We just moved to the area and decided to grab some brunch on our way home. The place was packed (which is usually a good sign) when we went to pick up our to-go order. Staff was friendly. After getting home and tasting the food, I was blown away. I went with the crab cake benedict and it was honestly one of the best crab cakes I've ever had. Even after driving it home, the outside was still crispy. The meat to bread ratio was spot on, as was the seasoning. The hollandaise for this one was cream cheese based (I think) which I wasn't in love with, but it wasn't horrible. I also prefer my hash browns a bit crispier, but again it survived a car ride so I can't be sure it wasn't crispy when it was originally packed up. The staff was nice the place looked clean but there was a lot of flies flying everywhere in the restaurant. Told our server that we wanted our food to go and she was good about that. She tells the store manager and she came to give us 4 coupon for 4 free pancakes. We didn't want the coupons so we will be given them away. The manager was very professional and kind. We didn't have our complete party because we miscommunicated the wrong address. They were very patient and sat us when our party arrived. Even though we were a good 40mins late. I've always loved Snooze, and have frequented the various locations around Denver and Boulder. I was excited to see that they had put this location in near my parents' house! I have been here twice, and both times were very memorable. The food is still the same great taste that you can expect, with my favorites being Juan's Breakfast Tacos (if you're dairy free, swap the dairy for green chile!) and the Peanut Butter Cup pancake. And if you want a burrito the size of a small child, their breakfast burrito is delicious. However, it's been the people that have made both experiences amazing. I want to write specifically about the second: my mom's surprise birthday brunch for her 65th. Understanding that they usually have longer waits, I called ahead to see what my options were. The app was mentioned, but it only went up to 6 people for a reservation and I was having issues. Instead I called first thing the day of and got there a half hour early to reserve a table - Nicole and team were beyond accommodating! Once the table was ready (which was fairly quick for 7 people) they let me decorate it and let the rest of the brunch crew sit there while I went to pick up my mom for the surprise. We walked in, and even our waiter was wearing a party hat. :) Which he kept on for the entire time we were there! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and made this a very special event for my mom. Our server was very attentive despite it being busy and they even brought 2 free pancakes for the table for her birthday. Yes, just yes. I think we walked in about 5 minutes before the rush, and we're sat right away for a great breakfast. The BRAVOcado toast was delicious, great portion size. Light but filling, so it was perfect before heading to a long day of work. The pancakes are also very good, the daily pancake was white chocolate chip strawberry. So this location recently opened and they are still working out the kinks. I suggest an early arrival to avoid lines. We arrived at 7 and there was no wait. My husband ordered the pancake flight with pineapple upside down,sweet potato, and the pancake of the day. He liked all but the ham special of the day. I was able to order a side of grits with the classic so life was good. It took a while for our food to get to us. It arrived lukewarm and my eggs weren't cooked correctly but they happily corrected including hot grits. Our server was pleasant and did a good job. 4 rating because of hiccups and slow service. Arrived this morning and we're told 15-30 mins for a wait time. Checked in after 38 mins and then was told they had 3 Yelp Wait Time in front of us and they had to seat them first. After waiting almost an hour, they were going to seat us in the sun outside, "We never have trouble with the sun at this table". The table under the umbrella was open and we waited for that to get cleaned. Good food, good service but the wait time was excessive. read more

We enjoyed our lunch at Snooze. The kids had adult-size egg dishes and both finished everything . My husband had the corned beef hash. I had the vegan pancakes, which were tasty and moist. Yet, the best part of the meal was this delicious green salsa/sauce (most likely green chilies with some cumin) which came with one of the dishes. We asked if we could buy a jar of it but it was not possible. If you read this post and decide to start selling it, let me know!!! This might very well be the best brunch I've ever had in my life. It started off with a tasty round of mimosas, followed by our main entree. My boyfriend got a scramble, and I got two half bennys: One an Italian one, and the other Chile Verde. Both of them were decadent. The Italian one had some prosciutto that was perfectly placed on it, and the Chile verde was made with perfectly cooked tortillas. For the grand finale, we had a pancake flight, complete with the following flavors: strawberry shortcake, pumpkin pecan pie, and Hawaiian monkey (banana and pineapple). The latter was my favorite. It had a perfect combination of fruit, and it blended perfectly into the pancakes. What's more, the pancakes were easily cut with just the fork. No knife action required! Simply decadent. Overall, Snooze is a MUST visit breakfast/brunch destination for anyone visiting Colorado. Now let's get one in Ohio! read more

We jumped on the waitlist through the Yelp app (it was an hour and a half wait, so make sure you join the waitlist before arriving) and it gave us a really good estimate of when to arrive at the restaurant and check in by. Upon arrival we waited less than 10 mins for our table. There were 2-3 hosts at the front checking guests in and directing them to their tables. Our server was prompt and polite. The food was delicious as usual. We ordered the pancake flights, egg benedicts, and corned beef hash from the menu.
