Just a potential customer observation. Saturday, January 11th around 11am. We tried to come here to get some food and drinks, unfortunately there was some kind of a car show going on in the parking lot. Every single order stall was full, not with customers but with spectators. Was unable to park anywhere. What was even worse, these classic car insurance goons brought their own food and drinks and wouldn't even patronize the Sonic they used to sell their paper forms. If your sales were off a bit this day, it was because these jerks made a mess of your lot and didn't even purchase your food or drinks. We went to farmer boys because of this. read more

Saria is the absolute best!!! I wasn't aware that Sonic doesn't accept Apple Pay. We made the trip to use a coupon for a free shake that my daughter received with an award. I added a sundae to the order. Of course, we make it fair here...her brother gets a treat as well. When I got to the window to pay I asked if they accept Apple Pay and I was told no in the most polite way. She explained that a lot people assume that they accept Apple Pay...not to worry about it. I didn't have any cash on hand or my debit card so she blessed my son with his sundae. Small gestures can change a person's day. You never know what a person is going thru. She just made my day. Ordered through the app. Waited 20 mins ( still waiting as I post this), the screen stated the server was coming out with the meal but HAS YET TO APPEAR! This is BY FAR one of the SLOWEST Sonic's I have ever been too. On top of it. I used my birthday reward and I'M NOW REGRETTING IT! If it wasn't for my child wanting to come I would have drove off and asked for my refund. It is now almost 30 mins and still no food. Beyond pathetic. Take your business elsewhere. I usually don't write yelp reviews for fast food places - but oh man was this a terrible place!!! My husband and I decided to try Sonics for the first time today, and we will NEVER be back. First of all, we waited at the stall for way too long before being helped. Then, the guy taking our order got it wrong SEVERAL times, told us they didn't carry items even though they were clearly listed on the menu in front of us, and neglected to specify when items were an up charge (e.g. lemonade is an extra $1 to add to your combo meal). While he was taking our order, we seriously debated going to another fast food place because it was taking so long to get it right. But by this point we had spent 15+ minutes there, so we were invested. When we asked for ketchup, the manager told us they had been out of ketchup for the past few days!!! What?!? I've never been to a fast food restaurant that is out of ketchup! And for several days too?! Figure something out!! Well... turns out she was wrong.... the next person we asked, Esmeralda (the only competent employee we encountered) was happy to provide us with plenty of ketchup. I then told her my cheeseburger was just completely missing the toppings advertised - no lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. She kindly replaced it for me and even gave us an additional side of fries. Even the burger that came out the second time was missing ketchup though! The only good item - the milkshake - even had a lid that was not properly fastened and it spilled all over our car. First time to this particular Sonic. We went just after 8:00pm for their "half prices shakes" deal....but so did the rest of the town! We decided to go inside to place our order and waited about 35mins for our shakes. I had asked the host if it would have been quicker to order through the drive thru, and he said that it wasn't quicker and that cars were sometimes sitting for 30mins waiting for their shakes. Another disappointment was I saw through the kitchen window the assistant manager arguing with one of the workers, which clearly didn't help with speeding up the long wait. The half-price after 8 is a great deal, and because I don't live in an area where a Sonic is located, the wait was worth it I suppose. But I do suggest Sonic folks review their staffing after 8:00 on a Saturday night while this deal is running. Oh....and yes....the shakes were DELICIOUS! read more

The year is 2024 and this place doesn't accept Apple Pay! Are you kidding me? This is how I pay for most things these days.

I give the service, people and food a 5! Especially Sarai. She helped me through out my visit with the app issue. The app I give 3. It was easy to choose what I wanted to order and the quantities but to pay was another story and I give it a one. I changed my payment to use my $50 Sonic gift card which worked. I had a reward for a half price burger. It seemed to work when I clicked the pay button but it spun and then it said my discount was not good and it was adjusting my order. Then it spun and spun. I finally went inside and asked for help. They took my phone with the order and entered the order in. That worked. She said she would bring out the receipt and try it again. It still didn't work but we got our discounted burger and thanked her for her great service. Food was hot, yummy and fresh. Hopefully kinks in the app will be worked out. read more

Employees ignore you no matter how many times you ring the "bell" to get their attention. Just witnessed a teen standing for well over 30 mins because it took 20 to get our slushies then we hung out and drank them and he still was there waiting to order. Not one employee gave a damn! They walked by looked right at him. I finally had to get snappy and tell an employee you've watched him stand here for 30 mins and no one is helping him no matter how much he rings that bell! He claimed he's been on break so I said that's fine enjoy your break but can you tell someone to help him! These employees all deserve to be fired and the manager needs to be as well! Omg! Where to start. You walk in and no one is there to greet you. You push a button and no one comes out. We looked into the door and waved and they still didn't come out until a guy came from outside and sent someone out to take our order. Granddaughter got batter with a pinch of chicken and it tasted nasty. Never seen her pass up a nugget. Sons chicken sandwich made him gag. My hamburger was the only decent thing but overcooked. Tater tots had a teaspoon of chili that covered two tots and that was suppose to be the designated amount. It was redone but that tasted like chemicals. The cookie dough shake had three pieces of cookie dough. We haven't found anything that made sense of the hype. I have never had a bad meal where we had to through it away. Just ate a terrible tasting foot-long chili dog, with equally bad tater tots. The bun was dry and stale. The hotdog was unevenly cooked, over cooked, and hard. It was probably older than the person servicing folks at the drive-through window. The tots were all broken in little pieces and stuck together in a greasy ball. On a positive note, the young lady at the window was very pleasant. So disappointing. I tried this location when it first opened and was not pleased with the food. The management of this location would deserve zero stars if I could give it to them. Horrible time management and horrible communication skills, as well as absolutely horrid staffing levels! I brought my wife and myself to get some refreshments recently, pulled in to a stall, only to sit there for OVER 10 minutes for someone to finally come on the speaker and say "The stalls are closed but drive thru is open" and cut me off before I was even done speaking! So I get in the drive thru line, only to see an employee from the inside continue to take food items out to cars waiting in the stalls!!! What kind of honesty is that!? We spent over half an hour in the drive thru line, and at one point it stopped moving for over 15 minutes! I asked the employee walking back inside what was going on, and she said there was only three of them. On a weekend night? And with a massive line of cars wrapped around the building? The manager needs to be written up or talked to for not properly planning to have enough staff members. Service timing has gone a bit down hill by them taking longer to get a single order out when there isn't a rush. Good fried fast food still. Workers have an appropriate attitude when taking orders.
