My family and I excitedly pulled into the sonic drive in. My mom, sister and I all ordered M&M sonic blasts. After we ordered we drove up and paid only to find out there were no more M&M's. We were all distraught and were forced to order Oreo sonic blasts and then told to pull over and wait for our meal. In the end they found a few M&M's left and made one sonic blast for us to fight over. Our experience was disheartening and our waiter didn't ever come on roller skates. Overall 1.75/10 read more

This place was awful. The food was no better than McDonald's, and the ordering system was frustrating and inefficient. We waited forever for our food and when it finally came, they got our order wrong. Despite telling a number of employees that we had been waiting forever, they never brought out all of our food. Went for 1/2 priced milk shakes after 8pm and ended up getting 1/2 priced soft serve in advertised as milk shakes. I've been to Sonic many times, but I had never had a milk shake from there. But while on vacation, the landlord says to go to Sonic for them since they're close by and 1/2 priced. 1st we ordered 5 4 shakes and a couple of meals. After paying, the girl hands us the meals and says "Thanks, have a good evening." We're like where's the shakes... She has us sitting for over 5 mins, closer to 10, waiting. We get home with the shakes and the meals and the shakes were basically soft serve ice cream with syrup for flavoring. The chili cheese dog had a drizzle of cheese and a bit of chili.. Live and learn... I'll never order a shake from any Sonic after this experience.. read more

in the 8 or 9 years the Sonic has been here I think I have stopped in 6 times and I live here. I frequent chains here and enjoy them, but this chain is by far the worst. the food must come in prepared and frozen, ok nothing different at Burger King but the taste is night and day different. It took over forty minutes to get our food, the men's bathroom was out of order -- which caused a MALE employee to occupy the WOMEN'S bathroom for over fifty minutes (other employees asked him to come out and told us he had been in there since before we asked if we could get in the bathroom) and when we knocked on the door the male employee was extremely rude and yelled "I'M TAKING A SH*T". We had two young kids with us who heard this and it is totally unacceptable. The manager then went on to lock the outside door that led to the two bathrooms which is a health code violation! When finally receiving the rest of our order, we asked to speak to the manager and told her about her about the situation. She told us that they had just locked the door because a toilet was clogged which was untrue because we had been sitting at the door waiting to go in. We told her that it was a health code violation and the business could be shut down and while talking she turned around and walked away. The business was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention our "peanut butter milkshakes" were just vanilla milkshakes with a blob of peanut butter at the bottom. .... One positive note: Dakota (one of the employees) was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole ordeal and was extremely apologetic for the food taking so long and the manager's attitude. We got there very early for lunch- around 1115, and we're served promptly. Food was amazing- foot long coney with tater tots, Chicago dog with fries, and a coney dog for my son. And, of course, slushed all around. Deducted a star for the absolutely disgusting bathroom (out back). We had a great meal, would go back. Yum!! read more

The staff was pleasant, but we had the worst food I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant last night. Our Asiago chicken sandwiches were like fried cardboard. I get the Asiago occasionally at Wendy's and have never been disappointed; it is a plump, moist cut of chicken and adequately seasoned. This one was thin like it has been hammered flat, the meat was dark, hard, and no flavor I could detect. The kids could not finish their hamburgers. After tasting one, I could see why. Flabby, greasy meat. If we weren't already late for a movie we were trying to get to, I would have turned around and complained. We're not picky eaters at all, but the food this evening was terrible. I rarely feel compelled to offer a review unless I'm blown away or completely underwhelmed. I would not recommend the Asiago chicken or the hamburgers to anyone based on our experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who can't stay to make sure they are satisfied with what they are ordering. read more

We would have left but part of our group had already been able to order. So sadly we were kinda stuck. Food wasn't the best Sonic experience I've had either. I ordered a Cherry Old Fashioned Sweet Cream Soda. When I tasted it, it was disgusting and didn't have Cherry Flavoring. I called them to let them know, instead of offering to fix my drink I got a history lesson in Soda Making. The other drinks in the car tasted very good and were made in a similar manner. I told the guy that it says "sweet cream" in the title and if they were going to serve a flavorless soda they should mention it. He said that was the way they "designed" the drink. Did they screw up and make the other drinks in our order tasty? Finally, resentfully he offered to take it back and exchange it with something else but I refused. LOVE some SONIC it was a guys first day so service was a little slower than usual but he was super friendly so it made up for it. The pickle chips where the best!
