Second time I have ordered pickup through Uber eats and they say my order has been lost, but another person before me picked up an Uber eats order. I love their food and I'm very disappointed. Ontop of that when showing them the order and that it was placed, they turned us away instead of attempting to make it right and at least making the food for us. Honestly, it was kind of rude and poor customer service on their end. Looks like I'll have to find another place for my Mediterranean fix. I think it's funny how they wanted to close early and turned away a customer after me. I'm starting to think that they said my order was lost so that they could close earlier. In response to the owner. First of all, It's the premise. Clearly the order was shown to you. We would have paid and dealt with Uber eats, but yet you chose to turn away customers. Again, customer service needs to be worked on. Take the constructive criticism and do better. Or don't. Either way, it could have been fixed. read more

I ordered for delivery the shawarma combo. Excellent food. The chicken shawarma, rice, char grilled veg were great. The hummus was lighter and less creamy which I actually like. The salad was fine, but nothing special. Im not a fan of the beef shawarma; I was hoping it was shaved pieces of steak but it was more like gyro and shaved "meatloaf." It wasn't bad, just not what I expected. I would definitely eat here again, but i'd stick to the chicken shawarma and probably try some other stuff. read more

This is a ton of food and have to say the taste was very good. This is EASILY another full meal for us. The only gripe is that the parking is terrible. The staff is friendly, the presentation (even though orders are served on plastic or paper ware) is amazing, they quality was second to none, and the taste was incredible. No, this is not my families restaurant. I just found them on Yelp!!! On both days, just to make sure it wasn't a coincidence, I ordered the Greek chicken salad. I wasn't sure if it was going to be enough. The guy at the window insisted it was a good size portion. And boy was it!?! Big chunks of chicken breast over perfectly seasoned salad with tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, onion - everything you'd expect from a Greek salad. It was amazing, both times. I love me some masis kabob, panni kabob and yummy places. This one by far is my favorite considering that it's not too far from me. I wanted to go with the lambs and chicken plate. But the way my family is set up, (fatties) I ended up buying the sofreh meal that feeds (3) but it's super huge and worth the price. You get(2) lamb chops,(2) gyro, chicken kabobs, beef and chicken Lule with tomatoes and Serrano peppers, hummus and a family size salad. Im probably missing something. But hey you see the tray!!! Went with a friend. I had the gyros wrap, my friend had felafel meal. Both huge and fabulous - all made with FRESH ingredients. The vegetables popped with flavor and crispness. Fries were OK, not great. Seems like a mom and pop operation where all the employees really care about the entire experience - and the customers. Be aware, it doesn't look like there's any indoor seating however the outside dining area has been customized with covers, umbrellas and some nice art and decorations to make this a beautiful, comfortable garden spot. It was 90 degrees out the day we were there but they way they have it set up, it didn't bother us at all. Had a friend recommend this place for lunch recently, and decided I would check it out! It's located towards East LA as small, corner restaurant. I guess you could deem this place as a 'hidden gem', as it is cozied up among the homes surrounding it, without huge advertising. The menu offers a lot of options, all of which are just as good as what I ordered: Chicken Kabob Mix. The service was friendly and quick, with the food being ready to eat within a few short moments. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, and I was just loving it all. Definitely a great find and one worth recommending for some great Mediterranean food! The only issue, that has nothing to do with the restaurant necessarily, was the parking. There is only street parking offered at this location, and unfortunately we picked a day that happen to have street cleaning. Which, for the record, is on Wednesdays! So be aware of that. read more

This was the first time I ordered from here and was so happy I found a good Greek place in this area since I'm kind of new here. I ordered the gyro wrap, the chicken shawarma salad and the lentil soup. The gyro was the main reason I ordered from here and this was the first time. It was very good. I think it could have used a little more sauce but it was good. One interesting thing is there are small pieces of pickle just FYI. The chicken shawarma salad was good but make sure you ask for dressing on the side if you order delivery. I assumed all restaurants put it on the side so I didn't ask. It got soggy pretty quickly also because of the oil from the chicken. I also got the lentil soup which was good but it seemed a bit oily. I don't remember having lentil soup that was oily before but I could be wrong it was probably olive oil. I make my own and it's pretty good and healthy but I think that's more American style. Verdict still out on whether I'd order it again but probably. The 2nd time I ordered from here it was for pick up. I ordered a gyro salad and again forgot to order the dressing on the side. I will say the guy at the counter wasn't exactly the friendliest person. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he was very unwelcoming. I saw him leaving a few minutes later and I think he was leaving for the day so maybe he was just tired; however, it kind of bothered me more as I was thinking about it driving away. I was wondering if this is like the Seinfeld soup guy where the food is good but the guy behind the counter was a jerk. I hope I'm right and that this was just a one-time incident. He kind of looks like one of the people in the main photo. I came to this place because the food looks amazing...I really, really wanted to give this place more stars and essential like it enough to become a regular customer. First, parking sucks around here...it is right next to the metro line and street parking is tight and hard to come by. Your best bet is to place your order and have someone go with you so that they can get the order while you circle around. There is one parking spot next to the restaurant at the apartment next door. Service could have been better; the guy taking my order was not friendly and seemed annoyed by my questions. By my questions it was obvious that I was a new customer, but he didn't bother or care to make an effort of a positive first impression, nor make any recommendations for what to order. Food was ok. Looked great but the flavor didn't make any lasting impression on me one way or another. Wow this hidden gem! I'd never find this place if it wasn't for someone recommended it on a foodie Facebook group. We were gonna dine there but couldn't find a good parking spot(they have seats and umbrellas outside), so we called in for a takeout order. The order was placed almost right on 11am, and we were told to wait 45 mins. There was already a line when we drove by, so we expected it to have some wait time. We ordered the Sofreh kabob plate, and one chicken, one lamb gyro. Sofreh kabob is ONLY $32.99. The portion was humongous, what a feast! There are rice, pita breads, very fresh salad, and variety meats inside. Three cups of hummus and a box of roasted peppers and tomatoes on the side. Everything was well-seasoned and very flavorful. Something different here is that there's no feta cheese on salads and no tzatziki sauce for the Sofreh plate. I knew it before coming so it didn't bother me at all. The food is delicious! read more
