Our water heater stopped working, causing us much stress, especially during these crazy times dealing with the coronavirus. I found a leak under our kitchen sink in the storage area, with the culprit being the garbage disposal unit causing the problem. So glad we picked this plumbing company. We had a clogged kitchen sink and looked at different YELP reviews and saw that this company SoCal Plumbing and Rooter had great reviews. We called them yesterday and they answered right away and we made an appointment for today. They called us today as they were able to come earlier than the appointment time which was great. We had Derek as our plumber. He was so efficient, cordial, helpful and explained all of our options without any pressure. He analyzed the problem and after explaining everything we chose the option which required less time and money. We never got any resitance or pressure to choose the more expensive option. He did unclog and fix our sink and infact fixed a pipe angle problem while he was doing the work. We may at some point have him come back for the bigger fix as we really appreciated his honesty and again, the no pressure attitude. We liked him so much we had him look at our bathroom sink which sometimes had problems and again he explained solutions of what we could do and what they could do. I had Rooter service 3 times in a year and it's very uncommon. The kitchen clogged never been solved. I learned from Utube that hydro-jets is the only solution but very costly. I have no choice to search Yelp for best service and deal. Joseph was very patient to explain the process and offered me a great deal. Paul & Mario called first and showed up early. They were very polite and friendly. Paul did the main work and Mario helped out by connecting water pipes from main line and jet pressure machine. After they fully cleaned to main sewer drain. They used a nozzle camera to look inside the pipe as far as I can see the pipes and belly on a monitor. The whole process took less than an hour. The job is done professionally. Paul arrived on time as promised and smoothly orchestrated a replacement with Rheem for my leaking tankless water heater that was under manufacturer's warranty. He was very pleasant and took time to explained the whole process. With assistance from Nick and Tim, they ended running from Brea to Lake Forest to the closest supplier with a unit available. Although it was the same model, the new unit was smaller and they had to expend further unplanned effort to shim it out from the wall in order to match it up with the existing ductwork and ensure it was properly installed(old unit was shoddily mounted, fittings not greased, etc.). It must have taken twice as long as they had originally planned, but everything worked fine afterwards with no additional cost to get the job done right. Derek and his team were great, we've had SoCal do work or us before and we have always had a really good experience. They respond quickly and always have done a great job for us. This time we needed some plumbing work done in the crawl space under the house for the bathrooms and a new seal on one of the toilets. They took care of everything and now our plumbing is connected correctly to the house and everything is working well and no longer damaging our foundation and sub flooring.
