The service was fine, but the customer service was disappointing…read more I came in for a simple oil change and provided all of my vehicle information. I wasn't given a quote or a breakdown of the cost beforehand and was simply told to sign the paperwork. The oil change initially came out to around $62. I showed the front desk employee that the website advertised a full synthetic oil change for $39, and I was told the additional cost was because my vehicle required an extra quart. That brought the total down to around $52. Before agreeing to the final price, I asked if the paperwork could be reprinted so I could confirm the total I was signing for and have a copy for my records. Her response was, "You want me to waste more paper?" The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. I explained that I simply wanted to see what I was signing and keep a copy for my records, but I was met with even more attitude and was told it was "just so the technician knows what he's doing." The actual oil change service itself was fine, but the interaction at the front desk really left a bad impression Unfortunately, because of that interaction alone, I don't think I'll be coming back.
