I was able to get an appointment the same day and that was great. I came here on my birthday and they offered me sangria and coffee while getting my nails done which was honestly really great. Chicki (I hope I'm spelling her name properly) did my nails and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so attentive and did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I was very nervous because I'd never had tips before and Chicki was so so sweet and made sure that I was satisfied with my nails. I showed her a picture of the kind of nails I wanted and she made mine look better than the picture. I genuinely enjoyed coming here and it was such a great time with the ladies who work here. I will say however, it's pricier than your regular nail salon but I see myself coming back here because I'm very satisfied and the service was great. I recommend this place!!

The overall environment is uncomfortable and entirely lacks customer service. While I was waiting after choosing my color, an entitled customer ("Karen" energy) walked right in front of me, completely ignoring my personal space to the point of almost hitting me, and actually tried to sit in the pedicure chair assigned to me. I literally had to say, "Excuse me." The staff did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. As for the service itself, it felt like they gave me the least skilled technician in the room. She was very cold and rigid at first, only warming up toward the end because I went out of my way to be gentle and kind. She even tried to correct me on something unnecessarily. To make matters worse, my toenail polish has already chipped, leaving me highly doubtful that she even bothered to apply a top coat. My nails are ok but I did have to assert in a kind manner that I wanted the job to look pristine. When it was time to pay, the nail tech tacked on an unexpected additional charge at the last minute as if I'm an idiot, I had even asked for a price quote before she began each service...money is not the issue but I value honesty and transparency. The young man managing the register (who looked like he may or may not have been the owner's son) handled a minor cash miscalculation in the worst way possible. Even though I clearly had a handful of cash and was just counting it out, he corrected me in an incredibly loud, hostile tone so that the entire shop could hear. It was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I will definitely not be back. The lack of basic courtesy and quality here is glaring. Moving forward, I'd honestly rather wait until I travel to my favorite salon in Davis Island, Tampa to get proper, high-quality customer service and clean/pristine finishes.

I needed to color match a gel manicure done back home and not only did they have the exact color for the regular polish but also in gel to repair a crack in my fingernails. I am a sucker for foot reflexology and they definitely delivered. They weren't just rubbing on my calves but got into the muscles of my soles. Needless to say. Unfortunately, every negative experience I've had has involved the owner/manager. The first time I visited, I brought my daughter, who was 8 years old at the time. I was asked if I could pay for the service and tip in cash. I told him I didn't have cash on me but had some in my car and would be right back. His response was, "Can one of you stay behind?" as if he didn't believe I was coming back to pay. I made it clear that I was not leaving my young daughter alone. I told him he could either accept my card or wait for both of us to return from the car. That interaction left a very bad impression. The second experience was just as disappointing. My aunt had given me her gift card because she had a negative experience and refused to return. I used the $110 gift card toward services for my daughter and me. As soon as I handed him the gift card, his entire demeanor changed. He became visibly annoyed, started speaking to another employee in his language while looking at the gift card, and made me feel uncomfortable for using a gift card that his business had sold. On top of that, we waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. I recently purchased another gift card for my daughter, and I'll let her use it, but after that, we won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff has always been courteous, professional, and welcoming. My issue is solely with the way the owner/manager treats customers.
