I've been here before it's not close by but definitely worth driving for. I always like the food and I also like that you can order half orders. That way I can either enjoy two different meals or not such a large portion that I can't eat. Their regular coffee isn't that great but the food is. They also sell mixed drinks so if you like bloody Mary's, they have them. I recommend jumping on the waitlist, before coming, because it's a long wait. One other thing to consider as if you're already there and waiting and you don't mind sitting at the bar you can do that. We ended up getting impatient and saw the bar seating was open and just canceled our spot in line. Sitting at the bar got us in and out faster. Restaurant is always nice and clean but super packed. The staff always seem really nice as well. This is definitely a breakfast brunch vibe. read more

You cannot go wrong with Snooze AM; they occasionally have a few share of vegan products. They have all the nut milks to replace dairy. But what I can't understand is the portion size on the vegan pancakes are itty bitty; three small pancakes that can be eaten in a bite. IMHO, not worth the price. A few pieces of fruit on the side. I don't think the pancakes are homemade either. I'm not sure why it's kids size. When the non-vegan pancakes are average huge size. I'd suggest that they get online to find a simple recipe and made it homemade; then charge the same price. Vegans don't want to eat like medieval peasants. The baby sized vegan pancakes were tasty, but just didn't taste homemade. I'm not sure if they added vanilla extracts or vanilla paste to the batter because I didn't taste it. I need thickness in my pancakes. The vegan pancakes are very thin like a thin crust pizza. As you can tell I'm utterly disappointed by these pancakes. Waitress made a comment that stirred me the wrong way. I ordered a mimosa and I told her I didn't want vodka in it. {yes, mam we can do that for you.} would've been the perfect response. However, she proceeded to say that it comes with it. (Hence why I said I didn't want it as I do not like vodka.) So I rephrased my order to a question. Can the drink be made without the vodka? In which she answered, Yes, but you still have to pay the full price. I'm not sure at what point price was an issue ???? I never asked for a discount. Mind you we are a party of five. So, so delicious!! The restaurant was pretty busy and this was on a weekday in the middle of the day about 11AM. The service was good but my waitress seemed to be kinda busy with the bar. First time at this location, food, quality, and taste were on par with the brand. We joined the waitlist on the way to the restaurant and got seated immediately on Sunday morning. Snooze is more than a brunch spot. Over the last few years, this spot has slowly encroached on my brunch life both occupying a little slice of my heart and simultaneously quieting my sweet tooth. I'm usually on the go, so I appreciate their online ordering system. My pickup order at this location is usually ready within 15 minutes, and walking into the restaurant is always refreshing. Donned in yellow, their diner theme is always immaculate, never stale, and it's really comforting seeing the inclusivity among the staff at all locations. However, this trip in particular inspired me to write a review. Why? Because I treated myself to a rather indulgent to-go brunch...on a Thursday because why not?! In addition to my usual treat of Bravacado toast and custom pancake flight (which I highly recommend) I also gave their basil and the bee burrata toast and their lavender latte a try. The basil and bee combines pesto, cherry tomatoes, burrata and honey to create a truly crave-able treat. Truly, it may give the Bravacado a run for its money! I'd truly recommend all four of the items mentioned above, but whatever you order, you're misfiring out if you're not adding on a side of their luscious, cake-y, pancakes :). read more

This is our 3rd consecutive bad experience so I don't think we will be back. Everyone has a bad day or an off day but 3 visits in a row within the last few weeks seems like an unfortunate pattern. The atmosphere is cute and cozy at least. Our hostess smiled at us and seated us but asking if we wanted a booth versus a half booth could be a good start. Our waitress did not smile at all and seemed annoyed to be there. My family was concerned enough to ask if we should ask for another waitress or if perhaps she didn't like us. She was visually irritated and other patrons could be heard saying the same. When we ordered our food, her disposition did not change. This was what happened on our last visit as well. The waitstaff seemed to be in a terrible mood overall. The wait for the food was exceedingly long and there weren't many people there at all. This also happened to us on our last visit so we tried to come even earlier hoping for a shorter breakfast wait time. By the time our drinks came, she sat my husband's coffee at the far end of the table and couldn't even be bothered to walk around and sit it in front of him so he had to get up and get it himself. He had to ask for creamer because it wasn't offered. Again, these are the basic expectations. When the food arrived, we all ordered different dishes and all seemed very dry and lacking flavor. Our very first experience there wasn't like this so we wondered if something changed with the kitchen or recipe. No one finished their dishes and no one wanted to. By the time the check came the waitress with a consistent scowl, stared at my husband and stared at the machine to actually look at what or how much he was going to tip. This has never ever happened to us at any restaurant. They usually leave it with you, walk away or turn it away. She stayed and stared directly as he was leaving his tip. Very unprofessional. Overall this final and 3rd bad experience tells me that something is consistently lacking here and with bad service and bad food to follow, I doubt we will return! You can never go wrong with this chain. I have never been to this location but all the others have always been good. I ordered the habanero pork belly Benedict and it was good but my poached egg was more of a boiled poached egg. It is funny that two days in a row I ordered a Benedict and was given the same results. Other than that food was good. I added the green salsa they brought to the table to give the hashbrowns flavor. First time brunch here and i'm soo glad we chose snooze! Came during a rush but was seated immediately and given amp enough time to study the menu. I ended up trying the strawberry martini mimosa ($11) and an orange juice mimosa ($5) and to my surprise the orange juice mimosa was delightfully better. I ate the crab and asparagus omelette with spinach and an order of hash browns, extra crispy. Sooo incredibly good, I was in awe. My old guy grabbed the tofu scramble and the vegan bliss banana pancake. All made to his standards as well, and very fulfilling. The playlist was pretty great btw! The service was good. I think we came on a bad day, our server had the whole isle of tables. I had to flag her down for water and coffee refills. She said she was busy but it's OK she can handle it. However I didn't fail. She needed all that work on her own. The food, I've had better. The bacon was practically burnt. I had two scrambled eggs which looked like one, I didn't like that they poured my syrup on the pancake before it came to the table. I feel it could've been brought to the table on the side because my pancake was soggy, and I really didn't like the taste of a soggy pancake , I normally dip my pancake in the syrup. As a big group of 7 on a Saturday afternoon, we were put on the waitlist (I don't remember how long) but Snooze was pretty busy. I would definitely recommend reserving a table via Yelp beforehand if you're planning / happen to go at a busier time. Parking could be a challenge too since there are nearby restaurants that share the space. The vibes in here were really cute and the music wasn't too loud where you couldn't have a conversation. Plenty of seating and they even have an outdoor patio! The service was good and the food was even better! Loved the shrimp and grits. It was more flavorful than I expected. My fiancé liked the spuds deluxe but said the french toast was ok. Not pictured, we had a bite of our friend's sweet potato pancake and it was delicious, definitely would order that instead of the french toast next time. Came here for brunch and I had a good experience! Our server was kind and friendly and we got our order quick. I got the lavender latte with soy milk and french toast neat. Both items were so good and I really enjoyed the lavender latte. I also felt like the price was pretty good. I came here at 10am on a Sunday and it was already kinda packed.
