My boyfriend and I have always heard good things about this place, so we finally decided to try it for the first time yesterday, and I was throughly impressed! The food was great, literally no complaints whatsoever! And our server was awesome- she was very attentive to us and all you had to do was give her a quick glance from across the room and she be right to your table in no time at all, asking if you needed anything else. Staff could not have been more rude. We were told to expect a wait, and hostess said an hour strongly then gestured to the door. I said OK we can wait and she collected my number. We were never contacted. I understand that with great food comes recommendations and longer wait times. But to be ignored by servers, rudely dismissed by a hostess and not followed up on? That is simply bad business. For a place surrounded by fast food joints, packed with people and disorganized, it must have something going for it that I don't understand. The food was good but the bacon was burnt to pork jerky. I didn't like the burrito didn't come with a protein and had to add it to the order for an additional fee. Found this location near our hotel and I was excited to show my partner some good food. We got a seat relatively quickly. He ordered the corned beef hash and I ordered the Bravocado. I'm not sure what has changed with the food but the corned beef hash looked rushed and not properly prepared. There were big sparse chunks in soft hash browns. That is not what I'm used to at this establishment. I was given someone else's order and the hash brown on that plate was undercooked as well. Crispy or not at all. By the time I got my order, the eggs were lukewarm because it was sitting on the runners shelf too long. There was smashed avocado on the toast plus large chunk like slices on top. This made it difficult to eat. While the service was friendly, I don't think we will be returning to this location. Execution needs some improvement. read more

This place takes the cake for worst snooze in Colorado. I was served a coffee that was more whipped cream than coffee, and the syrup was pouring down the cup making it impossible to drink. My entree was burned, tasted burned, looked burned, the eggs were medium and they clearly were also much overdone. The server came back once before I even ate a bite and then never returned. I've been to other Snooze locations previously and was excited to see they built one nearby. I was lucky enough to come early enough (and a weekday) so there was no wait and got seated right away. The food here is awesome, they have a ton of "sweet" options for those who have a sweet-tooth however I'm more of a Big Breakfast kind of guy so they still have some good options for my liking as well. I got the Snooze Spuds Deluxe with Bacon and Sausage and it was really good. It's definitely not as big as I would have hoped but otherwise it was awesome. Normally there is a super long wait as other reviewers have mentioned and the prices here are a tad high for the smaller amounts of food you get, but the flavor it solid so if you want a good breakfast and have some time to kill waiting in line give Snooze a try! read more

Another fine Snooze location. Even on day one, they are firing on all cylinders and feeding people delicious meals. We arrived just before noon and got a table immediately. Our server Erika was fast, attentive, and got our order taken and drinks flowing. My breakfast tacos were so tasty and reminded me of something I would get in Austin, TX. My wife had the pancake flight and enjoyed everyone that she ordered including the "Lucky Number 37" pancake that had white chocolate chips, a raspberry syrup, and almond slices. Orchard Park Place is a great location, and I look forward to returning sometime soon! read more

We picked up our food from this Snooze location in Westminster as we live in Parker near the Lone Tree Snooze and absolutely love it. The service was fine but the food, not so much. We ordered the spuds deluxe which has also been a "healthier" choice and usually delicious. Hands down my favorite brunch spot in Denver. I've been here many times and have tried almost the entire menu and have yet to be let down by any particular item. Very clean location, friendly/helpful staff, and the quality of food is always excellent! There is normally a wait between 10-30min during the week and could be around 45min - 1hr30min during the weekend. While you wait you can play cornhole outside and help yourself to a free cup of coffee and water. Another cool thing they have here is that when you order the check you can split it yourself by whatever items you ordered which prevents any confusion - I think all restaurants should have this! We were offered a seat outside with no wait, so we took it and were assisted right away. I get eggs benedicts at every breakfast place I got to, so when I saw that I could combine two different bennys on one plate, I jumped at it! I got the Bella! Bella! Benny and the Chile Verde Benedict with barbacoa, and when I tell you they were one of the best bennys I've ever gotten, I am not lying! And I looove the balsamic glaze on the arugula as well! Went to Snooze at the request of my guest. I ordered their new Chilaquiles dish and she ordered the 2 pineapple pancakes with an OJ. I found this new dish rather mushy with very little texture (more like soup). The beans were mashed, the few of them that there were at the bottom of the dish, and their was way too much green chile sauce. That compiled with the 2 over easy eggs, aoili and other soft onions and peppers (I think)...well the dish lacked substance for me. I would have preferred whole black beans and would suggest they consider using whole vs mashed, since everything except the 10 or so tortilla chips were soft. Perhaps a few avocado strips to top it off too...that would have been nice though also mushy (LOL). Would I order this again? No. My guest would not order the pineapple pancakes again either. For a 10 year old to say they were way too sweet and only finish 1, accompanied with a large OJ, well let's just say she was on sugar overload for sure! It was also really loud in the restaurant. Music blaring to where we had a hard time hearing each other. When did eating out become so unrelaxing and all about the noise? Turn down the music so we can enjoy each other's company please. For these 2 dishes it cost $35. Overpriced for 2 small breakfast dishes with only 2 eggs for the protein but then almost all restaurants are over priced now a days I know! Heck, $4.75 for a glass of OJ?!? Need I say more. That's just ridiculous! At least we were able to do something different together and with just the 2 of us so that was nice! read more

Been here twice the first I felt the food was on the dry side . Went a second time and. Price a big difference and the food was waaaaay better . As for service both times I felt forgotten . The first time it was as if I got ignored , our server asked everyone around us if everything was fine . I was patiently waiting for her to come to our table so I can ask for a refill just to be given the bill and quickly walked away after I said "can I have ". Had to ask someone else for a refill . The second times was basically the same thing except I wasnt ignored just took about 20 mins for a refill on orange juice .
