table The occasionally feature a seasonal (for them) burger. All of the burgers are freshly made, and thankfully they don't use frozen or pre-formed patties. Instead, they take a fresh bunch of meat, and " smash" it into a patty. Then make each patty to order. Once your patty is on the grill, the rest of your ingredients are put in between the egg bun. The choices seem endless. Add bacon, goat cheese, truffle mushrooms, or good old cheeseburger if you so desire. If you're craving more than just a regular burger, they will gladly make your patty slightly bigger, and the extra charge isn't that much. Which ever size patty you want, both are much larger than the bun, and you will leave there full. Not craving a burger? Then get the buffalo and bleu cheese crispy chicken sandwich. OM EM GEEE... that is good eating right here!! This is my all time favorite. The chicken is lightly breaded, savory, and i love the combination of buffalo sauce and bleu cheese. They add just enough to make each bite delicious. I always opt for extra sauce, because i love the spicy taste. The serving like the burgers, flows over the bun. They also offer salads that have all of the yummy ingredients that the sandwiches do. The portion will satisfy a good appetite, and you may save a tad on the calories. All of the sandwiches can be turned into "meals" and you have your choice of a few different types, from regular to sweet potato. Im not a fan of the regular fries. They are shoestring, and while they taste okay, I personally prefer steak fries. Wanna try something that will make your meal beyond amazing?? Order the fried pickles. They will gladly add those to your meal instead of fries. DO IT!! they are without a doubt so delish!! The dipping sauce gives them a subtle kick. Im craving them as I type this. Parking can be tricky, as they are located in a pretty busy shopping center. Its worth the effort, and parking is free. Plus, you can walk the shopping center after your "smashing" good lunch/dinner. The staff is pretty amazing in my book. They made great efforts to check on us during our meal, and graciously brought us extra sauce, and finally to go boxes. Im telling you, my chicken sandwich was pretty big. For a restaurant that doesn't offer table service, they really make you feel like you're at a table service restaurant. The seats are comfy, and the drinks are re-fillable. Something that seems to be changing at many restaurants. On a personal note, after we had a great meal, and were already on our way to our next destination, i noticed that i had lost one of my earrings. I quickly called the restaurant, and they not only located my earring, but they were willing to hold on to it until i could return. This just added to the great service that we had already received. If I could give this place, zero stars, I absolutely would. Not only we're we not greeted by anyone working there, we stood in line for 10 minutes and waited for someone to come take our order. It's not like they were busy, there was one customer sitting at a table. I had to peak around the corner and ask if someone was available to take our order. The employee I asked just started me dead in the face, said nothing and walked away. Still after 2-3 more minutes no one showed. Finally, someone entered the front lobby, looked us, still didn't acknowledge that we had been waiting in line for several minutes, and smirked as we turned around to leave the facility. We've been to Smashburger before, just not this one. Inside, it's pretty small but clean. Menu is straightforward, plenty to choose from. Found the staff just alright, not the friendliest but better than our previous experiences. They did mess up one of our orders and weren't happy about fixing it but they eventually did. Overall, the hamburgers are way small, even for the largest one they have (forgot the name). To put it into perspective, were about the size of a simple $1 hamburger at McDonalds, just with more lettuce and toppings inside that didn't make it filling. You'd be better off going to In N Out as you'd get more for your money and not leave still hungry. Smashburgers' burgers were overpriced and not anything special like they are advertised. I'd rather go to Red Robbin or even Burger King instead. Go somewhere else if you're in the area. McDonalds down the street isn't a bad start of drive just 10-15 down to In N Out near Arden Fair if you want a good burger. read more

I was craving some bacon (per usual) so I decided to go with the BBQ, Bacon & Cheddar Burger. Served with some haystack onions on top it was definitely satisfying the taste buds. I also got a side of the Smashtots which were crispy and flavorful. I didn't care for how greasy they were though. There's options to increase the size of your burger but I just went for the regular size. I felt full with the Tots and drink on the side. While there I was able to immediately order and the gals behind the counter were very nice and seemed engaged with their work. After ordering I was seated for about 10 minutes before my food came out. I couldn't complain. my food was fresh and had great taste. I can see myself returning here again in what is a decent area for dining options. I think it would be nice if they put in some music or a TV. I came in on a Thursday night and was a little disappointed I couldn't watch the football game while eating ('Merica!!). I love Smash Burger. One of the best burger places around and I've ordered from here multiple times before which is sad. This time it was a disgusting mess. First off the burgers themselves were soaked in sauce and were so messy. Then we noticed they were singles instead of doubles. Then we noticed they were entirely different burgers and one didn't even have the gluten free bun requested which is $2 more. So one of us couldn't even eat the food which was disappointing. Im am extremely frustrated by this situation as my partner and I had barely had any good food for the day and were looking forward to it. **Edit** My partner decided to just eat one of the burgers and I saw a strand of something very long that looked like a hair as well.
