Wanted to have a burger for lunch and decided to stop by Smashburger. There is a lot of parking as there are many other restaurant chains near by. The employee in the front was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I always had it to go or order on uber eats and it always been okay. This time we had some errands to run and decided to eat in. I do like how they give you a number and you can find a seat. Then they would bring your meal to the table. Not sure if I came on a good day or if it just better fresh and hot, but the burger was delicious. Nice and juicy the way I like my burger. I will come back for my next burger craving. read more

I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Went for lunch on a weekday and there were only about 5 other customers the entire hour we were there! I've been to other locations in this chain and have had mixed impressions. This one seemed clean, and the person behind the counter was actively cleaning tables and condiments during slow periods. The food didn't all come out at once, and while we waited for my daughter's burger to come out, mine cooled down significantly. The classic burger was good, but didn't look "smashed"enough. We used Uber Eats. The burger was good. We got one with nearly everything. The chicken tenders were good. Crispy and delicious. (They forgot to include the sauce even though it was on our receipt, and the kitchen slip, too, which had been placed in the bag) The fries were good. The Tots were good. The problem is, everything was tiny. Really small. Vastly different from the large items, displayed in abundance in their website. The waiters were great and they were easy to work with. but the food was terrible. the fries tasted like soggy sewage water and the burger was lopsided and tasted like cardboard. There was a random sauce that tasted ripe and terrible. the water is NOT water. the lemonade tasted terrible and did not even have a hint of lemonade the claw machine was rigged and loose, making it impossible to get anything. the pictures on the wall are nice but that's about it for the environment. the seats are falling and every time you move the seat moves with you. The portions are for a two year old and i ordered a sandwich with half of it missing. the steak tips were like mystery meat and we were still struggling to understand if it was really steak or not. they gave me an extra small cherry on my ice cream. but the ice cream was good. I'm not a fan of Smashburger. Went to this particular location at my husband and stepson's request - if up to me, we would have been at Noodles. We ordered - it was crazy expensive for what we got. Our food came out over a period of 10 minutes. I feel like you could handle serving a table of 3 all at the same time. Mine came first - I ordered spinach and goat cheese (chicken instead of beef). Opened it up - no goat cheese. I go up to the front, where everyone ignores me. Finally get someone's attention - I say I'm missing the goat cheese and they take my sandwich. Five minutes later a girl comes back to our table - they're all perplexed what I'm looking for. OMG. I tell her the goat cheese is missing (wtf were they doing that whole time?) She goes away, comes right back, my sandwich (now ice cold) has a few little bits of goat cheese - just the crumbles. Totally lame. Not worth the money AT ALL. You order at a counter, and they bring your food out to your table. You can either order one of their eight Favorite burgers, as a burger or chicken sandwich. But if you consider yourself a burger non-conformist, you can blaze your own trail by making your own combination of the following. They have many variations and permutations starting with the bun itself - egg bun, multi-grain bun, gluten free bun, chipotle bun, and lettuce bun. Burger Patty selections include a regular burger, "Big" burger, grilled or crispy chicken, and Black Bean Burger. Now it gets crazy, Toppings include smash sauce, ketchup, lettuce, pickles, bbq sauce, cucumbers, red onion, ranch, spinach, yellow mustard, grilled onions, tomato, and spicy chipotle mayo. Cheesy choices include aged swiss, blue cheese, goat cheese, pepper jack, sharp cheddar, and american cheese. Finally - "Add-ons" include applewood smoked bacon, sauteed crimini mushrooms, fresh sliced avocado, guacamole, and fried egg. I went for the Spicy Jalapeno Baja Burger with sliced jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo on a "spicy chipotle bun" for $6.79. The burger was juicy and super flavorful, but honestly I was expecting a lot more zip factor that it delivered. Oddly, even the jalapeno slices seemed dumbed down. I ordered a burger and fries for my brother in CT. through Door Dash today. I've never eaten at Smashburger, but have enjoyed Five Guys but none in the area for delivery so went with Smashburger. My brother has been home from the hospital for two weeks and can't get out, spending much time recovering and bedrest. Delivery was right on time and recommend Door Dash --Second delivery from DD in last three days--very good. Burger and bun was garbage