I really liked the banana matcha and the ham croissant. My friend got the strawberry matcha and the salmon croissant too. You can still taste the grassy flavor without it being overpowering. While it is a bit on the pricey side, I'd say you get the quality of what you pay for. My friend and I really enjoyed it and are planning to go back soon!! read more

first time here and was disappointed. I work at a cafe myself and i understand it gets busy in mornings but all due to respect getting inpatient with a customer insane. I work mornings shifts and I never treat customers bad or even roll eyes at them so when I notice the rolled eyes I was like okay...all I order was a strawberry matcha w/ oat milk and I didn't get oat milk, and was charged extra for the oat milk, but it appeared that regular dairy milk was used instead. This is concerning because some customers are allergic to dairy or cannot tolerate lactose and rely on milk substitutions for health reasons. If customers are paying for a milk alternative, it is important that the correct milk is used. Please be more careful with drink preparation to avoid potential health risks and ensure customers receive what they paid for bc I had an allergic reaction...I didn't end up going back bc I wasn't going to make an issue and the matcha was okay doesn't look high grade ceremonial matcha if you want to get a better matcha try cafe the scoop, or mai coffee. read more

Absolutely delicious. We were lucky to try Soft when they were still in their early soft open days a few months ago. We were sold on the coffee and matcha and couldn't wait to come back when the menu was settled. Today we came back and holy shit. The Acai bowls were absolutely fantastic. I mean so freaking delicious. They do have sorbet to add, so it's much more like a treat. And it was so so good. Their chia pudding in the Acai bowl was the perfect consistency. I also got the strawberry matcha and the iced vanilla latte which were both chefs kiss. Can't wait to make this our regular neighborhood spot! read more

Great spot I would say. The decor is very clean and warm, not over the top. Plenty of space to sit. I ordered the Madagascar vanilla latte and a breakfast burrito. The latte was simple and good! No powder mixes here. The burrito was also good. Freshly made, not greasy. The blonde lady, I'm assuming the manager, was very kind and friendly. She offered my dog a treat and was attentive to other customers. Overall cool spot. Music not too loud, lots on the menu. I'll definitely be back to try more. read more

This is a cute little spot. The ice cream is good but the price points on the drinks,sandwiches,and pastries are ridiculous. They are higher than Starbucks which doesn't make sense. There are no trash cans to throw anything away which is weird. The staff is a little cold and standoffish. They are not warm and friendly people. This is literally one of my favorite cafes. It's so close to home, love the environment, great customer service, and quality coffee. I like to go there for my study sessions and the burritos in my opinion are bomb asf. This place is such a great find! Went there with my mom for tea and dessert, and my mom is the kind of person who doesn't like going out and prefers simple food at home. Surprisingly, she loved the place and she really enjoyed her chia pudding. The food here is great, the drinks delicious, but what really sets this place apart is the service. I've came here a few times and every time has been a delight. But yesterday (9/9/25) I came here and usually there's a bit of a wait, I don't really mind it as I've seen new employees, probably still training and haven't gotten the hang of things quite yet. One of the owners I'm assuming she's always there when I go, was honestly super rude to the employee. Regardless of how busy, hectic things can be, you don't treat your employees like that especially in front of customers. The lady that took my order was a gem! Came in today for a latte and was welcomed so kindly! The barista there with curly brown hair was super sweet, she recommended me a rose and vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was so good. She even made sure to ask me how I liked it and if I needed any modifications. It's great to know there are still caring and amazing baristas out there who know about coffee too! As for the rest of the cafe I love the vibe and scenery, such a cute cafe definitely is now one of my favorites! I also love the variety of sorbets and croissant sandwiches. Came in a week ago and tried to get a drink and walked out after approximately 8 min of waiting with no service. It was about 3pm and they had a few customers but to be honest it wasn't anything that overwhelming! I've been to tons of cafe's that are more bustling than this and still attend to their customers. A simple "hey, I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way! Worse yet was that the bar was incredibly messy and the menu I grabbed had syrup all over it and looked beyond rough. Walked out disappointed not only in the lack of customer attention but also the cleaning standards. Won't be back, sad to say! read more

I went about a week ago and had high hopes because of the reviews but it was just okay. Kind of confused by the rave reviews. It was one woman (the owner I assume) and her mom working. She seemed to keep getting frustrated at her mom for making things wrong or not knowing how to make something and sternly speaking to her in another language. Definitely need another employee either way as it was quite slow to take orders and serve drinks/food. I was a little confused about what to order as the menu had a bunch of stuff crossed off and then hand written options all over the paper and it was hard to read. I ended up with a matcha softy and a some drink that was an iced americano with rose foam. The drinks were a bit small and uneventful for the price. Matcha was premade. The foam for the coffee drink was made first so my matcha foam also tasted like rose even though it wasn't supposed to I don't think. Overall the drinks were okay but definitely not living up to the way these other reviews are talking about them. I also saw the woman serve very expired espresso after setting it off to the side for at least five minutes. It seemed like she was going to toss it but then was overwhelmed so ended up using it after all. I feel bad for whoever got that drink. I appreciate the new local coffee shop in a location without many other options, but I get the feeling the owner has not managed a coffee shop before as it just felt disorganized and chaotic. I hope they figure it out and can be a great new coffee shop in the area. I won't be back anytime soon but may give it another shot in a few months to see if anything improves. read more

I understand they are new and im trying to grant grace but if you walk-in and ask what kind of tea they have for the iced tea--they give you a brand name. They cannot tell you if its green tea, black tea, herbal... it was frustrating as a tea drinker to not have the basic question answered. The owner kept telling me, the brand name, like it matters when im asking, "what kind of tea is it?". I ordered a French Vanilla Lavender latte, whole milk, half sweet. It was extremely bitter, no sweetener at all and I didnt taste a hint of Lavender. The cashier was very helpful and was able to add more sweetener and the drink was much better, I could finally taste lavender. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this place (as far as tea and knowledge is concerned). I hope to come back in the future with better options and more knowledge of the products. My first time coming in, I was disappointed because they only had matcha available. I waited about 40 minutes. The second time I came in, I waited about 45 minutes for my drink due to only one staff member working. By the time I received my drink the rest of the staff members started working. I ordered the vanilla latte. The coffee it self has a bold and strong flavor, which I love. Overall this place has good drinks, you just may wait long depending on the day. I recommend ordering ahead unless you are dining in. The cafe it self, is decorated nicely and is supplied with books, seating area, games, and even a small table for children. The staff was truly sorry for the long waits, but I will definitely order ahead next time. read more
