Even though I'm only giving this a 4/5, it's one of my favorite breakfast spots in Denver for what it is. There's almost always a long wait in the mornings but it's not too bad if you get on their online waitlist before you get to the restaurant. The pancake flight is great for trying a selection of their pancakes: the blueberry danish and the pineapple upside down have been highlights for my partner and me. We almost always get the eggs benedict (my partner really loves the pork belly), bacon, and an omelet. The food here has always just been consistently delicious. There are vegan, vegetarian, and many gluten free options (I really enjoy their gluten free pancakes). Snooze isn't a refined breakfast experience - it's down-to-earth, homey diner kind of food with a bit more elevation in the quality of food and ambiance than your average diner. All the various locations we've been to throughout Denver and nearby have been consistent in quality. read more

We discovered this charming retro eatery during our recent visit to Denver, and it felt like an enchanting step back in time! The "mom-and-pop" vibe was cozier than a zippered Snuggie on a snowy winter day! This little gem of a place exuded so much warmth that it seemed the coffee was giving out comforting hugs with every sip! (Be sure to take a peek at the bottom of the yellow coffee mugs when you go!) The staff's friendliness made us feel right at home. We loved it so much that we ate there two mornings in a row as we couldn't get enough and wanted to explore different things on the menu. Everything was so flavorful and came with very generous portions... but if i went back a 3rd morning in a row, I'd have to order the crab cake "benny," as well as the pork belly again!! And can we talk "the pancake flight??!!" Wow!! What a taste explosion...it's making me consider a career change to become a professional pancake critic!! I would have to say that the upside down pineapple pancake wins, with the blueberry Danish a close runner-up! And wanna know the BEST PART??!! Wait for it.... Little did we know, there are several locations of SNOOZE AM Eateries in Atlanta, our hometown! Really??!! How did we miss that fact?? Had to travel to Denver to find out we have them locally!! Enjoy going to snooze. The food is always tasty and service is always great. There nothing truly unique about the food, but it is definitely solid diner food. I would say it is an elevated Denny's with great cocktails and blood Mary's. I moved to Denver everyone was raving about this place and I wouldn't say it was worth the hype everyone was saying. But a solid choice for brunch food. Key tip: check in online the waits are long, so get on the wait list before you drive over to save some time. read more

American breakfasts with a few dishes that are internationally influenced. The food is pretty good and the service is fast and efficient. This location is loud and has limited street parking. Their portion size is a smidge smaller than their competition for the same price. Overall, I'd choose one of the other popular breakfast places in town over this one, but would still go here if the wait is too long at the competition. read more

Wow! No wonder Snooze has so many top rated. reviews. I got the Benedict duo (pick 2) and my husband got the bread pudding French toast off the spring menu. The Habenero Pork Belly Benedict was amazing! Not as spicy as I thought it would be which was great! I literally did a happy dance in my chair while eating it. Unfortunately we're from out of town so I won't be able to eat anytime soon. I don't think I'll have a Benedict ever live up to the pork belly expectation. read more

There is no word more descriptive for this restaurant besides "Wow"! I was visiting the morning I was traveling and stopped to enjoy a very big breakfast. The server at the bar was absolutely amazing and gave me the best recommendations. The eggs Benedict had multiple options and a duo where you can try more than one. I had a pork belly and barbacoa style. Well worth the money! Then she was kind enough to offer me an off the menu Option for a pancake side. It was a cinnamon bun pancake, and was amazing! This is such a great restaurant! It was our first time here. The word today hungry people is: GO. And get the Benedict any of the eggs Benedict's are supposed to be excellent. We had the Bella Bella, The Original (Benny Duo) and the smashed avocado Benedict. And as I was getting full, my wife decided to order a blueberry cheese danish pancake à la cart, which was really good too (although I prefer regular pancakes with butter and syrup). I just may have to take a Lyft there from my hotel lol I got a flight of pancakes and subbed out the pineapple ones for something else with caramel and do NOT regret it! The flight of bacon was cute though I could not figure out which was the pepper bacon. There were 2 slices, the tasted the same. Our waitress was nice & attentive. Decided to try Snooze for breakfast. We went online and used their waitlist to sign in hoping for a shorter wait when we arrived. This was NOT the case, we might as well have not used this feature! The wait was still 20-25 minutes. After being seated there were servers zipping past us and helping other tables but, it was as though we were not there. We waited at least 10 minutes before a manager stopped by our table of 3 and asked if we'd been served/helped yet.... Once our server did come over and take our orders the food came out cold and they brought out an extra plate of pancakes as they quote said it was "a gift" for us. Who needs a plate of cold pancakes as a "gift" for bad service?!? Unfortunately, we won't be back! The service, food, quality and price were all bad. read more

This is one of the most consistent breakfast restaurants I've ever frequented. When my youngest was still in grade school, we ate here twice a week. Everything is fantastic. Wide array of delicious pancakes, great coffee or Bloody Mary's which ever you're feeling. I love the breakfast burrito. Green chile is great on it. It's more of a green sauce but it's to die for. Order extra and extra pico de gallo you won't regret it. All the locations are well laid out, well lit and the servers are personable and attentive.
