My car still had a burning oil smell Returned car for inspection to find cracked valve cover from being tightened too much They repaired this at no charge. One week later car into dealer for engine light. dealer stated broken brake booster valve that had been recently glued back been together .as a fix. Pic was included. As my car had not been anywhere else VIP was responsible When service manager confronted with this info refused even partial reimbursement even with documentation. The smog test took about 5 minutes, the price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Eddie was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process effortless. I even renewed my registration on the spot, saving myself a trip to the DMV. They also offer oil changes, so I already know where I'll be going when it's time for my next one!
