I see Dr. Do and she is truly the best I've come across. She takes her time and cares about your well being, especially your teeth. Incredibly friendly and high tech office. I recently referred my 5yo nephew here to see Dr. Christina Do for his tongue tie condition that prevented him from speaking well. She used a topical anesthetic and released his tongue tie in less than 5 minutes using a special laser. He was not in any pain or fearful. He did so great due to the excellent care given by his dentist. My sister was so impressed, now she is a patient! Great job Smiles4OC! I highly recommend Dr. Do as your dentist. My sister started going there about 13 or 14 years ago when my niece was a little girl, and Dr. Do was so great with both of them. I had a fantastic experience at this dentist. Their new patient consultation appointment was super thorough, and I was amazed at how low my copay was. Dr. Do was kind and explained everything well. Susie was very nice, too! After the appointment, I met with Christina, who explained my insurance and helped talk me through the treatment plan. They have state of the art technology that helps make dentist appointments less dreadful, like laser treatments in lieu of drilling cavities and a scan of your teeth instead of taking molds. I'm honestly a huge fan of this place. The staff and doctors here are all warm and welcoming. With my past experience with Smiles4OC, every visit has been great and they treat me like family. I have very bad teeth and had bad experiences from the past with my previous dentist, so coming into my first procedure to get my bottom right molders capped was quite nerve racking. Dr: Do numbed my mouth so quick and smooth I honestly felt nothing, and she finished capping and filling all of my molders in under an hour. She did it efficiently and noticed nothing but perfection looking at my molders now. She now finished two other procedure and going to come back next week to finish up the top left molders and my fronts. Dr. Do is absolutely a professional, and I'm l just astonished to see how humble and happy she is when her patients like me feel great !! Her associates are just as amazing. Brittany made me feel like I was at home by providing me a warm blanket and some headphones to put me in a trance as they both focused on fixing my teeth. She too is amazing for having good conversations and putting me at ease when I'm asking so many question to her. Each and every one of the staff that work here are not only professionals at their craft, but also good people who care for other individuals to live a better life.
