Customers still sitting in dining area eating and was told by server they are closed. Ok. Then change your hours. So in reality people they close at 830 even though there sign and times say 9. Found a gem for dinner tonight. After twins soccer practice, we decided to try Snow & Crab Lounge. We LOVE IT!!! We ordered the crispy popcorn chicken, Cajun fries and garlic noodles for our boys. Everything was cooked to perfection. They love and ate everything. We ourselves order the spicy Cajun Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Corn, and Sausage. Include ordering their Passion tea & beer. I ordered potatoes and it was seriously cold, like popped out the refrigerator cold. The female supervisor had a bit of an attitude and never apologized for it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Covid has been tough on all of us. My friend and I wanted to go out and try this place for the boils and since it was cheaper than other places and we didn't have a ton of money to splurge. We got a lb of king crab and snow crab, half a lb of shrimp and crawfish, potatoes, corn, and half serving of the sausages. We take it back home and the first kink crab leg I pull out is green and spongy. It smelled weird. I don't have a ton of sea food experience and neither does my friend and she told me we should give the other things a try, "maybe it's just one". And while that was the only leg that had green meat all the way through, the rest of the bag didn't taste right. The other meat was really chewy and tasted like what sitting sea water smells like. I wanted so bad to like it but I just couldn't get over the anxiety of a decaying crab leg being cooked with the rest of my food. We decided to bring the food back in hopes of a refund but the cashier in front told us she was unable to give full refunds and her boss (over the phone) was very agitated and just hung up on her after saying she could only give us a half refund, on a gift card to their store. They tried to tell us the meat was actually tomalley, but this meat was not what that looked like. We don't want to go back for food. We just wanted a refund for food that should not have been sold to us in the state it was in. However I was completely taken by surprise the way they served the food. There were no plates, and you had to ask for forks and spoons, unfortunately the food is brought to us in a hot plastic bag which we dumped on the table.
