    Customer service was awful. The worker completely ignored us when we asked for his attention for a smog check. He lost a client that day!

    As we all know time is money so I did my smog and renew my plates all in 1 stop no 3 hours at the dmv no hassle quick and easy

Told me I should have left and not got serviced and how I should have called right away I told him to rewatch the video I was on the phone with Jiffy but called the wrong one. Said he would refund me and this is the end of it. I contacted Logan Bennett who was super nice. Said he would talk to his employees and use this as a teaching lesson. I said thank you that is all I wanted just say hey don't speak to our customers this way. He said he totally understood and would be checking the video himself when he gets back to his desk. I did get a refund but it isn't about the money it's being told to shut my mouth and then basically being called a liar by Dustin. I've gone to this location for years for all my cars and never had a problem until today. I was waiting outside for them to arrive and a car swooped in and tried to cut in front of me. When the tech showed up I rolled my window down and said Sir, hey I been here for 20 mins and he screams at me to shut my mouth and just goes on a rant yelling for a few mins. I pulled in got out of the car and he smogged it and I went to pay and I was like sir I wasn't trying to be rude I just wanted to let you know I had been here but you didn't need to scream at me to shut my mouth. He aggressively and with so much anger tells me he doesn't need me telling him how to do his job. I said I am so sorry in no way was I trying to tell you how to do your job I was just letting you know I was waiting and I am so sorry if it came out that way. Trevon S needs training on how to treat customers He didn't even use my coupon and signed the sign screen for me without letting me see how much he was charging me. I will never return to this place after being talk to so rude.

    I used to love this place. I would come all the way time for oil changes and spent a good amount of…read moremoney on my old 2010 minivan. I replaced the alternator, lower control arms, and something else I can't remember. The car eventually gave out and I had to get a new car. This is where I started having problems. I purchased, through Carmax, a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. I took it there to be check just to make sure there were no hidden problems. They told me something needed to be replaced and it was going to cost a few thousand but I could use my extended warranty through Carmax. I was still within me 90 days so I took it back to Carmax. They said there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't have any problems. I couldn't get into Carmax to get an oil change done before going on a trip to California so I took my car in here. They did the oil change but it wasn't accelerating like normal. I took the car back and they insisted that everything was okay. I took my car in for another oil change to Carmax and my car is driving like normal. I don't now if they placed the filter wrong or what they did but I will never go back.

Gregg made every effort imaginable to try and fix the item right then and there. Once he determined a new part was needed, he went over everything thoroughly with me and completed all the paperwork before handing me off the Kevin in parts to complete the final step. Kevin completed his duties in no time flat. These three professionals were all friendly, skilled, and attentive. They demonstrated amazing efficiency while working together as one, cohesive team!

    My service person was R. Lopez. I scheduled an oil change after receiving a text from the…read moredealership saying my vehicle was due for service. I chose a 5:30 p.m. appointment and drove about 30 minutes to arrive on time. When I got there, I was told I might need to leave the car overnight, even though I had been encouraged to bring it in because the oil change could be completed quickly at the end of the day. The representative made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by staying late, even though I had scheduled an available appointment and arrived on time. After I got the car back, the gauges suggested the oil had not been changed. The service director reviewed the camera footage with me, and thankfully it appeared the oil change had been completed. I appreciated that he checked, but I should not have had to verify the work that way. My bigger concern was the tire. I brought the vehicle in partly because I suspected a slow leak, and I specifically raised that concern. At first, I was told there was no puncture. After a second review, however, they found a puncture and determined that the tire needed to be replaced. That was exactly what I had been worried about. I am grateful to the parts and service director for taking the concern seriously, reviewing the situation, and having the vehicle checked again. At the same time, I am extremely frustrated that the service staff initially would have let me drive away with a faulty tire. I am driving to California next week, and the tire concern was one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in. To their credit, management eventually addressed the issue. Still, the overall experience left me feeling dismissed, inconvenienced, and concerned about the initial quality of the service review. I expected clearer communication, better follow-through, and more care with a safety issue.