according to brother. Fries were cold, no flavor, and garbage. He tossed both in the trash and thanked me for thinking of him. He thought that I liked the burgers, but I explained that I never ate one at any Smashburgers. This was the second time I've ever been to a Smash Burger and I had pretty good memories of the first trip. I stopped in here for lunch yesterday and the place was pretty empty when I came in. After glancing over the menu for a minute I settled on a smash burger with bacon and an order of the smash fries. Let me start out with the fries, I didn't really care for them. The French fries themselves I could definitely see enjoying but I wasn't huge on whatever they put in the fries to make them smash fries, however, I could see the appeal in them to others. The burger was delicious and the kind of thing I could see wanting after watching an episode of Bob's Burgers. It was juicy and cooked just right, which leads me to wanting to try a few more of the burgers they have on the menu. I thoroughly enjoy Smashburger. Decor for the chain is very modern and cool. Not crazy for their thin fries. That's all personal preference though. The burgers are very delicious. The staff has been nice the few times Ive been here. The menu is "how you want it". You can build your own burger or choose a signature that's already built for you. They let you choose Beef, Chicken or Black Bean as a "meat" and have a ton of extras. They frequently offer coupons and Tuesdays is "kids eat free". Would come here again. read more

Although the turkey burger I ordered was decent, the overall experience was just odd. I ordered my meal to go and the few employees I interacted with had no level of urgency. There was a small line piling up and it took about 2 minutes for someone to even man the cashier. My food did not come with the requested sides so I had to wait longer. My daughter and I got a turkey burger with A lettuce wrap, and a burger with the same. We shared a milkshake and an order of fries. I took photos, so you have an idea of the nice setup of the dining area. We had a little wait, but it wasn't a serious wait. I loved the lettuce wrap instead of a bun. (12:34 right now. Writing this review as we wait for our food. Time stamped on the receipt is 12:29. We'll see how long it takes for the food to come out....) So here it is from the beginning.... The wait at the door was quite long. We expected it as the store just opened but then again they only had one register open. Another register open would have helped the process along. Having just gotten back from vacation, hubs commented that the wait was longer than at Disney. (12:42 our food came out!) the strawberry milkshake was the first to arrive! (Said no whip cream but it came with an overly generous amount of fluffy white whip cream!!!) Then came the 2 kid's meals: hot dog with sweet potato fries both had fountain drinks. Then the avocado club grilled chicken sandwich no side. Lastly the husky big with a side of regular sweet potato fries. (Didn't look all that big but hey! The perception is in the eye of the beholder!!!) (12:59 done eating...) actual review of the food... Kids devoured their hot dogs. And not a single sweet potato fry is left... The husky was just another burger. Surprisingly not charred so that's a plus. There wasn't much to say about it. Not very exciting. Now for my avocado club grilled chicken. The salt and pepper seasoning on the chicken was WAY too much. And I had to wipe off some of the mayo... They kind of over did it. Overall I didn't finish my chicken sandwich. (Good thing we had the side order of sweet potato fries!) So now where it counts!!! If I'm going to inhale the calories I want it to really count!!! Strawberry milkshake hit to spot so I don't feel bad about the calorie count there! Again... I didn't finish the chicken sandwich! Conclusion: minus 1 star for the wait. Stopped here for lunch today with my father who as we have established is a picky eater. We were bound for a different restaurant but they closed between lunch and dinner. He ordered the bacon cheese burger with haystack onions and a side of fries. Myself I ordered the buffalo blue crispy chicken sandwich with smash fries. I just had to try the fried Brusselsprouts. All topped off with Coca-Cola freestyle beverages. God doesn't arrive as one contiguous order but it comes out fresh hot from the line. I would prefer that over waiting anyways. He couldn't get over how good his was and for him to rave about anything is rare. Thanks for making our trip here good. Meh. Solidly middle-of-the-road for a fast-casual burger joint. Their ingredients are good, can't fault them on that, but there's just nothing terribly compelling about the burger itself (I had the larger-sized Classic Smash). It's... fine. The fries are similar to the thin shoestring variety, which means lots of oil and little potato taste - not my favorite. Since they have alcoholic beverages and rudimentary table service, I would compare them to BurgerFi, which soundly outclasses them in both menu options and overall quality.
