We have a new favorite brunch spot :) Drinks were great, and the food was just as good. The bravocado toast is the best version of avocado toast I think I've ever tried. The corned beef hash was flavorful and had a great portion size. Our server August was very sweet and checked on us frequently throughout our meal. I made to go order. Snooze classic,bacon but different,avocado benny and buttermilk pancake. It took 45 minute. They forget togo silverware, syrup and whipped butter for pancake. Hashbrown is cold and terrible. Pancake is so so. Avocado benny' egg is fully cooked. It is ridiculous. read more

I came to Snooze because I picked up some food from here and it smelled good. I also seen beautiful plates from people sitting. I went back to experience it for myself on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30PM. The staff was friendly and service was timely. Unfortunately the food was not for me. We all have different preference so it may be for you. I'm a southern girl who loves homemade breakfast. I also enjoy the taste of Waffle House & breakfast at Barney's to give you a feel of my taste buds. I ordered strawberry and cream pancake. I could tell that the pancake alone would be amazing. It does have a different cake-like texture but it is amazing.. alone. The Strawberry and cream flavor they put on top rubbed it for me. It didn't taste like strawberry (and to me eating the actual staccato that was on top which was wonderful). Given how the flavor was poured to cider the entire pancake I was disappointed and did not finish it. I ordered 1 scrambled egg Ave it was more like a folded egg. The bacon has an after taste. Let start this review off with my greeting as i walked in the door of Snooze. Starting with the hostesses Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Lexi, i got a very nice welcome along with a smile. Now having a morning like i did, I needed some good southern hospitality. Ms. Vanessa seated me and Ms. Ms. Jami was my waitress. When i say Ms. Jami was the bomb diggity waitress. OMG! She was very attentive and i guess she saw the frustration of the morning blues on my face. She asked how was my day so far, and I kindly drowned her with my aggrevations. We laughed and after asking to see my ID, she suggested an adult beverage if that's something I entertain. And of course i obliged and opted to get the beautiful and tasteful Sangerita. Hats off to the bartender for making the cocktail. Later I gave Ms. Jami my food order which was the Monte Cristo and a side of sautéed spinach. While waiting i observed Ms. Namia, being very attentive to her guest table. The type hospitality, family type energy this staff gave on this day was top notch. I asked Ms. Jami everybody's name who I noticed just so I could write this review. I hope I got everybody's name correctly. Ms. Tameka and Mr. Jodi was AAAAAMAZING TODAY as well. And again with the attention to detail with ALL the guest was super. I don't believe not one customer was left to wonder anything. I asked to speak with the manager and Mrs. Ashley came quickly to hear if i had any concerns. HECK NAW!!!! i didn't . I told her i just wanted to commend her staff on their awesome work and customer service they have for this restaurant. And to give her, her koodos as well on her managerial skills with having an awesome team. Ms. Ashley was proud to hear how professional her team is and greatly thank me for acknowledging it. Emphasizing how hard they work to make this new location the best. I had to assure her that they are on the right track and to keep up the amazing work. Wait......don't let me forget to mention the food. OmGoooodness!!! Y'all I wasn't even that hungry that's why I ordered something light. Y'all I cleaned my plate. When I say cleaned, I cleaned my plate. Every ingredient for the Monte Cristo was cooked perfectly and my sautéed spinach w/ onions was to die for. All in all my visit to Buford Snooze was the best. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Snooze! From the moment my kids & I walked in it was a great ambiance. We were greeted with smiles by our waitress, Rebecca, who made us feel so welcome. She was attentive & got our entire order correct, making the experience extra special. When I mentioned that my son was special needs, Rebecca shared that she has a special needs child of her own, which made our connection even more meaningful. As a single mom with an 8-year-old daughter & an autistic son, it meant so much that both Rebecca & the manager, Ashley, showed love. They even comped the meal for my son, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On a day that was challenging for us, their kindness & generosity really brightened our spirits. Food: Pancake Flight (strawberry shortcake, blueberry danish, pumpkin pecan pie) ($13.25) - if you love dessert style pancakes, then this is your dream. All 3 flavors were bomb. Our favorite order goes strawberry, pecan and then blueberry. Ham Benny ($13.50) - hollandaise sauce is on point. It was a good mix of flavors but ham was very salty. But not bad other than that. 3 Egg Omelet ($13.50) - nothing out of the ordinary. For the price, wish we had more than 3 toppings to add. All toppings (cheese, meat and veggies) are add on. Hash brown is very tasty! Drinks: Chai ($4.25) - a tad on the too sweet side. It also tasted watered down and not too strong of chai flavors. Hazelnut Latte ($5.50) - Great drink. Good hazelnut flavor without being overly sweet and they use good quality espresso. Preferred drink of the two we got. Service/Ambience: Cute diner style feel. Clean and attentive staff. We came in a Sunday morning at 8:30 and it got busy pretty quickly. Music is a big loud though (especially for morning vibes). Overall, we would come back another time to try other items. Pleasantly Surprised! The restaurant was busy and there was a wait. Joined the waitlist and was seated within quotes timeframe. Jami was our server. Everything was just right! Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. The menu has many options from savory to sweet. We did not wait long for our food. The place was clean. Jami was on top of her game! Overall very impressed and will return. There was a young lady attending the door and I am sad I didn't get her name. She was amazing! My husband opened the door for a couple of ladies. I ordered the Protein BLT bowl. I told my waitress bacon one the side as I don't eat bacon. When my check came out she charged me for a side of bacon. I asked her why was I charged for side of bacon? She said your meal did not come with bacon. Clearly, it does come with bacon. What does BLT stand for?! The waitress did not apologize or help resolve the issue. No resolution was done. Suggested this as a brunch spot for some friends because I have always loved the Snooze in Dallas and this one was unfortunately very disappointing. We constantly had empty cups and had to ask several times for refills, some never even getting them at all. It took our server around 30 minutes to grab drinks and finally take our order. We were a large party of 8 so were exercising patience but when one of our orders was never made and then ended in an argument with the manager we were over it. Our checks were all wrong and the whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. Hopeful this location can turn it around! Luckily the food we did get was tasty. read more

