She then told me she didn't know I had been waiting because I didn't ring the bell. I explained that I had already exchanged pleasantries with another employee, so ringing the bell afterward felt unnecessary and honestly a little rude. Like girl... nobody was coming for you. I asked a simple question and got attitude for no reason. If you work customer service, acting irritated because a customer is asking about a wait time after standing there for 25 minutes is crazy. Being busy is one thing, but being rude and trying to match energy nobody even gave you is another.
