Goodyear charged me for an axle, yet the part came in after the second visit and I only found out when they called me days later when they knew I took my car to a reputable mechanic. By "decent" I meant, someone who will provide fair prices (yes, I did my research and I know how much a car battery including labor cost) and good customer service (friendly, efficient, patient and knows what they are doing).
