We took our Nissan in for repairs after a pickup truck hitch had backed into and wrecked the grill. A week later, I was side swiped on the freeway. To make matters worse, after we got that fixed, someone backed into it and tore off the bumper while it was parked. Oy vey. From the start, Mike was professional, clear, and super easy to talk to. He took the time to thoroughly explain the costs and procedures before, during, and after the repair--so we always knew what was happening and why. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even followed up after the jobs were done to make sure everything was good. That kind of communication and care really made a difference. Having never been involved in any auto accidents before, I don't have a price comparison. But we only had to pay our insurance deductibles, so I guess that's a good thing. Weirdly that oil change was given for free as a 2 for 1 deal since I went in with my significant other. I decided to ignore them and just watch the oil. Went to get my next oil change back at the dealership and they actually said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was wrong other than some air filters. Very odd! I couldn't believe it. I was so worried about how I was going to be able to rent a car to get to work the next day. It turns out it was a missing nut/bolt (don't know where it could've gone). I have sued in small claims court and won, but still trying to collect my $$$. Ray the owner has not renewed his business license (according to the state of Michigan LARA website) and the state investigator found that he was using unlicensed mechanics.

A total joke of an experience, then offered to buy it back and sell me a new one for twice as much as I paid for the one I bought from them. They also had my truck for over a week and offered no loaner. Telling me the had none ! I had no choice to file a claim with GM Corp. which is still pending as of today.
