Been here twice the first I felt the food was on the dry side . Went a second time and. Price a big difference and the food was waaaaay better . As for service both times I felt forgotten . The first time it was as if I got ignored , our server asked everyone around us if everything was fine . I was patiently waiting for her to come to our table so I can ask for a refill just to be given the bill and quickly walked away after I said "can I have ". Had to ask someone else for a refill . The second times was basically the same thing except I wasnt ignored just took about 20 mins for a refill on orange juice . The food it's a 8/10 for me would love to come back , but the service is what holding me back from coming back again read more

Good, not great. I was so excited to finally eat here and I was honestly somewhat disappointed. The service was slow and not the best. The food was pretty good and the menu was diverse. I ordered an orange and pomegranate Mamosa and it was so disappointing. It really just tasted like regular orange juice. I then asked for a regular mimosa and it was slightly better. I ate breakfast before at Snooze and thought it was okay. First time trying this location. I really enjoyed my experience here. Food was great and staff was personable. I sat at the bar and ate so the bartender waited on me. She was professional and personable. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash, an upside down pineapple pancake and the not so much bacon side (three strips of bacon with spices and syrup). All three of these were fantastic! The bacon and pancake were sort of cold. They could've been served warmer. Also, I feel that the Corned Beef Hash could've had more Corned Beef. I also ordered a coffee too. It was good and I love the cute metal container (mini milk jug) they serve the half & half in. I was also impressed that they serve Stevia here!! A lot of restaurants do not offer Stevia or Coconut Sugar as these are so much healthier sweetener alternatives. I'm looking forward to having breakfast again at Snooze. I will probably try a different location. This is the third location I've tried. read more

Avoid at all costs. The most concerning factor is that none of the staff is properly trained on food handling and safety. I couldn't even bear to eat my meal when it finally came because for 45 minutes waiting for my meal I watched the staff touch their face touch their hair pick their nose pick up their ear, Touch money touch dirty rags, didn't see a single hand washing. Every surface was dirty and sticky. For 45 minute wait, 20 mins until a server came and took our order plus 45 minutes till the food came, I'd rather cook myself a gourmet breakfast at home. read more

This is a to go review. We used to live in downtown Denver close to the one at union station. We know how crazy snooze gets during breakfast time. So, we made a conscious decision to not to dine in to avoid the headaches. Food: we can never get enough of their pan cakes and omg French toast. Breakfast burritos and tacos are our must order breakfast. To-go: I miss the time that they provided curve side pick up option. However, my food is generally ready by the time I got there. read more

This place has pretty decent food. I personally don't understand the hype and the wait times don't match up to the quality of food but it's open at 6:30 and we have two kids that wake up at 5am. I do enjoy the selection of benedicts and they are very conscious and responsive to food allergy needs. Overall, I recommend for a family with early risers. Me and my bride decided to eat at this restaurant today. This was actually my first time here, my wife has eaten here before with our daughters. First off, a bigs heads up that when you are checking in online, make sure you are checking in for the Snooze at the Orchard and not the one on 104th in Westminster (this happened to us). This unfortunately happened to us today, so our wait ended up to be close to an hour. I won't ding them for our mistake, but make sure you check in online, because that wait is long, since they close early. Once we were seated, the waitress was very nice and energetic. I usually make note of our servers name, but this time I think I was a little to hungry and spaced it out. I had the Mesa Verde Benedicts, which was very good. I took a picture after I started to eat one of my poached eggs. I am usually a little hesitant to try a dish with any sort of chili or salsa if it's not a Mexican restaurant, but like I stated earlier, I think I was to hungry to care,lol. The service was great, and anytime we needed something, our waitress was near by to assist with our needs. Other than the long wait (which was our own fault), this was a great start to the day. 2 strikes and you're out. We went in for breakfast a couple of months ago, and were underwhelmed by the whole experience. But we wanted to give it another shot, so we went in for New Year's morning breakfast. The good: - The food was tasty - Good coffee The bad: -The host staff was rude, and not very understanding of a couple minutes delay, even though there was 4 inches of fresh snow on the road - Felt rushed by the waitress - Portions were on the small side - Dirty silverware and glasses. Not spotted, but actual food stuck to them. - Some of the dishes came out wrong and had to be sent back Overall, the good food wasn't enough to overcome the minuses. There's plenty of other restaurants that can cook good food, and skip the entitled attitude. I'd rather spend my money where they treat us like they appreciate our business, not like they're doing us a favor by letting us dine there. read more

I live out of state but my family eats here often. They haven't been happy with the food or service recently but todays visit convinced them to no longer eat here. My only other experience eating at this restaurant was over the summer. During that visit our server spilled scalding hot water on my dad. Instead of apologizing or getting a manager, he quickly ran away and never mentioned it again. Today's visit wasn't any better and will be my last. My dad's order came out incorrect. He asked for a side of hash browns instead of salad. The server (and the menu) failed to mention that the dish already came with hash browns so, it was the majority of his entree. The coffee mugs looked severely stained. When I scraped my finger nail along the inside of the mug, the "stain" came off proving that they were just very dirty and not well cleaned. It was disgusting! After drinking almost an entire glass of water I noticed that this glass was also dirty. The food was cold. Two of us had omelets. The cheese in the middle was not only still shredded and unmelted but cold. They were out of rye bread, which two of us ordered. No big deal, it happens. But, the server came over and told me and asked what substitution I wanted. My mom also ordered rye but was not asked what she wanted instead. When the food came, she didn't have bread at all and had to ask for it. The server was slow. She had extremely long acrylic nails that looks dirty and stained. Not hands that one wants touching food. We were never offered drink refills, (which we would have refunded due to the condition of the glasses.) and again, orders were wrong. read more

We sat outside and had great service. They were super busy so the drinks were a little slow to come out but pretty good. My morning marg could have been spicier. Courtney, the manager for the Orchard location, has been instrumental in ensuring a wonderful experience for us and other guests. Very warm, engaged and courteous. She is the reason we would keep going back to this location because of the consistent fantastic service we have received under her leadership. It was "alright" honestly. This is the first restaurant I've visited since becoming Gluten Free so I was very excited that majority of their menu can be made GF. I was pleased with the pancake flight (what I always order) and my wife had the OMG French Toast. The food was good like always but the atmosphere wasn't the best. We were sat at a two top table that was probably 3-4 inches from the couple next to us. We were so close we introduced ourselves and laughed because we pretty much had breakfast with them.
