I hired Brian to come replace an under-counter sink the kitchen after several other plumbers declined to do the work or gave me a ludicrous estimate. Brian showed up and talked me through all of the different options. Once we decided on a path he was extremely helpful not only arranging his schedule to align with mine but also went to the hardware store with me to select a sink and other parts. I must stress that this job was highly nonstandard and extremely difficult. It involved carpentry, plumbing and craftsmanship. Brian worked all day, approximately 12 hours so I wouldn't have to go without a kitchen sink for more than just one day. The end result was outstanding. He found a way to remove my 20 year old sink and install a modern beautiful single basin stainless sink in its place. I could not be more thrilled or more impressed with Brian's professionalism, skill and just being a generally great guy. He left the worksite extremely clean and followed up to ensure all went well. I highly recommend Brian and Sound Plumbing. I wouldn't hesitate for second to hire them again.

Working Faucet with both hot and cold water ‍

Wow Andrew! Talk about attention to detail, I have had such a great experience with a diagnostic and service provided by Andrew, who took the time to inspect my faucet and disposal, and pinpoint the issues. If you live in Prescott or PV, I definitely recommend Sound plumbing for a high-quality authentic estimate!

Uncommonly good experience. Solid work too. Very reasonable pricing. So glad I hired Sound Plumbing to install the water softener I bought at HD. They also had to install the Plumb lines as the house wasn't built to accommodate a water softener.

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off. I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. I can't say enough great things about this company. They are fast, reliable, honest and really know their stuff. When my home warranty company couldn't get the job done, I decided to turn to Yelp to find someone who really knows their stuff. I called and they were able to send someone out the next morning, when other companies couldn't help for weeks. In a matter of minutes they were able to properly diagnose our issue and got to work on getting it fixed, and what do you know? Two other companies couldn't get the job done and they did. Special shout out to Dylan Morris who is an absolute gem. This guy is an expert and is so kind and professional. He really took the time to explain what was going on and laid out several courses of action we could take. He truly went above and beyond to help us out. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.

We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in the past and trusted them. That trust has been broken and will never return. My wife left a Google review. There was a response posted as "response from the owner" which left a phone number of 602-813-0298 to call so we could speak with their "manager" to address our concerns. I tried to call that number twice...it's been disconnected! Do your research, get multiple bids and verify that the company you are calling is truly LOCALLY OWNED and has not been rolled up under some private equity structure. We have all seen countless stories about how private equity could care less about the customer and how they leave a trail of destruction and debt in the end. It's largely about profits, margins and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). This is the valuation metric that's referenced (with a multiple applied) when they sell. In most cases, that's ultimately ALL PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS CARE ABOUT! It's a sad yet not surprising story on the fleecing of America! All I can say about Bumble Bee Plumbing is my experience was very different this time and it appears that since my last time using them, private equity has gotten involved. I'll let you draw your own conclusions! Would love to see a customer advocacy/awareness story on one of the local news affiliates about how private equity has consolidated so many previously locally owned trade businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!
