Don't expect Thai or Indian curry flavors here. It's mild in flavor and heat level. The Karaage chicken is fried with a batter coating. My husband ordered the Katsu with Karaage chicken. He really didn't care for it. He thought the sauce with the rice made it too sweet. But Japanese food is often sweet. We also got 2 orders of cucumber salad between us which we all liked. We all 3 want to come back and try the ramen. It was a hot summer day so we didn't feel like ramen.
