The employees (all 5 I encountered) were very rude. The salad was such poor quality, I had to tell them how to make one of their standard salads. Chicken was not cut at all and they took 2 seconds to mix it. We love snappy salads and will not be returning to this one. read more

Totally unimpressed! They are more concerned with laughing with each other, rather than giving good service. They have also decided that you must use stevie, rather than having an assortment of sweeteners for tea. I have had gastric sleeve surgery, and was forced to get 7up, rather than tea. I come in here ALL the time. A new girl is tossing my salad together and then proceeds to put some old salad scrapings in my bowl. I then asked for crispy chicken and it wasn't ready, so I then tell her I want grilled chicken instead Bc I didn't like how the crispy chicken looked. The manager then proceeds to question me and ask why I don't want it. For one I don't have to give you an explanation on why I don't want it. I changed my mind and I don't want it anymore. First visit to Snappy Salads and the salads are great. The half size is more than enough for one. The ingredients are fresh. I had the Cobb salad - substituting the bleu cheese for cheddar and substituting a different dressing - and it was excellent. The only problem with my salad was that it came with probably 3 bites of chicken. They cut it up into about 10 very small, thin bites, but it was really only about 3 regular bites. I asked about it and he said it was 2 ounces. Maybe 3 bites is 2 ounces. At any rate for a $10.75 salad for one, it should have had more protein. They're very generous w the veggie ingredients though, so if you don't mind paying $10 for that, you'll love this place. They weren't very crowded at 11:15 am so the service was good. I usually go here once a week and get the full "Bam Bam" salad with a couple things added (carrots, beets, walnuts, & sunflower seeds) and the dressing on the side. I get it To Go and usually get 2-3 meals out of it. I like the Bam Bam so much, I've never tried any of the other salads (which is weird for me to not try anything else on a menu). Horrible - they need to head over to Southlake & learn how to expedite. All of the employees were running around behind the counter appearing to not understand what their roles were. The lettuce and toppings are all fresh. Healthy choices, they'll also cook fish, chicken, tofu, etc. for your salad or wrap. I would definitely suggest this place for lunch. read more

2/3 of my visits here have been great. I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a good value, but the salads are tasty and fresh. That being said, I went today shortly after they opened and did not have a great experience. There was 1 person ahead of me and couple came in 5 minutes after I ordered. It took a while for me to finally get my salad and pay (I think they were tied up in preparing for the day). I ordered a half grilled avocado, without the tomato. I received a third grilled avocado WITH tomato and without all of the toppings. I probably should have paid more attention as it was being made, but I was in a rush. After I paid for my salad and bread, the cashier realized they didn't have any bread prepared and had to go in the back to see what they could muster up. Once I got to work and started to eat, I realized I had an oily salad. Not sure if it's from the grilling or not shaking the dressing, but I have a salad with warm oil dressing. Not good. Basically, while I'm not giving up in snappy salads, I certainly won't go again before noon. I feel like they should have gotten everything prepped BEFORE opening for the day. For now, I have an inedible greasy salad when I was looking forward to a fresh light meal. read more

The thing I love the most about Snappy Salads is that you get so many toppings. Many times when I order a salad at a restaurant I am disappointed with the lettuce to toppings ratio. Snappy Salads is great because you can create your own with whatever you want and they have endless options. If you're a first timer, the half salad will be plenty but the full is great for leftovers. Love this place! read more

Fresh produce choices to create salads. Great, homemade dressing choices. The soups are not good except for mushroom soup, which is good. The potato soup which is served daily, taste like potatoes boiled in chicken broth, blended. If you want to hear the worst music in America, this is the place and at obnoxiously high decibels. First off i walk in and no line awesome (First time here ) about 6 people behind the windows of food i stand there waiting for someone to tell me what to do how to order bc it looks like a buffet so i feel like i start on the end but no one said anything to i walked to cashier and she don't say anything so i asked A customer where do i order ? I came in for my husband he gave me a title of what he wanted to order i didn't even know what a patina is , apparently a wrap . Anyways i go back and try to order and i wait for ever and even make eye contact with some employees and their keepin on in their conversations, then finally someone says what can i get you so i tell them the name and it's like they dont know what I'm saying buts on their menu so they say wrap, and i say if that's a pedina then yes I'm just saying what my husband txt me to get him , so i watch how they make the wrap and she cuts off this tiny piece of meat and I'm already like that's not enough for a small salad idk if my husbands will be happy with that , right when i thought she was done she only gave me half of what she had cut off so now it's even smaller amount . So it comes with chips i guess and i got 5 little chips that's it? For $9 ? I'll never be back idc if the food was good or not they made me feel stupid then cheated me on the meat. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It's disappointing to go to a place that has great food, but the worst service. The entire team, especially the current manager, are incredibly rude. From the moment you walk in, most of them have their back to you and will not acknowledge you until about 5-10 minutes pass. Once they do, they appear very irritable. You pay $15 for a salad, but they give you the tiniest portions of each topping you request, and they roll their eyes if you ask for a little more. They are abrasive, aggressive, and unprofessional in their tone. This is our favorite salad place in Dallas, but I rather not go at all then deal with the people that work there. Don't order online. Ordered a salad online, expecting it to be ready when I got there, especially since I was few minutes late. However, they didn't even start it until well after I arrived. While waiting 10 minutes for it, I watched the cashier that was bagging everyone's food play with her hair and scratch her face and nose. Gross! Thankfully I had paid online so she never handled my food. The salad was good, however the other strike is that they didn't follow my special instructions requesting one item be left out. Of course I didn't discover this until well after I left. I'll go back, but won't waste my time ordering online and may go to a different location to avoid the bad hygiene of the cashier. read more

Good salad, pretty big portions (a half size is plenty), a little pricey though First time trying Snappy Salads and it did not start off too great. I called in my order only to find it completely messed up. The manager was awesome though and apologetic for the error. Even got an extra free salad out of it. I had the Bam-Bam salad & it was really good! It will be hard for me to try another salad since I liked the Bam-Bam so much. I haven't been to this location in the last 6 months due to a bad past experience. I've always been extremely impressed with the service and staff of Snappy Salads. I returned to this location just because I was craving it so badly. I was instantly impressed on the turn around of service and politeness of the staff and management. I got to know Austin a little bit while eating here tonight and it's wonderful to see someone who truly appreciates their customers. I will continue to return to this location for years to come! I hate to be snappy but I didn't even get the salad I was really craving. For starters we stood there for a while completely ignored by the one visible person behind the counter. As the line began to form finally another person came out and contemptuously began to build our salads. Then finally when the end was in sight and one salad of two was ready.....the second the dressing ran out and rather than get more she proceeded to act as if she was done so my husband asked for some more dressing please... she contemptuously went to the back for more. Then when our salads were ready she started working other orders as if she had no idea how to move us out by asking us about drinks and cash. We stood there for several minutes looking at our order just out of reach and then we just left. What a waste and I sadly will not go back to this location again. Update: while I still love the quality of food, I have had problems with their online ordering. 3 times I have ordered and they hadn't even started my order when I arrive to pick it up (and it's not because they are busy). Also they have forgotten the chicken I paid extra for and added an ingredient I didn't want on separate occasions. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I took it out of the bag at home. I order online because it's easy and I usually don't have time to wait in line, but this is starting to get ridiculous. Although this place is a little pricer than I what I would like to pay for a salad, at least the meals are great. I loooove the bbq ranch chicken salad, and it is really convenient to order online. Plus all of their ingredients are so fresh. I always recommend this to my friends that are looking for healthy fast food. read more
