Sophia is great with any design that I bring her. All of the Pedicure Chairs are brand new, and the salon itself is very clean. Sophia has a very kind and talented staff. Before finding her salon, I always had trouble staying with one place because the work was so inconsistent. The work that Sophia and her staff does is nothing less than magical. They were wonderful with my seven-year-old daughter when I brought her in as a special treat. My daughter can't wait to go back! As I arrived as a first timer I was welcomed by the owner Sophia. She made me feel comfortable even though I had a mask on as I'm dealing with a cold. (They also wore masks). I was then greeted by Kelly who did my nails she was kind and courteous and they grabbed me a water when I had a dry throat. The pedicure was wonderful although I can't recall her name. When nails were done Kelly asked me if I was happy with my services today. I've never been asked that at a nail shop as a walk in. Then when checking out Sophia gave me a welcome gift of a pen with two refills to take with me and a card so I could call and return. It's the little things that make such a huge difference! I would not recommend going here to get your nails done. The manager was absolutely rude and said horrible things in Vietnamese. To translate what she said "I'm going to hit that girl for messing up the shellac selections". To be clear the shellac selections were just out of order after looking through colors but no where near being thrown on the ground or all over the counter. When I called her out and told her that was not acceptable, she denied it and said that she was talking about someone else before me. I totally felt gas lighted at this point and told her that I was Vietnamese and could understand everything she just said. She totally ignored me after that and proceed to help other customers. When I went to go pay she apologized and said she did not mean to offend me and proceed to tell me she was joking and that's how they joke around at the salon. Totally felt gas lighted again. I expressed to her that she shouldn't be joking around with that kind of language with a customer who you barely even know. She then had the audacity to give me her business card. Like TF?! SMH!! Don't go here if you looking for a nice nail salon. read more
