After hearing so many wonderful reviews about Sourdough & Co, I was very excited to give it a try. I ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery. Delivery was prompt and courteous so no issues there. Our sandwiches were not very large but in all fairness to the company, they do disclose the length of the sandwich in the menu. I really enjoyed the sourdough roll. It tasted very fresh and was not at all dry. The turkey tasted like deli sliced turkey, not at all processed, which is a huge plus. The problem was that the sandwiches had so much mayo on them that it was practically pouring out of the sandwich. I like mayo, but not to the point where there is more mayo than meat and veggies. I am very glad that I did not order any additional sauces or condiments! My colleagues also had mayo overload. I will give Sourdough & Co another try, but I definitely will not add any mayo or additional sauces for fear of ending up with a soggy sammie. read more

This would have been a five star review because when i went the first time everything was absolutely incredible. I told my husband that he needed to come here with me for the second time so he could see just how good it was. He ordered the turkey pesto sandwich with clam chowder soup and I ordered the caprese sandwich with mac and cheese, what i ordered the first time i went there. Firstly, my husbands sandwich had no sign of pesto and the amount of sauce they had put on the sandwich was insane that that was all you could taste. The same exact thing happened with my sandwich it was dropping with the aioli sauce but there was no sign of balsamic glaze and only one tomato on it. All i could taste was sauce and lettuce, it was truly awful. For a sandwich that is supposed to be mostly tomato mozzarella and balsamic i expected so much more. Also, we received broccoli soup and not the clam chowder and not to mention the mac and cheese was hard and tasted old and packaged. I was so disappointed because i really wanted to show my husband how great this place tasted but it was awful. I got to try Sourdough and Co. today and glad I did! I wanted some comfort food and That's exactly what I got! I ordered the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl. The broth had enough clam taste (not like the canned soups that taste like potato soup) and wasn't too fishy. It came piping hot and had a nice amount of potatoes. The bread was warm and soft with a crispy top and you can tell it was fresh baked. If I had one thing to say that they could improve on is add in some more whole clams; they looked minced to me so hard to spot. They give the chowder in a cup when you take it to go and there was enough to fill the bowl twice. I Had been looking at this place for a long time and I was really excited to try it out but I wasn't very impressed. The customer service was meh, but there was one girl there in particular who did check on us because our food was taking a while. There were others getting their food before us even though they came in after us. We ordered the caprese sandwich and the turkey pesto sandwich, Mac and cheese, and the creamy tomato soup. I'm guessing they poured my soup first and then let it sit for 20 minutes, (which was how long it took to get our food) because it was cold on the top. It got a little warmer towards the bottom but still, I think most people prefer hot soup. As for the taste it was fine. The caprese was edible but it was definitely fast food quality, which was pretty disappointing considering it was 11 dollars... and it definitely wasn't fast. The turkey pesto sandwich, also tasting like fast food, was missing the pesto. I read on someone else's review that that same thing happened so I wonder if this is a common occurrence. Also, it said it would have garlic and we tasted no trace of garlic either. The Mac and cheese was very low quality, not necessarily bad tasting but something you might order for a child because they refuse to eat actual food. It wasn't dead when we went so I'm assuming people like it, but I just think it's too expensive for what you get. We paid 37$ for two sandwiches, the small portion sides, and a bag of chips.
