I finally ordered the tiramisu French toast that they recently added to their already loaded menu and it was so good. Unfortunately they can't do a half order as it was so big I couldn't finish it. Of course the service is impeccable as the employees treat you like family and like everyone belongs in this safe space. They also have a wonderful rewards program that you definitely can stack up points for great rewards such as free sides, entrees, beverages, snooze cups, snooze T-shirts, etc.... The waitlist was over an hour. We started 29th. However the timing was accurate and realistic. By the time we got there we were seated in 10 minutes or so. The food was delicious. Scrambled eggs with salsa and a very tasty Bloody Mary. The restaurant is loud like any diner. This is not the place for intimate conversations. The smell of coffee and pancakes is a treat. The bathrooms needed a deep clean. the first booth was out of toilet paper. The experience overall was awesome and I bought a shirt. The prices are average. Handicap accessible and parking is on the street. We will be on that waitlist again. read more

We usually love snooze! Go anytime we have the chance for breakfast. Today my family went we were seated right away. Our server Alex S. Was great, however we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. Other tables that came a long time after us got their food long before we did. Alex kept chewing in and apologizing. Eventually the manager must have been informed and he stopped by this is where we started to question everything. He apologized, blamed it on being busy and the way the computer manages the tickets that come in. It was another 10 minutes before the food came out (the manager took it to the wrong table). He the. Self delivered food that was very burnt. I will add a picture. He never came back to ask how it was. Really odd to wait 45 minutes and then still present burnt food with no apology. The server was great but no way I was sending back food after the initial wait. I had to pick out all of the bacon and most of the sausage was also charred. What a great meal! My son and I visited this location in Colorado Springs before our first camping trip. Wow, the food was excellent. While the coffee was a little scorched, and the barbacoa Benedict was lukewarm, the fact that our server made a special effort to ensure our hash browns were hot (the regular, larger, shaped hash browns are not usually cooked well -- the flat ones were crispy -- she made the difference. My son, who had a dairy allergy that led to his liver transplant, was beyond excited to see that the non-dairy pancakes could be made with blueberries! When I go back to Nashville in August/September, I'll make sure this place is on my list to eat again. read more

We really enjoyed the shrimp appetizer. It was a fun surprise with the fried rice paper paired with the tangy shrimp. We both got Asian infusion bowls that were absolutely incredible. The food was good. I had a breakfast burrito with green chile. Mom had the classic. She couldn't eat all of hers. The sound was more like a pop nightclub and quite loud. Giant menu with so many options for everyone be they vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or carnivore! Excellent variety of sweet and savory dishes as well. My husband had the Pancake Flight and they were super tasty. I stole a couple bites to make sure. I had the Tofu Scramble which was fun because you got to add your choice of ingredients. I recommend the veggie chorizo for more flavor since the tofu was a little bland. There are several menu items like this where you build it how you want. This was such a pleasant and wonderful experience, specifically because of ASHLEY!!! Such amazing, thoughtful, and attentive server. She was on point with everything we wanted or had questions about. Like this woman made me feel valued . Snooze had one of the best breakfast dishes I've ever had. I got the Benny Duo which offered one serving of two of the eggs Benedict. I got the smashed avocado benny and the barbacoa chile verde benny. The smashed avacado benny was nice but the tomato ended up being a bit too overpowering and the avacado being a bit unflavorful, lacking salt. While it wasn't terrible I wouldn't get that again. The barbacoa chile verde benny was amazing. The barbacoa itself was so flavorful it really steals the show. But the green chile hollandaise and egg adds so much creaminess to the barbacoa to make a perfect texture melding. The hash browns were also nice as they are actually crispy, though they could use a little bit more salt. I will definitely be coming back and ordering the barbacoa chile verde benny again. read more

Absolutely Delicious! The Pancakes were perfectly soft but crisp on the outer layer. The eggs were perfectly cooked as requested and well seasoned. The Bacon was perfectly crispy yet chewy with a smokey flavor! I also loved the hashbrowns as they were flavorful. Let's just say we left with empty plates. We came on a Sunday morning and were seated right away. I got a vanilla almond match late. It was really good but small for the price. I had a tofu scramble with plant based chorizo and veggies and toast. My husband got the spuds deluxe which he thought was small for the price. Went to this place early Sunday morning for a quick birthday breakfast before the rest of our plans. The server we got was spectacular and super attentive. I also got a match not pictured but that was also sooo delicious. The food was definitely different then what were used to when we think about breakfast food like the Benedict was made with stacked tortillas instead of a bread. Should I post this? We recently visited Snooze, an A.M. Eatery for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Since we had our pup with us, we chose to sit outside on the patio, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Alyssa was our server, and she was absolutely fantastic. You could tell she truly enjoys her job--she even shared that she's been with the restaurant since it first opened at this location. She was personable, polite, and friendly, all while doing an excellent job taking and delivering our order. One thoughtful touch that stood out was when she surprised us with a pancake and toppings to try, knowing we were visiting Colorado Springs. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. We went on a weekday, so there was no wait for seating, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, we had a great family breakfast, and much of that was thanks to Alyssa's outstanding customer service. Went here for breakfast and we thought we would have to wait since there were a bunch of people waiting outside but we were able to get a table for 2 immediately. Nice decor and friendly service. We both ordered the lavender latte which was very tasty. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was good with chunks of ham and hash browns with a mix of carmelized onions and sweet peppers. The only bad thing is they forgot my friends order and we had to wait a much longer time for her food to come out. She ordered the signature flight pancake trio.