Really good breakfast food. The buttermilk pancakes isn't as fluffy as expected. The sweet potatoes pancakes was absolutely delicious. I wasn't expecting pecans in the sweet potato pancakes but it gave it a nice touch. The breakfast sandwich taste a little dry to me, but the pimento cheese on the side was delicious. Lastly, the strawberry lavender lemonade was my favorite. The blueberry mint lemonade was too sweet. Overall my new favorite breakfast spot! read more

Went here yesterday and have to say I wasn't impressed. I e had better at Waffle House. Sad cause I was really excited to try a new place. Eggs seemed like they were carton and not fresh used. Visited there on Easter Sunday. Service was top knotch, we didn't have to wait at all, and our server was quick to answer any questions. Ond member of our party wanted to change an entree a bit, and they were able to accommodate. If you're looking at the online menu, keep in mind that there might be more variety when you read the actual menu. I went in not sure I'd find anything, but there was so much to choose from it took me a while to decide. One member of our party had Pork Belly Fried Rice-yep, it's a thing for breakfast. Another had a breakfast burrito. I had Pork Belly Eggs Benedict, and the fourth had a Crab omlette. The portion size was more than adequate, I'm a big guy and I had enough to bring some home for later. The pork belly did have some spice to it, they aren't shy about flavors. Not overwhelming, but it's there. We had Espresso Martini's and those were great, as were the non alcoholic crafted drinks. As far as price, it felt a little higher than I expected, but the food quality and portion size was enough to overcome that. Total with tax (pre tip) for four entrees, two alcohol drinks and two craft non alchol drings was $108 and change. I don't often toss down a hundred bucks for a noon meal, but this was more than worth it. (review was in 2024, so ymmv as time passes) Speaking of size, thank you to whoever designed the place for being sure that there's room for the XL (or maybe XXXL) size of us to fit. 100 percent will be back. read more

Food is great. Service is good. BUT joining the waiting list is hit or miss. Just as I'm walking in for my check in time, it gets extended nearly an hour. The problem is that the restaurant lets you join the waiting list for up to 6 people. They allow people who hold for 6 come in with 6, 8, 10 people and seat them pushing honest patrons back even further. Dishonest guests should not be able to lie on their join reservation and get any priority. Thanks for dimming my light on my Mother's Day Brunch. read more

I've been coming here since it opened, the food is always great. The only downside is if you come on a Saturday or Sunday, you will have a 10-30 min wait to be seated, and once seated you'll wait 45 minutes to an hour before your food is in front of you. This morning, I selected the 2 breakfast tacos and opted to add the pork with the help of my favorite barista, who also suggested the bread pudding. The AUDACITY is unreal. I don't know who aunti or grandma snooze has decided to hold hostage... but the bread pudding is pure . It has solidified that I will definitely be revisiting im sure very soon. Great brunch spot! They have mimosas with the option of "a touch" of juice, which is right up my alley. Kind of a nice retro 50'sesque diner feel with lots of bright color. The side of sriracha bacon is craveable, and the freshness of the dishes will have me coming back time and time again. Something as simple as their Garden Harvest Omelette with a side salad is both light and satisfying. Loved it. The only thing that might bother some people is that the service can be slow and slightly lackluster, but the rest totally offsets that factor. Patience is a virtue here! read more

They have an outdoor patio! Now for the bad. Poor, poor service. From hostess to waitstaff and super slow kitchen. All your joy fizzles out as you wait either freezing indoors or sweating outdoors for your water and/or coffee to be refilled and hear "sorry our kitchen is backed up" for the third or fourth time. I love brunch places and the menu at Snooze is really comprehensive, hitting on all the breakfast/brunch high points. I've been several times and tried breakfast tacos, avocado Benedict, pancake flight and avocado toast. All the food has been real good- the breakfast tacos are probably a favorite! The pancake flight is fun to share so you can taste a bunch of different specialty pancakes- my fave was their sweet potato pancake with ginger butter. I love that they have a number of vegetarian/vegan options as well! They have a solid drinks menu with a variety of mimosas and bloody Mary's as well as other boozy brunchy drinks. I finally tried the spicy Thai Bloody Mary today and wasn't super impressed- it was fine but not spicy at all and didn't have a ton of flavor. I like the vibe here and the servers are very nice. We wanted to try snooze since everybody was talking about it. The food was okay, it was good but my plate was cold. The service wasn't it, we had six people they sat us down right in front of the door so the people waiting to be seated were just staring at us, they cramped us into a table that was made for 4 people. Our waitress kept forgetting everything, no straws, had to ask for multiple refills, we asked for Splenda or anything else a diabetic can use and she looked at us very Rudy and said nope sorry.
